La décoration des chambres est un peu minimalite

The location was perfect close to the sea and a charming town to explore. It is close to the port and beautiful country and sea views. It was very relaxing to be there.

Everything was to our liking.

Hotel de Wimereux is on the main street of the town, which makes it very well placed although there is a bit of traffic noise. We had a good size room with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent and, at €15, reasonably priced. There's a large parking area behind the hotel with three EV charging points.

Overall I felt that the 'value for money' could have been better, but prices in Wimereux seem to have risen.

Amazing location, really charming hotel with friendly staff. Only a few minutes walk to the beach. The courtyard café is a lovely spot to hang out and have a drink. The breakfast is great and the restaurant is also very good. Really loved the charm and vibe of the hotel.

The room we stayed in was a bit basic compared to the rest of the hotel, would have liked it to have a bit more personality and something else going for it. Not really an issue but the only downside really.

For an overnight stopover for our first night in France it was perfect

Les parties rénovées sont très jolies, nous n'avons pas eu la chance d'avoir une chambre déjà rénovée. La terrasse, le parking et l'emplacement. Le personnel était serviable et à l'écoute.

La chambre n'avait pas encore été rénovée, c'est dommage vu que les nouvelles chambres sont mises en avant sur les réseaux sociaux.

Le bar, la terrasse et le restaurant sont très bien. Les plats du restaurant sont très bons et généreux. La terrasse est très agréable et calme. Le parking privé est très pratique.

La chambre que nous avions n’était pas grande, manquait un peu de place pour la valise. Mais elle était charmante et agréable.

Gezelige, rustige tuin met aangrenzende parkeerplaats (wel 20 euro per nacht). Degelijk ontbijtbuffet.

Sanitair niet optimaal: wc spoelde niet goed (genoeg) door; stop van ligbad kon je niet via draaiknop open of dicht draaien; water van lavabo spoelde slechts langzaam weg (kamer 24). Kamer 2: op drie dagen bleek de sleutelkaart 2x niet meer te werken (gebrekkig deurmechanisme blijkbaar). Alles bij elkaar viel het hotel zeker mee, maar prijs lijkt ons toch hoog genoeg.

Bar à côté et notre chambre était au-dessus.Tapage nocturne jusqu’à 3-4 heures la première nuit et jusqu’à 2 heures la nuit suivante.Nous n’avons pas su nous reposer car beaucoup trop énervé.

Das Zimmer roch bei der Ankunft nach Zigaretten.Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Der Teppich war alt und abgenutzt.Das Zimmer sehr klein.Es standen Gläser auf dem Tisch und Wasser war angekündigt aber nicht vorhanden.In den Matratzen knackten die Federn. Man musste das Fenster offen halten um Luft zu haben.Das Zimmer ging zur Strasse und es war sehr laut. Ich hätte gerne ein anderes Zimmer genommen war aber leider nicht möglich.

Erreur lors de l'attribution de la chambre, ils ont souhaité nous mettre dans une chambre minuscule sans baignoire alors que sur l'image de réservation elle était presente mais impossible de respirer et après discussion avec le personnel une chambre plus grande et plus confortable était libre

Good location and bonus that it has secure parking tucked away behind the hotel. Food in the restaurant was excellent.

Het ontbijt, na 9.00 uur in de ochtend werd er niets meer bijgevuld voor het buffet. Toen wij de eetzaal binnen kwam was zowat alles op, kaas croissants, melk, jus 'd oranje, eieren zowel gekookt als gebakken. Er lag nog een klein stukje stokbrood wat we met zijn 2e moesten delen. Toen we aan het personeel vroegen of ze nog wat brood en beleg hadden werd alleen de melk en jus 'd oranje bij gevuld. Er is een bar/terras bij het hotel, maar er was niemand achter de bar bij wie wat drinken kon bestellen. Dit was steeds. Wij zijn 2 nachten geweest, maar hebben daar nooit iemand gezien.

Era una casona antigua pero muy bien cuidada, el personal excelente, habitaciones era cómoda, bien ubicado y todo muy limpio, el desayuno era muy rico.

Breakfast was super.We loved squeezing oranges for fresh orange juice. Good quality cheeses and ham. Good cold boiled eggs and hot scrambled egg. V good bread and croissants. Fresh fruit and plain yoghurt appreciated. Coffee machine a bit hit and miss

There was a problem with hot water on the last morning. We needed a good shower as we were not sailing back until 7 30pm.No apology from staff. Would have given higher marks but for this. The walk in wet room was superb.Thanks. It exceeded expectations as an accessible room

Pas d'eau froide, soit chaude, soit brulante !!! Un comble... Fenetre sur rue... tres bryante jusque 1h du matin. Fenetre ouverte (pas le choix ennpleine canicule), On aurait pu participer aux discussions ... a defaut de dormir. A eviter si possible !! On a tout signaler en partant, ... "Ah oui, ca doit etre a cause de aaaa", ... mais aucun geste commercial.

Ontbijt. Gezien de kosten van € 15,=pp. verwacht je wel wat. Maar dat viel tegen. Rond 9 uur waren er al veel zaken op en werden niet aangevuld. En de tafels werden tussentijds niet opgeruimd/ schoongemaakt. Waardoor het één bende was. Uiteindelijk na 2x ontbijt de andere keren geannuleerd.

Les chambres et leur aménagement, pas de porte-manteau, pas d’armoire pour ranger les vêtements. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre car il y avait beaucoup de bruit lié aux cuisines du restaurant et une odeur de peinture très gênante. Pas de sèche cheveux dans la première chambre! La salle de bain de notre deuxième chambre était toute petite et sans confort ne correspondant pas au prix demandé pour la chambre.

Kleines Zimmer aber sehr gut eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Das Personal ist super nett und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen. Es sind nur ca. 300 m bis zum Stand. Das Restaurant ist sehr schon eingerichtet und hat eine tolle Speisekarte. Wir haben sehr gut gegessen. Das Frühstück war mehr als reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. zum Hotel gehören auch eine Bar und ein Garten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Unfortunately the room did not smell very nice. Possibly a drain issue? When I booked car park was €15 but by time we arrived it had gone up to €20 - seemed rather expensive for one night and no communication informing me of change before I arrived.

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Restaurant und die Bar haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders positiv war das große Parkplatzangebot direkt an der Unterkunft, inklusive Ladestationen für Elektroautos. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit hervorragendem Service.

Wir hatten bewusst ein Zimmer mit zwei getrennten Schlafbereichen gesucht und haben ein Familienzimmer auf zwei Ebenen erhalten. Leider entsprach dieses Zimmer überhaupt nicht unseren Erwartungen und auch nicht den Fotos auf der Hotelseite. Das Zimmer war deutlich renovierungsbedürftig. Ein Fenster ließ sich nicht richtig schließen bzw. öffnen, sodass es bei starkem Wind sehr kalt im Zimmer wurde. An mehreren Stellen blätterte die Farbe von der Decke ab, und verschiedene Einrichtungsgegenstände waren beschädigt. In der oberen Etage gab es zudem kaum Möglichkeiten, Kleidung aufzuhängen. Da das Hotel ausgebucht war, konnten wir das Zimmer leider nicht wechseln. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft selbst eine große Enttäuschung und entsprach nicht dem Standard, den wir anhand der Beschreibung und der Bilder erwartet hatten.

The location was good. Several boulangeries and restaurants nearby, next door and across the street.

The secure parking was welcome but we assumed it was included in the price as it was listed as one of the services.

Restaurant food and setting really good. Breakfast and coffee also very good.

Un accueil pas du tout chaleureux mais je pense que le monsieur n,a pas apprécié que je lui demande s,il y avait possibilité de petit déjeuner en chambre (car sur ma réservation "booking" il était bien précisé "service d,etage" et "petit déjeuner en chambre") car je l,ai vu plus avenant avec d,autres clients.

Great location in a lovely little seaside town.

Het onthaal was heel erg vriendelijk, de kamers waren in orde voor de prijs. Het ontbijt was beperkt maar lekker. Het is een rustige locatie dus heb je een welverdiende nachtrust. Er is ook een privé parking achteraan. Spijtig genoeg was deze 20€ bij te betalen, wat ik wel wat veel wil. In het geheel een goede prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding en vriendelijke bediening.

Als er iemand in de douche ging of zijn water aan het lopen was begon bij ons de wastafel rare geluiden te maken wat wel wat storend was. De bedden zijn ook wat harder maar eigenlijk is dit meer een persoonlijkere opmerking.

La qualité de la chambre n'était en aucun cas ressemblante aux photos présentées sur booking, les chambres sont en mauvais état et apparemment l'établissement est au courant du problème, présence de moisissure, peinture qui se décroche, store électrique hors service, rideaux tachés ....

This is a sweet B&B centrally located on the main high street, and a few blocks from the promenade. it's an old brasserie style building, and the common areas have all had a recent update. the upstairs ( there's a handy lift) felt a bit more higgledly piggledy and was more of a 1970's style. We stayed in a duplex family room, with the kids and other family members upstairs enjoying the single bed in the Eaves,and the adventure! I stayed in the separate downstairs room with the comfort of the double bed, and a tv - there's also a mini dining area. so it's very practical and excellent value for a family of five. the only downside is the bathroom needs updating, and the carpet would be be much nicer if it was laminate. there isn't a stunning view, but we weren't expecting that. the staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. We didn't eat at the BnB, but Cascara the coffee shop nearby was perfect for coffee and pastries, and there's three boulangeries, a carre four express, and some really cute boutique shops on the same high street. Wimereux is a delightful place to stay, and it's only 30 minutes from Calais. One of the highlights of our one night stay was sunset and dinner at the Atlantic on the seafront.

La propreté de la chambre était très médiocre, le rapport qualité prix est surfait ! Prix pas justifié du tout par rapport au confort et à la propreté !

Stationnement, 20€ par jour, une honte, l'hôtel pourrait négocier un tarif surtout si l'on reste plusieurs jours. Chambre, petite, nous étions sur cour au départ, canalisations très bruyantes, nous avons eu une chambre sur la rue, aucunes insonorisations des fenêtres, aussi bruyant. Déjeuner, nous n'en avons pas pris.

Ménage fait partiellement, nous avons signalé un problème d'évacuation dans la baignoire, 3 jours sans que personne n'intervienne.
