The staff were helpful and responsive and accommodating.

The rooms were not adequately lit and felt abit dim. The power points in the room were also a bit faulty and placements of the power points were not ideal.

Superb property and although not the cheapest in the area it is well worth the money. Two minutes walk from the metro and close to airport buses. Excellent Korean and Western breakfast.

Surely the Stanford Hotel Myeongdong is one of the best to stay in Seoul, South Korea .I strongly recommend it as it located in the heart of the main street. Within few minutes walk from the metro station cityhall lines and bus stations where you could get into your destination easly and fast. The night markets are within walking distance. Most of the attraction places required to use either Ubber, buses or trains. The recieption staff are all really very supportive. The coins laundry service is well maintained and has enough washers and dryers machines. I really appreciated the managment team who works behind the seen for the guest comfort. Thank you very much. We did not use the menu at this hotel, so I have no idea about the menu taste.

The value of money compared to the room size is too much. The rooms are small but well orgnized.

Amazing property! Great location- only a 20 min walk to N Seoul tower and right by a beautiful river! Close to loads of shops and the hotel had a vending machine of snacks and drinks which were so easy to use. The staff were amazing!! The woman in the Manhattan bar (so sorry we didn’t get your name!) paid such good attention to us and even kept the kitchen open a smidge longer so we could order food when we were slightly later back. She was so wonderful- so kind and helpful! We got upgraded for free and our room was beautiful- amazing view, lovely bathroom and super comfortable beds. The best hotel of our trip so far- we miss it already!

The restaurant could have had a couple more options but the food it served was really really nice!

Location. It took a minute for our driver to find it but the location was exceptional. Walking distance to the outdoor library, the mall, the markets and the metro.

Wish the family premier room had an extra bed. Maybe a queen and two twins or bunk beds. Kids are getting too old to sleep together.

The location is perfect for so much in Seoul! The room was perfect for my family and the hotel staff were very friendly. Absolutely recommend this hotel.

Zeer zeer centraal, je kan letterlijk in middag terug naar je hotel om te rusten om de stad verder te in de avond. Alle winkels en Koreaanse shopping en producten kan je hier in de buurt doen en krijgen. No need om tijd te verliezen verder te zoeken. Hotel zeer schoon en netjes, fam. kamer ook ruim genoeg voor 4. Schitterend uitzicht op de stad. Metro gelijk beneden op 1 minuut lopen. Restaurants die tot zeer laat open zijn. 24/7 zelfs. Fantastisch!

Google maps pakt de locatie niet goed. (Dat weet je niet als je de eerste dag aankomt, uiteindelijk moet je de NAVER app hebben voor Korea) Je wordt telkens voor de Ibis gedropt of opgehaald. Dat is 1 steegje verder op 1 minuut lopen. Niet handig bij aankomst en vertrek met je koffers Maar gelukkig hoef je niet over te steken. Verder het hotel begint op de 9de verdieping. Dat is op de eerste dag even zoeken en zou fijn zijn dat het hotel dat zelf aangeeft bij de boeking. Nu wisten we het door de recensies. En mensen van de winkels in het gebouw zagen ons met de koffers en wezen ons er zelf op. Zou fijn zijn als de gebouw bewaking daarin zou assisteren. Ze stonden er toch. Thee en koffie hoekje is niet voorzien van stopcontact. Je moet de waterkoker op het zetten. Waarom zou je daar dan niet je thee en koffie creëren. Is niet logisch, maar het is maar een klein detail. Hoewel voor de prijs die je normaliter betaald dit wel anders kan.

Nous avons eu un petit problème avec les toilettes, on en a fait part à l’établissement, ils ont essayé d’arranger ça , mais ça n’a pas fonctionné !

De douche: douchen kan alleen als je douchekop in hand houdt. Ontwerp van douche/bad is niet optimaal, waardoor badkamervloer nat wordt zelfs met douche gordijn

The location is superb! I would definitely book here again on my next trip to Seoul.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel durante il nostro viaggio a Seoul e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è davvero centrale, vicino al quartiere di Myeongdong, con tantissimi negozi, ristoranti e locali facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Proprio davanti all’hotel ci sono le fermate degli autobus, molto comode per spostarsi in città, e un centro commerciale. La nostra stanza era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole, con un letto molto comodo. Un’ulteriore nota positiva è stata la gentilezza del personale: alla reception abbiamo trovato un ragazzo che parlava anche italiano, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato davvero tanto. Nel complesso è stata un’ottima esperienza e sceglierei sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel per un soggiorno a Seoul!

部屋の外部からの騒音（恐らく隣接するビルの空調施設）がひどかった。 もともと上層階の部屋をリクエストしたが対応不可と言われ、 チェックイン後に騒音がひどいので部屋を換えて変えてと頼んだが予約満杯の一点張りで全く要望に応えてくれなかった。

The hotel is in an excellent and convenient location, making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants and amenities. The room and common areas were very clean and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable and pleasant. The new furniture and modern furnishings also gave the hotel a fresh, welcoming and well-kept feel. Overall, a very comfortable stay with a great combination of location, cleanliness and modern facilities.

One of the downside was having the lobby located on the 9th floor, which was a little inconvenient. Having to change lifts to access the rooms added extra hassle. With sometimes only one lift operating, there was also some waiting time and congestion.
