行李基本上只能放地板，個人會建議選房型較大的，冷氣風擺不能控制上下，冷氣位置容易直吹身體不舒服床頭板和燈有明顯灰塵。

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026地點真的1000分，環境也非常整潔，配上這個價格CP值超高。而且可以用洗衣機和烘衣機，去一個禮拜每天都可以洗衣服。工作人員也很友善，樂於幫助，住在這邊很安心。未來有機會還是會回來住。
1. 插座位置在床邊凸出來有些尷尬，而且有些鬆動。（就一定要用轉接頭） 2. 晚上聽得到冷氣機的聲音，需要耳塞入睡。（這個小事，總體來說在那邊睡眠品質非常好的） 3. 二樓廁所空間真的太小了，建議170以上的人都去用一樓的。（一樣小事，不嫌麻煩的話也可以用） 4. 非服務台開放時間，電子鎖發生故障，手機被鎖在房間內，人卻進不去。這時候沒有聯絡到工作人員的手段就滿不方便的。（建議還是需要有個內線電話，這次很幸運剛好那個時間碰到其他房客，才借到手機求助。）

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026走路可到新光三越，晶英酒店(有Youbike可借)，也靠近海安路，國華街二段，逛街真的很方便。 服務人員都很親切，房間冷氣有冷很棒，住多天還可以免費洗烘衣服。 房子是古屋改造，功能性不減也有一點文青感，浴室是共用但乾淨熱水也充足。除了像我這樣獨旅的人，看到很多小情侶來住，也看到外國人來住，價錢不貴算CP值也很划。沒有提供早餐很棒，住宿可以省錢外，每天都可以跑去吃不同的臺南特色早餐(牛肉湯、鹹粥、碗粿……)。 會再回訪❤️。

因為本身就是習慣早起的，所以不會被飛機的聲音吵醒。但如果是希望玩到半夜的話，可能就不太適合選這個房子。

隔音真的不是很好，早上5點多就聽到有其他房客進出門的聲音。另外，外面道路上的人孔蓋一直有車子經過騎過的聲音，也是蠻大聲的。會介意的人，真的要多注意！

Reviewed May 31, 2026It was a very spacious en beautiful apartment on a separate floor, so we weren’t disturbed by other guests at all. It was great to be able to wash and dry our clothes. Very close to good restaurants and a lot of shops (Guohua Street). Restaurant Ding Fu Fa is just around the corner! Staff was friendly and helpful. I would come back here next time!

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026已經在微醺文旅住過兩次，兩次的體驗都非常好，環境很安靜舒適及整潔，從一些設備上看得出來是老房子，但維持得很好。而且地理位置也很好，鄰近國華街，要去哪都很方便，如果有人問我去台南的住宿推薦，那一定是微醺，也是我每次去台南旅行的住宿首選！

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026The hotel is located in a quiet alley, yet convenient. The room was spacious, and the bathtub was large and comfortable. There was one washer (NT$40, or free for guests staying over two nights) and one dryer (free). A water dispenser was also available. Overall, the stay was very comfortable! We would stay again.
We arrived in Tainan around 8:30am but found out we could not step into the hotel and store our luggages there until 9:30am when staff arrives.

The room was next to the common area, with minimal soundproofing (however this was no issue overnight). There was a window into this common area with no coverage so light also shone through into the room overnight.

Reviewed Mar 2, 2026地點超方便，鬧中取靜，出門三分鐘就是臺南美食一級戰區。水仙宮，海安路，神農街，藍晒圖，政大書城等等等等都在步行範圍內，租借ubike也很方便。 房內設備應有盡有，除了床墊較軟，其他都很滿意。不提供備品但是需要的話都可以用廉宜的價格在誠實商店購買，浴巾和拖鞋也有確實提供。 我住的房間位在一樓的廊道盡頭，算是交通要道，不過其他的住客們都很小心翼翼，沒有製造太多噪音，我也沒有感受到吵鬧。房內除了冷氣也有除濕機。
這價格實在沒什麼好抱怨的

位於飛機航線區，早上六點多開始就有飛機低空飛過，噪音高達80分貝以上，根本不用睡了，2樓B203號房窗外有馬達24小時運作，更不用睡了！
