Really great place. Staff was friendly. Location was amazing, right on the square and Camino. Room was really nice with comfortable bed. Had a room facing the square abd really enjoyed being able to see the community.

Muy contento con el hotel. Desde que llegamos con la gran atención por parte del personal de recepción, a la habitación, comodidad de las camas y trato por el personal de desayunos. Muy limpio y muy bien ubicado. Un hotel que recomendaré.

Hotel muy espacioso y súper bien equipado, con lavandería autoservicio, salas de uso común... Las habitaciones son un lujo. Emplazado en pleno meollo de Melide, con todos los servicios cerca. Personal súper amable y servicial, da gusto tratar con gente así. El hotel es un 3 estrellas, pero por equipamiento general, habitaciones y trato del personal, merece muchas más. Lo recomiendo y repetiré sin dudarlo!!

La stanza era spaziosissima, con letti enormi ed ottimo bagno. Il garage con parcheggio bici.

La ragazza alla reception sussurrava e visto che c'era un gran casino fuori non si capiva molto bene.

Nice size room. Modern and comfy. We ate on site and the food was tasty and quite the feast. It was a fixed price and multi course menu. We got wine, coffee, bread, appetizer, main course, dessert all for $15 euro. Customer service by all staff was friendly and attentive. Super clean. Right along the Camino and in the city center. On site self service laundry.

No funcionaba el jacuzzi, que era el motivo fundamental para elegir la habitación de categoría superior.

Hotel moderno, habitaciones grandes y cómodas. La atención del personal excelente. Un hotel genial para descansar después de una etapa del Camino De Santiago. Tienen una zona para dejar la bicicleta en el garaje. Además disponen de lavadora y secadora, instalaciones importantes cuando haces el Camino

Tuvimos la mala suerte de caer en fiestas del pueblo. Hubo conciertos hasta altas horas de la noche. Y como peregrinos ni con tapones de oídos pudimos dormir. Considero que el hotel debería avisar esto antes de ir por la ubicación tan céntrica que tiene.

Nous avons été très déçus par deux aspects de notre séjour. Tout d’abord, le massage proposé par l’établissement. Étant pèlerin sur le Camino de Santiago et souffrant de fortes tensions musculaires après plusieurs jours de marche, j’avais réservé un massage précisément pour récupérer. Malheureusement, le massage reçu était extrêmement léger et ne correspondait absolument pas à mes besoins. J’ai eu le sentiment que la personne qui le réalisait ne maîtrisait pas les techniques d’un véritable massage musculaire. Elle était aimable, mais la prestation ne m’a pas semblé professionnelle. Le lendemain, j’ai dû réserver à mes frais un nouveau massage auprès d’une masseuse professionnelle extérieure à l’établissement pour enfin obtenir le travail musculaire dont j’avais besoin. Je déconseille donc fortement aux pèlerins de réserver le massage de l’établissement s’ils recherchent un véritable massage musculaire après une journée de marche. Deuxième problème : un concert avait lieu dans la rue, juste devant l’hôtel, avec une scène et une sonorisation très puissante. Nous n’avions pas été informés à l’avance. Même au quatrième étage, les basses et la musique étaient très audibles dans la chambre et nous ont empêchés de dormir normalement jusqu’à la fin du concert. L’isolation phonique était insuffisante face à ce niveau de bruit.

La habitacion era comoda. Eramos 3 y todas las camas eran iguales, sin supletorias.

El personal fue muy amable. Además de darme la habitación antes de la hora programada de check in (lo cual se agradece y, más aún, cuando llegas de hacer el camino), me dieron un upgrade que mejoró enormemente mi experiencia en este hotel. La habitación era amplia, muy limpia y muy cómoda, y la chica que me atendió en recepción a mi llegada, de 10. Además, el hotel estaba muy céntrico, cerca de las pulperías más famosas de Melide.

No me gustó que el aparcamiento estuviera afuera del edificio, la cama un poco dura. Por lo demás está bien y correcto.

Aparcar en garaje del mismo edificio del hotel estaría bien y la cama un poco más blandita también se agradecería. También estaría bien tener una pequeña nevera para tomar un refresco, o simplemente para tener en frio la pluma de la insulina que utilizamos los diabéticos.

Great location on the Camino. Air conditioning was a blessing. Room was clean, well proportioned with good facilities. Was really pleased to get an early check in and staff were very helpful, professional and accommodating.

Air conditioning unit very noisy, sounded like water gushing through the unit. Poor sound insulation in room - we could hear the adjacent guests using the shower and flushing the toilet. Sounded like they were in the same room as us

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room with great view of the town. Lovely breakfast. Stay was excellent value for the money. Staff were so helpful, they even organised a change in my luggage transfer without a problem.

Excellent service and a great location! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and our room was very spacious and comfortable. While there was no view from the window, the fantastic location more than made up for it. What truly made our stay special was the wonderful service. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to quickly resolve an issue we had. We highly recommend this hotel!

The room was spacious and clean. We had 3 beds and a large bathroom. First place we’ve stayed with an in room coffee maker.

La bañera de hidromasaje no funcionaba, no salía agua caliente. El agua salía algo marrón y no funcionaban los chorros.

Everything was very clean and orderly and in good condition. There were practically no signs of aging or lacking maintenance that were common in other hotels. The staff were all very friendly. Late night check-in worked flawlessly. Good breakfast, large buffet. Baby bed was provided.

The green light above the door is very bright. Breakfast is a bit on the expensive side.
