Нас зустрів один з працівників готелю з пристані і доставив наш багаж до нашого готельного номеру, коли ми повертались вони теж нам допомогли з багажем, що було дуже зручно. Кожного дня прибирали, гарний краєвид з балкону.Також я повідомила, що у нас з чоловіком річниця і нам зробили декорацію на ліжку, що було дуже приємно

Голосно робив кондиціонер, що заважало вночі спати. Сніданок було б добре покращити, у нас в номері не робив холодильник, ми повідомили про це рецепцію, але вони нічого не зробили (

El alojamiento esta en la calle principal, el personal es super atento y te ayudan con las maletas y con todo.

Las habitaciones no son como las fotos, son bastante lúgubres, el baño no tiene ni cortina, y hay bastante ruido de la calle porque las paredes son de papel. Para el precio que tiene hay hoteles mejores, este es mas parecido a una pension

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Maafushi. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location, making it easy to enjoy the island. But honestly, the best part of my stay was the amazing staff. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist us whenever we needed anything. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Thanks to their kindness and support, our trip was not just a normal vacation — they helped make it a truly special and unforgettable experience. ❤️ A huge thank you to the entire team for everything you did for us. Our stay at Lagoona Sunset was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we booked until the day we checked out, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience as smooth and comfortable as possible. Since we had planned a private island tour on our check-in day, we requested the hotel in advance to collect our luggage from another property. They handled everything seamlessly before we even arrived, allowing us to enjoy our excursion without worrying about our belongings. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a genuinely warm welcome by the front desk representative. She was exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive, completing the check-in process efficiently while taking the time to explain all the hotel facilities before escorting us to our room. The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a lovely balcony offering a pleasant view. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring modern fixtures and excellent cleanliness. During the night, a severe storm caused rainwater to seep through the balcony glass partition. What truly stood out was the hotel's prompt response. The staff quickly came to our room to ensure everything was alright and thoughtfully provided beach towels to minimize the water ingress until the weather improved. Their concern and willingness to help reflected their genuine commitment to guest comfort. Breakfast was enjoyable, offering a decent spread with a good variety of options to start the day. At check-out, we once again requested assistance in transferring our luggage to another hotel, and just like before, the staff happily accommodated our request without hesitation. Overall, our experience at Lagoona Sunset exceeded our expectations. The outstanding hospitality, attentive service, comfortable accommodation, and excellent value for money made our stay truly memorable. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

Todo impecable, ubicación perfecta y más aún el personal. Muy atento a todo, nos facilitaron el desayuno para llevar los días que íbamos de excursión. La cama super cómoda. Repetiría sin duda.

We stayed at Lagoona Sunset in late June 2026 and had a very pleasant experience overall. The experience started on a great note. A hotel representative was already waiting for us at the Maafushi jetty when we arrived, helped us with our luggage, and walked us to the hotel, which is only a few minutes away on foot. At check-in, we were warmly welcomed by Mal, who was exceptionally courteous, professional, and customer-focused. She completed the check-in process quickly and took the time to explain everything we needed to know, including breakfast timings, hotel facilities, and useful information about the island. She also recommended Room 304 on the third floor, mentioning that it had the best view. She was absolutely right! She also made sure to let us know beforehand that the hotel does not have a lift and asked if we were comfortable using the stairs, which I appreciated because it set the right expectations from the start. The room itself was spacious and comfy. Good view, and having two balconies was a bonus. One balcony even had a drying rack, which was useful after returning from the beach or water activities with wet clothes. The room was cleaned every day, complimentary drinking water was replenished, and the toiletries provided were of very good quality. Another nice touch was that the hotel provides complimentary beach towels that guests can borrow every day, as well as free snorkeling gear for anyone wanting to explore the waters around Maafushi. They also organize excursions and tours, although we didn't make use of them during our stay.

The only area where I felt there was room for improvement was breakfast. The variety was actually quite good, with both hot and cold options, juices, tea, and enough choices to suit most guests. However, there were simply too many flies around around the breakfast area on the ground floor every morning. It became quite distracting and made it difficult to enjoy the meal comfortably.

El personal increíblemente encantador, un trato súper cercano, nos ayudaron en todo. La habitación estaba genial, todo super limpio, y de ubicación estupendo, al final es una isla chiquitita, se llega andando sin ningún problema a todas partes.

Great service! The staff booked my boat tickets ahead of time and picked me up at the pier. They respond super fast to messages. Room is large. It’s located in a quieter area, but the island is so small that location doesn't really matter.

Doors and windows leaked during heavy rain. Breakfast was always cold. We were not asked if we wanted to vary some of the items like boiled eggs or omlette etc.

El personal són un encant. Habitació ben equipada amb aire acondicionat. Molt bona relació qualitat-preu.

La hospitalidad de todo el equipo de Lagoona Sunset es increíble. Te hacen sentir especial y como en casa desde el minuto uno. Siempre super atentos y a tú disposición para ayudarte en todo lo que puedan (bien sea para llevarte las maletas a la habitación, prepararte el desayuno pronto por si te vas de excursión...). Repetiría sin duda!

Todo!!! Ubicación espectacular, comodidad, relación precio calidad y en especial la atención de sus empleados siempre amables y predispuestos para ayudar en todo. En especial Ashik que siempre estuvo atento a todos los detalles y a brindarnos ayuda. Lo recomiendo 1000 veces por que tiene todo que tiene que tener.

Great location. Great staff. I took a private room, with a balcony and the room is a bit small and the bathroom was not that renovated. But overall it was nice.

Lovely hotel with wonderful staff. A few minutes walk from the port, and less than 10 minutes to the bikini beach, near lots of restaurants, but in a quiet part of the island. Room serviced daily. Very good breakfast included, with variety everyday.

There are balconies but no tables or chairs which would be nice as otherwise it’s just used for drying clothes.

Had a great stay at Lagoona Sunset Hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish the staff were friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Ashiq, who was very helpful and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The breakfast was awesome with good variety and fresh taste every morning. Definitely worth the money. Highly recommended!

Muy recomendable, limpio, buen situado perpetuate por encima de todo, la amabilidad del personal, excepcional, no pueden hacer más por ti con una sonrisa. Nos pusieron un desayuno completo a las 5.30 de la mañana . Súper genial

Simplemente increíble. El hotel está genial en cuanto a instalaciones, todo muy cuidado y cómodo, pero sin duda lo que más nos conquistó fue el personal y los servicios. La limpieza diaria fue impecable, con amenities siempre disponibles, toallas para la playa y muchísimos detalles que marcan la diferencia. El desayuno era súper completo y delicioso, y los días que teníamos excursiones nos lo preparaban para llevar sin ningún problema. Siempre estuvieron atentos a cualquier cosa que necesitáramos, ayudándonos incluso más allá de lo esperado. El trato fue una pasada: cercano, amable y muy humano. Se notaba claramente que querían que disfrutáramos del viaje y que nos sintiéramos a gusto, como en casa. Además, nos facilitaron el transporte a la isla y fueron a buscarnos al puerto, encargándose también de llevar las maletas, lo cual fue comodísimo. Recomendadísimo al cien por cien. Si volvemos a Maafushi, no dudaríamos ni un segundo en quedarnos aquí de nuevo.

The staff were the sweetest sad I dint get their names but God bless them for their dedication at work. They are so caring so punctual so kind exceptionally human. Would definitely recommend and come back if need be.

I can't point at anything honestly. I actually wanted an extra night but they were fully booked so that explains it all. They are the kindest people. The sea view was perfect. It's only for the flour above that they are constructing that I got knocking and noise and not all the time

Everyone was really nice and helpful, the room was big enough and the bed comfortable. You can reach the port, the beach, restaurants and shops in a few minutes. I highly recommend staying here!

Firstly the bedsheets and the towels were absolutely filthy. Once we had breakfast the following morning there were dead ants inside of the food.

El personal súper atento y servicial.

Echt een aanrader om te verblijven bij lagoona sunset. Prijs kwaliteit klopt het, bedden zijn goed, airco werkt goed en het personeel is enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wanneer je een excursie gaat doen kan er extra vroeg ontbeten worden. Badkamer is wat klein maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt.

Todo! El personal era muy amable y estaba bien ubicado. La cama era bastante amplia y cómoda.

No tenía terraza la habitación que nos tocó así que secar la ropa de baño era complicado

Personal muy muy atento, simpáticos y amables para lo que necesitásemos. Habitación impecable, y entraban a hacerla cada día, reponían cafés y toallas. Wifi y aire acondicionado perfectos, tenía TV. Vistas a la playa y caja fuerte. Desayuno correcto

Nos encantó el hotel , muy bonito y frente al puerto, con fácil acceso a excursiones y transporte a Malé. La limpieza es diaria, cambian toallas todos los días y dejan agua en la habitación. El desayuno es de 7:00 a 9:30 y si tienes excursión temprano, te preparan desayuno para llevar. La comida está muy buena, cenamos una noche allí y nos gustó mucho. Hicimos varias actividades: snorkel con tiburones (fotos con dron espectaculares), excursión a resort, night fishing y Whale Shark en Dhigurah. Todas fueron experiencias muy divertidas y recomendables.

el cambio de dinero. Si necesitas efectivo, hay que ir a Malé y cada viaje cuesta 15 USD, así que no merece la pena solo para cambiar dinero. Recomendamos traer dólares desde España para evitar comisiones y problemas con el cambio, ya que en mafushi casi no se usa la rupia maldiva y pagar con tarjeta tiene comisión
