Hôtel Roi Soleil Prestige Plaisir - St Quentin

Booked this hotel after visiting Monet’s Garden in Giverny and wanted somewhere to stay close to Versailles but not in central Paris. This hotel was perfect. Just 10 miles/15 mins drive to Versailles. Secure included free parking on site. Plenty of spaces.(30+) Also 4 EV charge points which were not advertised but came as a nice surprise as we drive an EV. And also free to charge! Lovely staff. Very clean. Nice sized room which was quiet and comfortable. Bed fantastically comfortable. Whole hotel felt brand new but is apparently 3+ years old. Water machines on each floor and in reception offering free chilled/sparkling or normal temp water. Very useful as there during a heatwave. Right next door to the hotel was a very nice Italian Restaurant (Del Arte) which was surprisingly busy. Also a KFC next door to that.

Hôtel très propre. Très bon rapport qualité/prix Très bon petit déjeuner

Uitstekend hotel, vriendelijk personeel, ruime rn grote slaapkamer, net en schone badkamer. Groot parkeerterrein die afgesloten is.

Good hotel quiet and perfect for my two nights stay

Excellent hotel. Easy access to main roads

This is a great business hotel for the area. not much competition but they still keep a very good standard and good value

very good hotel and I will be back!

Overall lovely place, but there is a horrible smell in the vicinity which spoiled our stay.

Nice hotel in an industrial area. Not busy at the time we were there. Two close restaurants but the main town is a short drive away.

Sejour dans la tranquillité

Nice room, all very new Nespresso machine in the room It last a while until you have hot water shower

Sehr gut

Sejour agreable

Love the hotel Beds are very confortable

The hotel was very nice overall, the bed was very comfortable, the room very spacious and practical, the bathroom was particularly nice with a good shower, the car park easy to access and find, the parking easy, very good location for accessing Palace of Versailles. The breakfast was good, with choice of meats/ cheese and bacon sausages, pancakes and egg (scrambled plus pastries and breads. My only issue was accidentally booking 3 overnights (on 2 separate trips) one overnight in error whilst browsing on Expedia. I had hoped for a.refund given the accidental booking was booked approximately 9/10 pm at night and so obviously it wasn’t needed, however it was my error.

Nice clean with modern design and friendly helpful staff and service.

Allt funkade bra.

Really good hotel. Brand new, good breakfast, beds are comfy. Staff during check in and breakfast seemed a bit depressed though.

As usual, perfect ! Good service, beautiful room : You feel welcome over here !!!! I recommend highly.

Super comfy bed and lovely room. Sadly our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, otherwise excellent
