I love coming here to relax. It’s clean, comfortable, decorative. Rooms are spacious. Reasonably priced. Easy check-in. Very friendly staff. It’s my favorite hotel.

Nous avons bien aimés cette escapade dans cet Hôtel où tout est parfait : l'accueil, la chambre, le resto, le spa, le parking et bien sûr l'emplacement. À faire sans hésitations

L'albergo si trova in una posizione ottima per tutto e soprattutto se si vuole prendere il tramway per mont chalat e vedere il ghiacciaio, si raggiunge anche il centro in pochi minuti. La struttura è tenuta molto bene, ha tutto ciò che serve per godere di un'ottimo soggiorno ma migliorerei due cose: il servizio pulizie in camera, non tanto per la pulizia della stessa quanto per l'approssimazione del servizio di un albergo a 4 stelle. Faccio due esempi: due giorni su 4 ho trovato attrezzi delle pulizie in bagno, si sono scusati e se li sono venuti a riprendere ma io li ho trovati li; un giorno non avevamo messo le tazze pulite ed ho trovato quelle sporche ancora li nonostante le pulizie fossero finite e non avevano nemmeno rimesso i caffè, anche qui si sono scusati ma siamo dovuti andare a chiedere. Seconda cosa: la spa. In realtà c'è solo la sauna, l'idromassaggio e una piccola ma piccola piscina accanto ed una sempre molto piccola esterna. Non avrei chiamato l'albergo "Hotel & Spa"...infatti è così piccola che bisogna prenotare qualche giorno prima l'ingresso e puoi stare solo 1 ora in totale; e perchè visto che era tutto bagnato ed io ho lasciato l'accappatoio da cambiare non me ne hai lasciato uno pulito per il giorno dopo quando avevo un'altra prenotazione? Magari in dotazione ce ne è solo uno a soggiorno a persona ma visto che hai la sua e la piscina non dovrebbe essere così. Insomma si perdono in questi dettagli che per un 4 stelle a mio avviso sono importanti!

Stunning location and a lovely hotel. The spa was great and the staff very nice and helpful. A real gem of a place - we’d definitely come back.

Content de notre séjour, la chambre était spacieuse et très propre. Nous avons apprécié la taille de la salle de bain. L'hôtel est très calme malgré que nous étions juste a côté de la réception et de l'ascenseur. Le restaurant était très bon. Le spa était très bien avec peu de monde du fait qu'il fallait réserver son créneau (une dizaine de personnes par heure) c'était très agréable. Beau séjour dans cet hôtel

Lovely hotel and spa - clean, nice rooms, bar and live music on one day we were here… One thing I would mention is that for late arrivals, please help arrange a taxi for guests coming from the train station in addition to providing information about places to eat after 9:30-10pm. We were led to believe by reception there were no restaurants open after 10pm hour but later discovered the entire village with options including take out pizza late night. Looks like a training opportunity for reception staff…

Overpriced. Service needs improving. Room: Arrived in the room and one of the towels was blatantly dirty. Reception replaced it but I would not expect it in a 4* hotel. Aircon was freezing cold and was impossible to control. Reception said they could control it from remote but I was still cold for the entire night. Good thing was the duvet was nice and thick. Bathroom sinks were not draining, Reception sent a handyman to fix it. Done. Gret job in fixing the issue in real time but again, i wouldn't expect it in a 4 * hotel. Dinner in the hotel: tagliata steak was ok but not worth €29. Pizza prosciutto e funghi with truffle paste was excellent. The whole experience was of a 3* hotel.

Sejour parfait. Personnel aimable et serviable. Petit déjeuner copieux. Chambre spacieuse. SPA très bien même si piscine et jacuzzi un peu petit. Globalement rien à redire .

We loved it being close to the town centre with their shops and restaurants. The hotel itself has a good restaurant too. The rooms have a lovely little balcony with a great view of the mountains.

Cozy Hotel. The rooms are good and clean, just need a bit of tidying up. Good access logistics to the slopes. Excluding some people from the reception, the service is rude and arrogant. It's strange that in a tourist area, hospitality employees only know how to speak French. I don't remember being treated so poorly in a hotel. A course in good manners and etiquette is necessary.

The hotel was in a great location and had basic amenities for a weekend stay. It is called out as a spa hotel and the facilities are quite small and some basics were not provided in the rooms that I’d expect at a place calling itself a hotel and spa (like body lotion), but the bed itself was comfortable, the balcony view nice and clean. I did have treatments in the spa which were fine but the jacuzzi, pool and sauna were very small and not the most relaxing. Also, I had booked a triple room and it was very very crowded so would not suggest for more than 2 people.

There are great things to say about this hotel. Amenities are in line with a 4 star hotel. Lucille in reception was especially helpful throughout the five day stay. Comfortable room with a balcony facing the Alps. Buffet breakfast in the morning with a variety of offerings (cold and hot) though this was unchanged over the week so definitely something for the hotel to consider. On site restaurant serves delicious lunch for a reasonable price and decent portion sizes. Only used the pool and hot tub in the spa, which could be booked until 10pm and very welcome after a long day on the slopes. Other spa treatments are available at this hotel but not tried on this occasion. The location is perfect for skiers as the gondola is about a 10 minute walk or 2 minutes in the free bus. Free bus serves a wide area. Tramway du Mont Blanc is a few minutes walk away. The Thermes St Gervais is reached by a lift which is just behind the hotel itself. St Gervais town centre is a mere 5 minute walk and offers a variety of restaurants and bars which I tried (see my other reviews!). Train station is 5-10 minutes by car and about €25 from hotel ( even for France I thought this was expensive!!) Overall a great stay at this hotel.

I honestly don’t understand how this hotel has received such high ratings, who is writing these reviews, or where other hotel guests have stayed at before. Our experience was anything but wonderful. A basic training in customer service would be enough to resolve most of the issues we encountered. Our four-day stay was absolutely average, with poor customer service from the reception team. Check-in was quick but completely uninformative. We had booked two Superior rooms, received two sets of keys, and were simply pointed toward the lifts. The receptionist showed no interest in telling us anything about the hotel unless we specifically asked questions. The first morning, I woke up looking forward to a cup of coffee with a view of the mountains—only to find that my coffee machine didn’t work. It was plugged in but completely unresponsive. Having spent the last 15 years frequently staying in hotels, I know how to operate a coffee machine. After some investigation, it seemed that the fuse had blown, as nothing worked when plugged into that particular outlet. I tested the kettle in a different plug, and it worked fine, confirming that the issue was with the outlet, not the machine itself. I called reception, and a staff member came quickly but was unable to fix the issue. She said she would send a technician and asked if I would like a replacement machine. I’m genuinely surprised by this hotel’s high ratings, as our experience was far from wonderful. The reception team’s lack of basic customer service made our four-day stay frustrating. Check-in was rushed and uninformative—we were handed keys and pointed toward the lifts with no effort to explain anything unless we asked. The poor service continued throughout our stay. A simple issue with my in-room coffee machine became a three-day ordeal. Despite multiple requests and assurances from reception, nothing was done. On the morning of check-out, I brought the broken machine down myself, only to be met with an aggressive and dismissive response from the receptionist, blaming me for not asking how to turn it on—despite their repeated failure to communicate. The spa was another disappointment. Reception was indifferent, offering no guidance. The space was small, overcrowded, and anything but relaxing. We canceled the remaining visits after the first day. The only saving grace was the massages, which were excellent. On a positive note, the breakfast at Avanti restaurant was enjoyable, with friendly staff and good food. Overall, this hotel lacks the service and professionalism expected at this price point. If you’re looking for a truly relaxing experience with good customer service, I’d recommend staying elsewhere.

Came for a 5 night ski trip with friends. The hotel was excellent as was the service all of the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was well organised and the food was great exactly what was needed before a long day on the slopes. The bus to get you to the bettex Gondola picks you up around 40m away from the front entrance to the hotel with was very handy. Ate in the resturant one night and had a pizza which was good. Visited the spa each night the facilities were great my only negative would be that the jacuzzi wasn't very hot and felt a similar temperature to the pool. (Make sure you email the hotel and book spa access before you go as a few people staying the same time as us couldn't get a slot).

Ski trip with my family. Stayed for 5 nights and found it very convenient for Saint Gervais ski and eateries. Hotel is in a quiet location too so slept well. Only real issue was that the bar wasn’t open We’d and Thurs during our stay. Reception staff were very good.

Disappointing family meal. To start with a positive, the restaurant is very well designed and has a lovely atmosphere. We went with a group of 8. My starter was tasty and everyone else enjoyed there's. However, my main (trout risotto) was extremely disappointing. The risotto was tasteless and thick, like a bland rice pudding. I could not eat it. My grandma had the monkfish risotto and had the same experience and left most of hers. I expressed this disappointment to the waiter who said he would give the feedback to the chef. When the bill came, the €24 dish was still on the menu. This is a lot of money to spend on a dish that was half inedible. When I asked the waiter if he relayed the feedback to the chef, as he said he would, he said he hadn't. I was then told that as the bill had now come, we could not change the bill. This bill was over £400. They offered a 'gift' of a lemonchello. I declined this, as everyone had finished their meal and would have had to stay just for this. As someone who works hard for their money, it's a shame to spend it on disappointing food. If you value your money, avoid.

Excellent. Tout est très bien pensé. Excellente literie, chambres très bien insonorisées. Facile d’accès, commerces à proximité et pistes de ski. Personnels au top, souriants , accueillants et disponibles.

En famille 3 nuits 2 chambres Assez dessus de l’hygiène…. Des plateaux de restes de repas de nos voisins entre nos 2 chambres…. Chaque jour c’est extrêmement sale et dégoûtant de découvrir cela tout les jours malgré mes remarques à l’accueil Pour un 4 etoiles c’est très décevant…..

Loved this property, our room and the staff. They have a reservable spa, with hot tub, outdoor pool, sauna. Also, its and elevator ride away for Parc Therme, which is a reservable day spa, go early afternoon for a great themed and unique water healing experience. The restaurant and food was very tasty, we just ate there. Quiet non-touristy mountain town. Quaint.

Great place to stay. Walking distance to thermal spa and restaurants. Also had a place to park our cars.

Excellent hôtel, une mention spéciale pour la réceptionniste de ce matin qui a fait notre check out, souriante, professionnelle et détendue et elle nous a appelée sur la route très rapidement parce que nous avions oublié un vêtement dans la chambre. Merci ! Nous reviendrons. 😊

Beautiful view, right at end of town but easy walk to restaurants and shops. Lovely Hotel and super clean.

Modern hotel with close parking. Easy walk to the village center. We were fortunate to have a Mountain View room. Check in gentleman was helpful and friendly. Unfortunately did not have enough time to experience the spa.

Large family room in attic. Free underground parking was a bonus.

Stunning views, brilliant service and a room that was spacious, stylish and very clean. The sauna, plunge pool and jacuzzi made for a really relaxing stay.

We had a wonderful stay, staff all very friendly (reception and bar) and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and provided a great base for the two of us on a short snow trip. Spa lovely too - but make sure you book to use it. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel as felt it was expensive so can’t comment on food but as a room only stay it was fantastic.

We used this hotel for a family ski break for February half term on a B&B basis. The hotel is very nice and stylish throughout. Our room, a junior suite (family room) was absolutely fantastic. Very spacious with two lovely beds. The bathroom was terrific too with a huge tub as well as a separate modern powerful shower just perfect for our requirements. The breakfast service each morning was fine if not a little frantic. Good varied options but things were always running out and the staff just seemed run off their feet just trying to cope each day. We didn’t eat in the restaurant on evening due to a bad experience on night one where out kids (9 & 11) were just so tired after travel and a day skiing that we just wanted takeaway pizza to take upstairs to our room. This was an absolute farce, we were made to feel like a complete inconvenience for requesting this and the subsequent wait was an hour and a quarter. We eventually got back to the room, kids had fallen asleep hungry and the pizza’s we had were just terrible. We actually commented between us as to how on Earth can you make a bad pizza?!! We also chose this hotel because it had a pool. After a day on the slopes it’s lovely to stretch out for us and the children. That didn’t happen. The pool is closed to children after 16.00 so basically unless you cut your day very short skiing you kids are unable to use the pool area. We question this to the staff and they were apologetic but unwilling to do anything about it.

Nous y avons séjourné ce week-end, chambre très confortable et parfaitement situé. Personnel très agréable malgres la pression malsain palpable de leur direction, c'est bien dommage.

Room was tiny. Spa was a little disappointing. But the biggest issue is we were served breakfast each day of our stay but not told we would be charged 42 euros per day for it until we were checking out and the hotel refused to budge on the additional expense even though we were never made aware ther breakfast was not included / an additional quite high fee. Very cheap and underhanded move by a supposed four star hotel.

Très bel hôtel, proche du centre-ville et des commerces/restaurants de St Gervais. Nuits calmes, sans bruits, bonne literie. Nous avons également apprécié l'espace piscine/jacuzzi. Tout petit bémol pour le restaurant de l'hôtel qui manquait de personnel lors de notre séjour. Sinon accueil très agréable et souriant de l'ensemble du personnel, de la réception en passant par le pizzaiolo du restaurant. Nous referions un séjour avec plaisir dans cet établissement.

Magnifique hôtel, très bon service. Malheureusement le restaurant n est pas à la hauteur de l hôtel ni le bar, prix trop élevé par rapport à la qualité des produits proposés mais très bien dans l ensemble, 1uelques petites amélioration.

Hotel was immaculate! Very clean and modern with friendly accommodating staff...made our trip to Saint Gervais perfect. Shuttle stop directly outside the hotel which takes you directly to the Gondola (skiing) in less than 5 minutes. Perfect hotel with a lovely spa area. Restaurants and ski rental shops just a short walk away.

Great staff on the whole, very helpful. Just a few tweaks would make this a great hotel; sauna that is actually hot, hot tub that is not tepid. Hot food at the breakfast buffet just about warm (it will go cold even when in Le Cruset saucepans - you need heat lamps or burners underneath. But staff were happy to zap it in the microwave! Overall a nice, stylish v new hotel. Thank you

Chambre récente, confortable, calme et bien équipée

Séjours niquel dans l'ensemble juste un soucis avec la cuisine lorsque nous avons appeler pour une table a 19h30 le restaurants es complet ce que nous comprenons un samedi soir, nous souhaitons commander des pizzas puique le restaurant de l'hotel propose des pizza à emporté, la cuisine nous demande de rappeler 1h30 plus tard parce que la ils sont débordée nous rappelons a 21h30 comme convenue avec la cuisine qui nous repond qu'il n on plus de pates et ne peuve pas nous servir... Sinon hotel super propre et chambre spacieuse

Personnel adorable, chambre nickel, bonne literie, décoration moderne soignée. Seul bémol, l’écran géant qui diffuse des spots sur St Gervais dans la salle du petit déjeuner comme pour le dîner, pas très agréable dans le champ de vision.

Agréable séjour de 4 nuits dans cet établissement ouvert récemment, tout près du centre du charmant village de Saint-Gervais et en face du Tramway du Mont-Blanc. Chambre calme, spacieuse et très confortable, dotée d'un balcon avec vue sur les montagnes. Le spa, en accès libre, est un peu petit mais a le mérite d'exister. Le restaurant AVANTI de l'hôtel n'est cependant pas du tout à la hauteur, surtout les dimanches et lundis où l'on sert un buffet cher et sans aucun intérêt. La déco mériterait également d'être un peu plus sobre, mais c'est une question de goût. Une bonne adresse centrale pour découvrir la région, sans avoir besoin d'une voiture.

Nous avions demandé une chambre lit simple mais nous avons eu un lit double. Le parking de l'hôtel était plein nous avons du nous garer de l'autre côté et monter les escaliers avec une valise alors que j'ai du mal à marcher et que j'ai un macaron PMR. Le Spa est un peu sous dimensionné pour la taille de l'hôtel

Piscine fermée…et horaires trop restreintes, restaurant pas encore fonctionnel, peignoir taille unique ? Planche apéritive trop peu de choix. Mais personnel charmant et agréable. Merci.
