Sheraton Zhaoqing Dinghu

Beautiful views and next to a wetlands park..gorgeous area. They have a nice buffet breakfast and dinner, although at a cost.

It didn’t have a jacuzzi

We liked everything. Breakfast with rich selection, busy on Saturday but all works perfectly. Good view on river. Small park close to hotel, well-lit at night. Gym was Ok. no waiting time at elevators.

For some reason dinner at Thursday was not popular :) we have been alone there BUT food/drinks were very good. No walking distance to the "old-town".

Clean room

Excellent view and beautiful place!!!

Spacious room, nice and helpful service team

Very comfortable room

Makes you at ease.

The Club house opening hours are not long enough.

Very good view and breakfast. Love the indoor poor

Nothing

The room is spacious with good view, breakfast was superb with many varieties. The swimming pool is nice especially if you want to do some laps.

All good

The room is clean and tidy, the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping staff are helpful and friendly, is my second time stay in Sheraton Zhaoqing, will stay again

the environment is good and the service is good

Breakfast has multiple choices. The hotel was clean and had a very pleasant style.

I got ripped off. I booked my stay through Booking.com and it stated the price of 2,130.00 CNY. When I checked in they charged me 3,000.00 CNY without explaining why it had ramped up so much. They just wrote this new price to a paper and said I had to sign it. There wasn't much to do.

Everything is fine. There are two game rooms for kids, but no games facilities such as mahjong and chess are provided for adults.

Reception does seem to have my booking at time of check in. The request I have highlighted have not been looked at. Most importantly my wife could not sleep whole night because of the serious dust mite on her bed. For a world brand chained hotel, this is totally unacceptable. Supposed to celebrate our wedding anniversary but the stay totally ruined by the bad experience.

found no slippers in the room, have to call housekeeping to deliver.

Food at Chinese restaurant is very good

Design of room is tasteful and good

Only the locaton is 25 minutes from Zhaoqing City

the room is large and good in conditions. the workers there are very nice.

Big rooms, Great breakfast with all what you would like. Nice pool area and sauna. Late check out possible. Staff was super friendly and tried to fullfill all my wishes.

Hotel is new and hotel room is well decorated and spacious.

Very clean on the whole except that some cigarette ash was spotted at the back of the door.

Good location, new hotel, and the room size is really big.

👍

Nice hotel and restaurant, had a good spa. We like it.

Friendly and helpful staff

can still，remote

room soundproofing

https://youtu.be/Im6AFPMoEMU from this YouTube film, they only charge 535 which incl taxes with cancelation. But the same room that I booked need about 800 !!! Very high rate book from booking.com !!!!!!

This hotel is honestly the best there is in zhaoqing. Hotel is new and has a modern touch which we loved. We think this is probably one of the best designs that we came across in China. The view is definitely gorgeous with a nice balcony as an added bonus. We arrived at noon and allows us to check in immediately as well as upgrading our room which is great. Location wise, it is not in the city centre itself but good enough to access the two major attractions there is in zhaoqing, seven stars crags took around 30 minutes of taxi ride and dinghu mountain takes about 10 minutes. Very impress overall.

Small criticism, the breakfast is very crowned during peak hour and the food selection isn't as outstanding as other luxurious hotels. Definitely not bad, but there is room for improvement.

Good hotel , neat and clean , area is new, a bit empty, but there are night markets / bar on the lake front. 50m from convenient store. Very quite, restful . 30mn from city center. EV charging station in the parking ( fast and normal charge) . 2 big play room for kids, one with toys, one with arcardes games. Breakfast was ok . Staff was very nice.

Not much, this area is new ( 2022) so no much happen around, to consider if you are not driving / don't have driver. Bed a bit stiff, normal for China, ask for an additional quilt.
