Great location, right across from the beach. Easy to haul taxi. Short distance to eateries.

Public areas in the hotel are literally outside temperature, and that means extremely hot. Further, many of those areas are dark at night. Worst issue was when i walked into the public toilet on the ground floor, it's completely flooded (Sep 2 2026). Room was toasty on arrival, and it took a long while to cool it down.

We had a gantasticl stay at the Fleur De Lys. The location is excellent close to the beach and plenty of eating places and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean with excellent AC. The breakfast buffet has endless variety of delicious cousine. The pool is also nice and big for some swim training. There is also a well equipped gym. I can definitely recommend this hotel.

The soundproofing can be improved

Location was great, pool was good.

Some staff were busy on there phones rather then cleaning the surrounding area they were in. Cleaning pool during the morning? Minibar was warm. When we complained they said it was meant to be between 12 -18 degrees! But in fairness after complaining we received a small bar fridge to our room which is what is needed in Vietnam heat. Some areas like tables outside were dirty & sticky with staff nearby on their phones.

Location was excellent, just a short walk across the road to the beach. Room had great beach and mountain views. The hotel & surrounding was pretty big, so there wasn't much room for shops nearby. So to reach more restaurants & services, one would need to get a grab or short walk. Onsite breakfast as OK, as usual. I was travelling with kids, so it was a convenient option for them. But I would rather save money and go outside to eat. The pool was pretty good. Long enough for a swim.

Lobby sometimes was hot due to doors being opened.

The hospitality here is excellent, The staff location and facilities are sensational clean and the staff were all very helpful, this is by far one of the best value for money hotels we have experienced!

The hotel is beautifully maintained with high quality facilities, and the room was exactly as advertised: modern, spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything felt well thought out, making it easy to relax throughout the stay. What truly made the experience exceptional was the service. Every staff member was warm and professional, but I would especially like to thank Ms. Tuyền at the front desk. From the moment I made my reservation until the day I checked out, she was incredibly attentive, responsive, and always willing to help with a genuine smile. Her care and professionalism made me feel truly welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quy Nhon and will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable large room with a really great shower! Good area with some interesting local shops and cafes. Nice pool for hot afternoons.

Breakfast was not great with much of the food having sat for far too long in the bain marie.

אין לי מספיק מילים כדי לתאר כמה נהנינו מהשהות שלנו. הגענו למלון לירח הדבש שלנו, וכבר מהרגע הראשון הרגשנו שמקבלים אותנו באהבה. חיכתה לנו בחדר עוגה מושקעת וברבורים יפים ממגבות על המיטה – מחווה קטנה שהפכה את ההגעה למרגשת במיוחד. אבל מה שבאמת הפך את המלון הזה למיוחד הוא השירות. כל בקשה שהייתה לנו נענתה מיד, וכל מה שהיינו צריכים הגיע עד לחדר במהירות ועם חיוך וללא תשלום. הרגשנו שכל הצוות באמת רוצה שיהיה לנו מושלם, ותמיד היו שם בשבילנו. כל העובדים, מהקבלה ועד שאר אנשי הצוות, היו אדיבים, חייכנים, מקצועיים ונעימים. היחס שקיבלנו היה אישי, חם ואכפתי, וברמה שכמעט לא פוגשים היום. גם החדר היה נקי בצורה יוצאת דופן, נעים, מטופח ומאוד נוח. לאורך כל השהות הרגשנו שמקפידים על כל פרט קטן כדי שנרגיש בבית. זו באמת הייתה אחת מחוויות האירוח הטובות שהיו לנו. תודה ענקית לכל הצוות על היחס המדהים ועל זה שהפכתם את ירח הדבש שלנו לעוד יותר מיוחד. אין ספק שנשמח לחזור שוב, וממליצים על המלון הזה מכל הלב

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The gym and swimming pool were exceptional (the swimming pool can get very busy during the school holidays). Breakfast was good if you prefer Asian food, Western food was limited.

Door het zwembad natte vloeren bij de liften en in de liften. Benauwd in de liften. Jammer dat ze de airco niet aangezet hebben voordat de gasten arriveren. Het duurde zeker een paar uren voor de hitte uit de kamer was. En als je een lange reis hebt gemaakt is dat zeker niet fijn. Jammer.

Lovely hotel. Very relaxing. Had a great room with expansive beach and ocean views. Spa. Good massages with Sang but recommend replacing plastic covers on massage tables as constant squeaking on movement takes away a relaxing ambience. Good price. Gym. Good for a hotel. Had everything you need. Breakfast. Good selection but because i am a cereal person in the morning i would like to see better quality cereal with a selection of seeds and nuts but overall good. Staff. Fantastic reception staff in Tuyen and Tham. Both very efficient and professional. During a fire drill i didn't understand the English over the loudspeaker so walked down ten storeys thinking it was the real thing. When I got to reception area everything looked normal and Tuyen apologised profusely that it was only a drill. I wasn't worried as it was good exercise. Later that evening afruit platter was delivered to my room with a lovely note from Tuyen apologising again for any inconvenience. Above and beyond service and a great asset to the hotel. Location. Great. East and West craft beer and restaurant right on the beach directly opposite hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

The reception staff were fantastic. Linh Ho helped organise our travel to Hoi An, and her colleagues helped us with catching the van. The location was great, very near some cool beachfront bars.

The staff were incredibly lovely and so helpful. The room had fabulous views.

Khách sạn tiện nghi, sạch đẹp và thoải mái. Nhân viên cực kỳ dễ thương, thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Mình rất thích ạ. Hẹn 1 dịp mình quay lại Quy Nhơn và sẽ lại lựa chọn ks để lưu trú ạ.

Nice hotel with beautiful location. Staff is very nice. Good breakfast but have almost same menu in three days. The soundproofing on the balcony is poor, so noise from the pool and beach can still be heard.

The hotel is perfectly located, The reception staff were absolutely incredible: warm, attentive and always looking after us from beginning to end, everything was perfect. We loved every moment spent here and we will leave with very beautiful memories. It would be nicer if the pool got more sunshine.

Lovely hotel and staff with excellent facilities, breakfast had a great selection to choose from and was always kept full. If you are ever visiting Quy Nhon and are looking for a hotel we would definitely recommend you check this place out

The location opposite the beach suited our group which had been on the go for 2 weeks and this was our final destination . Being a little out of the centre of town suited us . The beach and views from our rooms lovely. The pool was great .

Hôtel parfaitement situé, dans un quartier qu’on a énormément aimé durant notre séjour. Le personnel a été absolument incroyable : chaleureux, respectueux, attentionné et toujours aux petits soins du début à la fin. Une mention toute particulière pour leur magnifique attention à l’occasion de notre anniversaire de mariage : un gateau, un geste qui nous a vraiment touchés. Franchement, tout était parfait. Nous avons adoré chaque moment passé ici et nous repartirons avec de très beaux souvenirs.

This has been a delightful interlude for for both of us and I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to colleagues, family and friends!

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The rooms were lovely, the bed comfortable, breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly and obliging. It was in a great location for the beach and the hotel pool was delightful.

This hotel was amazing we arrived both not well and it was so calm. The room was lovely and we could see the beach, and all the town. They had great staff, who were just so helpful. Within the hotel there were three places to eat and all of them were really good. We particularly liked the ground floor Chinese Style resturant. The pool was lovely and clean with nice places to sit. Overall fantastic.

Very great stay! Clean rooms, excellent service, and a wonderful stay. We stayed here for 2 nights and had a great time here while exploring Quy Nhon. The hotel is all around modern, luxurious, & attentive. The location is steps away from the beach and by great local spots. They have amenities such as a gym and pool. Our stay was very peaceful.

From check-in to departure 4 days later, our experience at the hotel was amazing. Great location, views of ocean, comfortable room and really helpful staff. Recommend to any visitor to Quy Nhon.

Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Buffet sáng tương đối. Hồ bơi sạch. Khách sạn sát biển, cũng thuận tiện di chuyển đến các địa điểm ăn uống nổi tiếng trong TTTP.

Khu vực bàn ghế ngồi giữa hồ bơi và nhà hàng cần được vệ sinh và chăm sóc hơn.

Établissent en face d’une plage peu fréquentée, ce que j’ai particulièrement apprécié. Chambres très propres et literie confortable. J’ai eu un souci avec ma chambre et le personnel m’a tout de suite donné une autre chambre, beaucoup plus spacieuse et avec une meilleure vue de la plage pour se faire pardonner. Je ne demandais pas tant, je leur en suis très reconnaissante.

L’insonorisation avec l’extérieur est un peu faible. Si quelqu’un décide de parler fort depuis son balcon c’est assez gênant. Il y a également de la musique très forte le soir en extérieur (week-end) mais pas de la faute de l’hôtel. La partie asiatique du petit déjeuné est très bonne mais la partie occidentale n’est vraiment pas au niveau, qualitativement et quantitativement. Je ne sais pas si la piscine est chauffée. Je l’ai trouvée un peu froide mais c’est peut-être à cause des forts écarts de température.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueilli chaleureusement par un personnel souriant, professionnel et toujours disponible pour aider. La chambre était impeccable : propre, confortable et bien équipée, avec une literie de grande qualité qui m’a permis de très bien me reposer. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié le calme de l’établissement, idéal pour se détendre. Les installations de l’hôtel sont modernes et bien entretenues, et les services proposés sont à la hauteur des attentes. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et délicieux, avec des produits frais. L’emplacement est également un vrai plus, pratique pour découvrir les environs. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour.

Everything was great. The service was so nice, we received an upgrade to a bigger room. The hotel was located next to the beach and a lot of restaurants close by.

Zimmer gross, hell, Meersicht, modernes Bad, begehbare grosse Dusche

Frühstücksraum und Skybar wirken veraltet. Im Frühstücksrestaurant blickt man neben dem Buffet auf die Abräumstation. Die Ausgabestelle für Gebratene eier und Omelette wirkt wie eine Personalausgabestelle im Grossbetrieb. In einem Hotel dieser Aufmachung erwartet man Kaffeeautomaten für Espresso und Cappuccino. Gab nur Filterkaffe auf Wärmeplatte. Und die Poolbar wurde in unserem Aufenthalt eher als Küche und Geschirrspüler benutzt. Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich aber es fehlte irgendwie der Spirit. Alles wirkte eher steril. Minibar leer (nur auf telefonischer bestellung), keine Gläser auf dem Zimmer. Die Etagenflure ohne Bilder oder Pflanzen. Sehr kahl! Die Summe der vielen Kleinen Mängel trübt den Gesamteindruck leider.
