Reviewed Nov 26, 2023Easy check in, attentive staff, spacious rooms and bathrooms, clean, close to dining and convenience stores. We had an issue with our tv and the young woman working was so helpful trying to resolve it. She ultimately moved us to the room next store, ensured the tv worked, and even helped us transport our things between rooms. 15/10 customer service.
The AC was already disconnected for the season so we had to open windows to cool the room down. Not a deal breaker by any means. We’d totally stay again, luckily it was a good air day so it didn’t bother us so much this trip. :)

Reviewed Oct 8, 2023I thought the gentleman working the front desk in the evenings was incredibly helpful and generous in his guidance. He helped our group figure out how to get the bus and back to Andong for the Mask Dance Festival. I’m very thankful for his respect and helpfulness. He also was very happy to ask about our day and our travels to the Andong Mask Dance Festival! I would absolutely stay at this hotel again for the customer service. The room itself was very clean, one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. My only complaint would be the shower head was very low on the wall. Other than that, I was perfectly satisfied.
