Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Ich bin auf dem Jakobsweg unterwegs gewesen und habe hier einen Stop eingelegt. Hotel liegt gut. Personal ist freundlich. Frühstück habe ich aufs Haus bekommen. Das war sehr lieb.
Ich habe das Hotel nur durch Zufall gefunden. Google Maps hat mich vor ein anderes Gebäude gelotst. Nicht das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss nehmen. Direkt an der Straße und laut. Föhn hat nicht funktioniert und im Schrank lagen schimmelige Brötchen vom Vorgänger

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Evidentemente la ubicación fue el punto fuerte, se puede ir andando a todos los lugares de interés y se aparca gratis muy cerquita. Nosotros lo hicimos a diario enfrente del barco turístico que está atracado en el puerto, después de hablar con un policía municipal que nos dijo que podíamos hacerlo por esa zona sin problema. La cama era grande y cómoda. El personal era amable y educado.
En primer lugar el hecho de que el ascensor no llegará a nuestra habitación y tuviéramos que cargar con las maletas por la escalera un piso. Que no tuviera nevera o minibar para tener una bebida fresca. Que el baño no tenga puerta le resta intimidad. No tiene mesilla, tan solo una pequeña balda a un lado de la cama. Con respecto al desayuno era "el día de la marmota" parecía que no se movía el fiambre, la fruta eran todos los días el mismo. Daba la sensación de que lo que no se comía un día, volvía al día siguiente al mismo sitio con mosquitos revoloteando por encima... A su favor diré que en una ocasión que no tenían leche vegetal que es lo único que yo desayunaba, se acercaron a un supermercado y la compraron. Yo agradecida. Siempre procuro valorar mis estancias, procurando ser objetiva porque a mí también me gusta guiarme por las valoraciones de otros viajeros. Espero no estar siendo dura con esta valoración pero en serio, es mi opinión. Probablemente haya otras habitaciones sin los inconvenientes que tuvo la nuestra.

The windows were facing the small street, which was mainly quiet - except one night (I am a light sleeper though). It is very central with nice restaurants nearby and in walking distance of everything. The town itself very small, but still nice and quiet, which we needed for a few days.

It was not obvious how to get into the place when I arrived in the afternoon: It turns out you have to go through the souvenir shop next door. Not a particularly friendly welcome from the staff member who gave me the key card. One of the ceiling lights flickers. The only window into the "courtyard" is visible to other rooms. There's a door that fully covers this window, but a curtain would be nicer and more practical given the limited space (the door can't open all the way due to the bed). They claim the walls are soundproof, they aren't at all, I heard people talking in two different rooms beside me, I heard noise from above, from the hallways, and from outside.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Gostámos muito da localização, muito central e também da tranquilidade durante a noite. Um equipamento hoteleiro resultado de construção ou remodelação recentes, tudo novo e em excelente estado. Confortável, com tudo o que é necessário e muito prático.
O pequeno almoço não compensa. O staff não oferece a necessária serenidade e tranquilidade aos hóspedes durante este período. Somos expostos a conversas cruzadas perturbadoras, que nada têm a ver com o momento nem com o prósito. Um desprósito completamente desnecessário. Quem opta por fazer alí a primeira refeição do dia, não tem uma boa experiência, nem mesmo pela variedade e/ou qualidade do que nos é disponibilizado/servido. Ficou muito aquém do esperávamos e neste aspeto foi uma deceção. Compensa sair e tomar o pequeno almoço numa das explanadas ou cafés próximos, sem estarmos a ser incomodados por trivialidades entre funcionários/staff e onde encontramos maior e melhor variedade, fica pelo mesmo valor €€€ e temos muitas mais e melhores opções.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Gostámos muito da localização, muito central e também da tranquilidade durante a noite. Um equipamento hoteleiro resultado de construção ou remodelação recentes, tudo novo e em excelente estado. Confortável, com tudo o que é necessário e muito prático.
O pequeno almoço não compensa. O staff não oferece a necessária serenidade e tranquilidade aos hóspedes durante este período. Somos expostos a onversas cruzadas, perturbadoras, que nada têm a ver com o momento nem com o prósito. Um despropísito completamente desnecessário. Quem opta por fazer alí a primeira refeição do dia, não tem uma boa experiência, nem mesmo pela variedade e/ou qualidade do que nos é disponibilizado/servido. Ficou muito aquém do esperávamos e neste aspeto foi uma deceção. Compensa sair e tomar o pequeno almoço numa das explanadas ou cafés próximos, sem estarmos a ser incomodados por trivialidades entre funcionários/staff e onde maior e melhor variedade fica pelo mesmo valor €€€ e temos muitas mais e melhores opções.

La habitación 01 es una habitación adaptada, perfecta para quién la necesite pues está cerca de todo y es 100% adaptada pero por las mañanas desde muy temprano se escuchan los clientes desayunar y subiendo y bajando con el ascensor. Nosotros cogimos la última habitación disponible, así que lo entiendo y no tenemos quejas pero sí que es un factor a tener en cuenta.

La recepción ,había un hombre mayor que el pobre hizo lo q pudo ,llamó varias veces a la recepcionista para q nos atendiera ,yo llamé por teléfono y no me lo cogía ..desesperante ..por fin después de un buen rato nos recibió ,además el aire acondicionado lo manejaba ella desde la recepción y tubos q decirme primero que lo pusiera y después q nos estábamos congelando .

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Schmuckes Hotel in einer Seitengasse nahe dem Zentrum. Ich durfte wählen, ob ich ein Zimmer im Hotel oder ein neu renoviertes Apartment ein paar Meter weiter nutzen will. Ich habe mich für das Apartment entschieden und war begeistert. Hier stimmt einfach alles! Frühstück ist vielfältig und frisch. Die Gastgeberin ist äusserst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Super Aufenthalt 🤗! Herzlichen Dank!

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Ubytovanie priamo na Camino, dobrý pomer cena kvalita. Pani na recepcii bola veľmi milá, keď nás ubytovala skôr.
Izba nemá okno. Je to len svetlík do takého mini atria a to pôsobilo dosť pochmúrne. Ináč izba bola v poriaku. A dokonca tam bolo aj dosť ticho. Vadilo mi ešte svetlo nad dverami, bolo signalizačné a v noci to dosť jasne svietilo.

Das Zimmer hat nur ein Fenster zum geschlossenen Innenhof

Lo único que no me gustó, y por eso he dado una puntuación de 9 en vez de 10, es que por la noche hubo una incidencia (nada grave) y no había nadie dentro del hotel con quien hablar. Tampoco estaban disponibles los teléfonos que aparecían en la web. Creo que esto se debería mejorar en caso de que hubiera un problema real por la noche, cuando no hay personal en el hotel.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026A nice ancient traditional house in the heart of Viana, efficiently restructured as a reasonably-priced hotel. No thrills though.
the third floor 'en-suite bathroom' were I stayed at the limit of the term itself....a cove behind a glass sheet, with no doors, ultra-minimal...in my personal experience slightly unpleasant over the night, for a distinctive... sewage scent... a realy pity because the setup has a lot if potential and the location is great, and there was a great view of the river. We could leave the luggage after check-out which was convenient, still there is space for management-improvement...

Sarebbe stato carino far trovare del caffè gratuito per i pellegrini del Cammino di Santiago. Lo abbiamo provato a pagamento ma non era assolutamente di qualità. Purtroppo avevamo la camera budget (quindi nessuna lamentela) ma essendo mansardata la finestra si affaccia sul tetto della casa di fronte dove ahimè c'era un nido di gabbiani che non ci hanno dato tregua durante la notte.😅

You find it just after you walk over the bridge. Right near all the amenities. A beautiful buffet breakfast available and very reasonable by the owner. Highly recommend!!
