Se preocupam por mejorar y nos dijeron que comprobarian el tema de los colchones para cambiarlos, que si no se lo dicen ellos no lo saben Se preocupan mucho por el cuidado del hotel y de la gentw

L’hôtel est situé à 10 min à pied de l’entrée El Zaino de Tayrona et nous étions ravis de séjourner un peu à l’extérieur du parc Tayrona. L’hôtel est à taille humaine, tranquille , confortable et je recommande vivement

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Es un lugar hermosísimo, las instalaciones son espectaculares rodeadas de mucha naturaleza. La comida increíble, no salimos del hotel por la comida tan rica. Pero lo mejor de todo es el servicio: Yoli, Andrés y Dina hicieron la estancia espectacular, son muy atentos, amables y profesionales. Volveríamos y lo recomendaríamos sin pensar!!! Mil gracias !

Les activités proposées sont géniales : ferme de cacao et balade à chacal sont des must !!! Hôtel très proche du parc Tayrona. La chambre est magique avec une baie vitrée donnant sur une petite piscine individuelle rafraîchissante. La piscine de l’hôtel est splendide pour lire et se repose au calme.
Les toilettes et salle de bain sont ouvertes sur la chambre. Peu pratique en famille !

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Beautiful location in nature. Pool and surroundings are stunning, with a great view. Little river nearby is beautiful and there is a 30min walk up to a viewpoint.
The rooms are quite dated and lack any decoration, giving them more of a dorm-room feel than the atmosphere you would expect from a high end hotel. The walls were also in need of cleaning and repainting. Unfortunately, the bathroom and shower did not meet the standards you would expect for the price either, with visible mold stains on some of the bathroom walls and a floor that felt sticky.

Villa 3 chambres avec piscine au milieu de la nature et du chants des oiseaux. Prix de la restauration correct et repas délicieux ! Piscine à débordement trop belle ! Un endroit magique !
Ce n’est pas une critique mais plutôt une recommandation pour cet Hotel qui accueille beaucoup de français : un peu plus d’informations écrites quand au prix du petit déjeuner, horaires et visite du parc. Nous recevons un bracelet à l’entrée pour toute les consommations du séjour. Ce serait intéressant de connaître nos dépenses lors du séjour. Ceci ne sont que des axes d’améliorations car encore une fois cet Hotel est un coup de cœur de notre voyage.

They is no hot water - but you don’t really need it so it was not a big problem. There is almost no wifi in the cabanas. The breakfast is very simple and not very tasty. They should have much more fruits and options for a 5 stars.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026The pool is amazing. The service of the reception is impeccable, the best we had in 21 days in Colombia. The hospitality of Andres and Samuel will really make the difference. The room is very comfortable. We had an small problem with the shower and they were very resolutive and fast.
The food is not at the level of the place, but it’s ok.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Le cadre est incroyable, c'est sobre, classe mais élégant. La piscine centrale est chauffée c'est donc très agréable de si baigner. Très proche de l'entrée du parc tayrona (15' à pied). Le restaurant offre un bon choix de plats différents et de qualité. Eau potable à disposition pour remplir ses gourdes. Personnel à la réception parlant anglais et même français. Un bon laundry service.
Clim dans la chambre qui ne fonctionne pas si bien. Et est de la piscine privée froide.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026La cadre est magnifique, digne d’un resort 5*, avec une piscine commune grande et jolie, et des piscines individuelles pour chaque habitation. Le personnel est bien et certains font la différence, comme Andrés qui a été exceptionnel et à l’écoute vu tous les petits soucis que nous avons rencontrés (panne de clim, panne d’eau chaude, changement de chambre, etc). Le restaurant est bon avec un menu varié.
Quelques améliorations possibles dans certaines chambres.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026De prachtige natuur waar je middenin zit. Het uitzicht op de berg vanuit het zwembad. De vrijheid op je eigen terras en de rivier waar veel te weinig reclame voor wordt gemaakt. Die heeft allemaal toffe stroomversnellingen en rosten waar je op kunt klimmen of af kunt springen. Ook het personeel is enorm aardig en behulpzaam. Spreken merendeels goed Engels. Bar is ook gezellig. Menukaart lekker en uitgebreid.
Het ontbijt vond ik iets minder t.o.v. hoge standaard van de rest. Was prima maar beetje basic en simpel. Wel heel veel! Werd ons heel aardig getipt dat voor 3 personen ontbijt betalen genoeg zou zijn voor ons vieren. En dat was ook zo.

Tebian problemas con la electricodad del sector, aunque en la noche colocaban la planta y no habia problema.

Une odeur de renfermée dans la chambre. Notre douche de fonctionnait pas quand nous sommes arrivés. Pas de wifi du séjour. Certains problèmes ont été réglé mais pour le standing affiché de l’hôtel on s’attend à mieux.

In sunny or rainy day, you just want to stay there and don’t even l leave the resort! What a beautiful setting in the middle of the jungle ❤️❤️❤️ Also the stuff was phenomenal, I cannot thank enough for our experience, we loved it so much we ended up extending our stay to 5 days, don’t make mistake of only staying for 1 or 2 nights to see Tayrona park, let yourself rest in this place and you will not regret a second. I will definitely be coming back and back! Thank you so much Watapuy ❤️

The hotel is also a 10 minute walk from the park entrance. We absolutely loved our stay here and were wishing we had longer
