🚫 لا انصح فيه ابدا ابدا تعامل سيء - مكان غير نظيف - خدمة عملاء غير متعاونين ولا يستجيبوا -يوجد كاميرات داخلية في منطقة مخصصة للمستأجر مما يفقد الخصوصية و الراحة للنزيل. -الكهرباء تفصل بكثرة جدا بدون اي تجاوب او تواصل من قبل اي مسؤول. -اثاث قديم جدا. -لا يوجد اقل الاحتياجات مثل ( المناديل و الصابون )

I liked the swimming pool, the quiet, the safety, the design of the building, and the cats that were our neighbors. I hope that whoever goes there feeds the cats, please. The weather is too hot for them. I also liked that there is a TV, a microwave, a refrigerator, a washing machine, and towels. cleaning products

On the third floor, the temperature in the room exceeded 30 degrees Celsius on the day of check-in. The room was uncooled. There was no cool water in the shower. The pool had become dirty within a week.Lack of clothes hangers in closets, trash bags, brooms and dustpans, vacuum cleaners, and cleaning cloths. Lack of dishes and kitchen utensils. Also, when arriving at the site, there is a problem with Google Maps. It does not specify the destination on the correct street, but rather on the back street.

Note : 2/10 – Séjour écourté à cause du bruit Points positifs : • Villa bien agencée et fonctionnelle. Points négatifs : • Nuisances sonores insupportables : des enfants ont joué et crié dans la piscine toute la nuit, rendant le sommeil impossible. • Aucun respect des règles : les parents ont ignoré ma demande et se sont montrés désagréables. • Police appelée, mais elle n’a pas pu intervenir dans la résidence. • Qualité d’entretien perfectible (voir photo jointe d’une plinthe abîmée). Conclusion : Séjour gâché, obligé d’écourter ma location. Je demande à Booking un geste commercial ou remboursement partiel, car les conditions de séjour annoncées n’ont pas été respectées.

Location

Needs paint and general maintenance, needs attention to details such as appliances. The showers have no curtains, lots of bugs and especially large mosquitoes. They need proper maintenance.

The location, the pool and the own private entrance.

The furnish was very old and not clean, there was no mosquito net in our villa. The other villas all did have one. I asked if we could get one too and they refused. The mosquitoes were very bad. We paid for extra cleaning which wasn’t worth the pay at all.

The house was simple, nicely decorated with enough space. The pool was great for the kids. Yahya did a great job in welcoming us and supporting us whenever we needed anything.

furniture is dirty, burns every where on the carpet, we asked to clean the bathrooms, they said its chargeable 130 SAR /room, this is the first time i found such poor service in such hospitality place, dust on the windows, sofas dirty, we asked for coffee cap, they didnt serve and we bought from the supermarket.

theres only one thing i dont like is that we cannot stay long outside with friends drinking coffee and talking near the swimming pool area because of the policy that always keep silence. and some other guy tell us not to talk to much its very disappotining

Location

Noise at night. I had a previous bad experience but was improved after multiple complaints and a very cooperative employee called Abdullah was very helpful and supportive to close the pool area in the evening so we can sleep.

If you’re thinking about booking a hotel room to get a decent night sleep, do not come here. Neighbors do pool parties any time of the day and all bedrooms have a pool view. Although the hotel claims that there is a cutoff of 9PM, they do not even try to enforce this rule. I called them multiple times and every time they tell me they are sending someone. I stayed for like an hour until I spoke to the neighbors myself. Only to have other neighbors swim and make noises afterwards. When I called them again and told them I will not hang up until the neighbors go away they admitted that there was nobody on their way and they can’t help until 9AM. It’s 6 AM now and I can’t sleep. This is just ridiculous.

What I like about the property is the interior design which is a modern take.

What I didn’t like about the property is the cleanliness.

almost everything was good except the toilets, it had to be cleaned as there were many dead bugs on the floor.
