There is nothing I like.

This hotel is far too small to be considered a 4-star property. I booked five rooms, and every single room had an issue. In all rooms, water leaked out of the bathroom every time someone took a shower. The bathrooms are also poorly designed, with no proper place to keep clothes or towels, which made things very inconvenient. The breakfast was the worst part of the stay. I stayed for three nights and had breakfast included, but I was unable to eat it at all. There were extremely limited options, no fresh fruit, and nothing suitable for a basic breakfast. Overall, this stay was very disappointing and does not meet the standards expected from a 4-star hotel.

Raport pret calitate excelent.

Location clean room big and will arrange

Location Price

Not too clean Sticky stuff on the table Very small toilet Simple/normal breakfast

Everything

Burada ikinci kalışım. İlk sefer ailemle gelmiştim şimdi iş için geldim. Her şey güzeldi.

Everything was great

Nothing

Clean, good breakfast, very friendly and attentive staff. Grocery stores and cafes nearby. Highly recommend for stay in this area of Bursa.

None.

It was okay but there are not much of services to compare really. It is good for people who would need a bed and not much more than that.

Bursaya her gidişimde kaldığım oteldir. Gayet temiz, şık, düzenli, personel güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdir. Kahvaltısı inanılmaz güzel. Şiddetle tavsiye ederim.

güzel temiz bir otel. kahvaltısı açık büfe gayet güzeldi. personel ilgili. bursa görüklede kalmanız gerekirse tercih edilebilir.

- Staff are professional and dedicated - Value for money

- The room is somewhat narrow and barely accommodates two people

Modern building and clean rooms

toilet and shower did not work properly. buttons on toilet were missing and shower was not working decently

Everything was great! Food, staff, clean room, comfortable bed :) we stayed here as a stop between Istanbul and Izmir and it was way more than we expected!

Nothing to complain about

Friendly staff Renovated and modern Nice outside and inside setting areas

Nothing to note, all good Ideal if you have a car for ease of transport

No dining for dinner in the hotel.

Banyo karanlik, yeterli aydinlatma yok. Lobby yok.

Clean hotel, polite and helpful staff, great breakfast.

Despite asking for a double room, we got 2 single beds, which were very small and not comfortable.

Very friendly staff, comfortable valet parking, excellent buffet breakfast.

Very distant from Bursa. No convenient public transportation to/from the old town Bursa .

Clean. Good shower. Mineral water provided. Breakfast buffet simple but wholesome.

Non functional toilet flush Pillows too flat

The staff was nice and English speaking. The room was clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable.(soft)

We have problems with the shower, and with toilet buttons, how ever they fix it 10 mins after we call. We have one set of towels in the room for two people. Breakfast was moderate.

Location is remote from Bursa's center which is calm and quiet

Shower in one room was not working and they gave us key to new room to use it's shower

Cleanless, staff,

pillows

everything about it and i guess it is the best hotel around and the staff were extremely friendly and professional

Nothing at all, it was an excellent stay for me and my wife.

A wonderful place with amazing stuff ,the room was clean and spacious .the breakfast was so tasty with vareity of choices.

No issue at All All good.

Very good place but it's hard to reach

gerçekten çok güzel bir otel, memnun kaldık

Everything, the rooms were really comfortable and clean, staff were friendly

Nothing

Modern and nice hotel. Excellent breakfast. Quite for a Hotel in a City in Turkey: Little traffic Noise, good acoustic Isolation. Near to Bursa and Easy Access from Highway. Staff very friendly and efficient. Many cheap and Good Restaurants in the area.

Nothing. To say something, the aerea is not Specialy attractive, but this is real Turkey and not Tourist Circus.

SEHR SAUBER!

Genel olarak tam fiyat performans oteli. Artıları; Bahçesi yemyeşil. Sıcak havalarda oturması çok keyifli. Yataklar rahat ve konforlu. Odalar ferah ve güzel tasarlanmış. Kahvaltısı güzel ve çeşitli. Çalışanlar çok kibar ve yardımsever. Eksileri; Odada oturmak için koltuk yok. Tuvaleti çok dardı. Zorluk çekebilirsiniz. Sonuç olarak, burada kalırsanız pişman olmayacaksınız.

1) location 2) food 3) staff

Non

I recommend everyone to go to this hotel when you come to Bursa. The service shown according to the prices is amazing. Cleanliness is super, staff is super, there is a place to park your car.

Staff was fair enough and cleanless was good also.

While showering, the water faucet stopped working and I had to stop bathing. Also, the loop of the toilet was broken and all the time it was needed to be arranged. There is simply no proper maintenance here. The bed cover was probably burnt from a cigarette. It seems that the hotel policy does not prohibit smoking in the rooms.

The stuff was very kind and helpful Breakfast was nice The room in general was good

There is an issue with card and power They will give you one card, which I understand to save power So far, that is fine to me, but the mini bar is also off. Everything inside is hot The washer always stuck

Nice Hotel , i liked the family rooms, staff are very friendly especially Mr. Osman. i think i will come again to this place with my family.

The Room are clean The reception staffs friendly

I had a situation and i needed to leave one day before, i ask the hotel if they can refund one night, i know that it is against the rule, but they refused, i contacted with booking.com call center to talk with hotel , also they refused I have dealt with hotels in the past, and they appreciated human conditions If you expect that the hotel management will understand your human condition, then you are wrong Poor Breakfast Issues with parking (they not allow to park near the entrance, they tell me that i can park in street backside the hotel, there is no entrance from that way to the hotel so you need about 1 minute to reach hotel entrance ) House keeping dont come every day to clean , i stay for 5 nights they only come twice I booked the biggest suite they have , all the biggest suite located on fifth floor, imagine that the elevator end on fourth floor , so you need to continue with stairs to reach fifth floor , so if you have large or heavy luggage you will break your back

I stayed for one night only. The room is clean overall it’s a good hotel.

Poor breakfast and far from the center.

all was perfect

all was perfect

Everything is ok, garden and olive trees are perfect...
