Wi-Fi funktioniert nicht,

Otelin Lokasyonu ve Manzarası muhteşem. Bina çok iyi ve yeni. Gün doğumunu izlemek için muhteşem manzaraya sahip. Şehir merkezine yürüyerek çok rahat gidilebiliyor. Kahvatısı çok başarılıydı.

Öncelikle otel personelinin genel olarak mutsuz olduğunu düşünüyorum. Bunun maaşlardan mı yoksa yönetimsel sorunlardan mı kaynaklandığını bilmiyorum ancak hizmetin birçok noktasına yansıdığı çok net. Temizlik: Odaya girdiğimizde televizyon ve hoparlörlerin üzerinde yoğun toz, yatak çarşafında el büyüklüğünde koyu sarı bir leke vardı. Havlunun içinden de saç çıktı. Bunu doğrudan odayı temizleyen personele bağlamıyorum; yoğunlukta gözden kaçabilir. Ancak böyle bir odanın supervisor/müdür kontrolünden geçmeden misafire teslim edilmesi kabul edilebilir değil. Restoran: Kahvaltı ekibinde ciddi bir motivasyon ve misafirperverlik eksikliği hissettik. Güleryüz, sıcak bir karşılama veya “Bir isteğiniz var mı?” gibi basit bir iletişim dahi yoktu. Her sabah yalnızca “Oda numaranız?” sorusuyla karşılandık. Oda numarası sorulması elbette normal; sorun bunun nasıl yapıldığı. 40 küsur odalı, bu fiyat seviyesinde ve butik/lüks konumlanan bir otelde misafire mümkünse ismiyle hitap edilmesini ve daha kişisel bir hizmet beklerdim. Resepsiyon: Check-in sırasında neredeyse hiçbir iletişim kurulmadı. Yolculuğunuz nasıl geçti, çevrede şuraları önerebiliriz gibi basit bir karşılama dahi yapılmadı. Daha da şaşırtıcı olan, otele 3 dakika mesafedeki plajın güncel şezlong uygulamasını sorduk; “Geçen yıl ücret almıyorlardı, bu yılı bilmiyorum” cevabını aldık. Koy önerisi istediğimizde ise “İnternetten bakabilirsiniz” denildi. Bir butik otelin resepsiyonunun bulunduğu bölgeyi tanımaması ve misafire lokal öneri sunamaması ciddi bir eksiklik. Özetle sorun tek tek çalışanlardan ziyade yönetim, eğitim, motivasyon ve hizmet standartlarında görünüyor. Bu kadar güzel bir otel ve ciddi bir yatırımın, aslında çok kolay düzeltilebilecek hizmet detayları nedeniyle değer kaybetmesi gerçekten üzücü. Bu fiyat seviyesinde misafir yalnızca güzel bir oda değil, fark yaratan bir hizmet ve misafirperverlik de satın alıyor.

Herhangi bir şey olmadı, fiyat/fayda oranı , bir de bir gün havuz kapandı faydalanamadık ama başka şekilde otel telafi etti teşekkür ederiz

Довольно простой завтрак, и нужно учитывать что отель на горе поодаль от центральной улицы , минут 7-8 пешком с довольно крутой горки .

El hotel está genial, habitación grande y cómoda con vistas preciosas y balconcito, piscina muy bonita de sal, desayuno bastante completo, a 5-10 minutos andando del pueblo y playas.

La única pega es que por la noche se oye la música de los bares cercanos, aún así volvería muchas veces

Rooms weren't as soundproof as they promised. Woke up at 8 am by some neighbours who were enjoying their stay a bit too much. The toilets had no lock.

L’hôtel est très joli et bien entretenu. En revanche, nous avons été déçus par l’ambiance. La mer se trouve à environ 5 minutes à pied de l’hôtel. Il n’y a pas de parasols gratuits sur la plage, ils sont payants et assez chers. L’hôtel ne propose aucune animation et il n’y a pas de formule demi-pension. À force de manger au restaurant à chaque repas, le budget augmente rapidement. Nous aurions préféré une formule demi-pension afin de mieux profiter du séjour. L’endroit est très calme, peut-être même trop. Les rues autour de l’hôtel ne sont pas agréables, il n’y a presque pas de trottoirs et beaucoup sont abîmés. Il n’y a pas de musique ni d’animation, on a vraiment l’impression d’être dans un lieu destiné aux personnes qui recherchent uniquement le repos. Le café servi à l’hôtel est très léger. Si vous souhaitez un café plus corsé, il faut le payer en supplément. Au final, nous trouvons que l’hôtel est assez cher par rapport aux prestations proposées.

Das Hotel hat eine mega-gute Lage, nicht mitten im Trubel, aber 6 Gehminuten entfernt am Berg mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht.Alles war sehr sauber, alle Mitarbeiter äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind groß genug, gut geschnitten und durchdacht. Der Meereswasser-Pool mit seiner Aussicht ist mega. Die Snackbar am Pool bietet leckere Snacks für ca. 700-1000 TL ~ 15-20 €/Gericht an. Der SPA-Bereich ist sehr schön und bietet einen Salzgrottenraum, eine finnische Sauna und ein Hamam. Der Gym-Bereich bietet auch ausreichend viele Sportmöglichkeiten.

Es gab wirklich nichts zu beanstanden.

Großes Zimmer, toller Ausblick auf das Meer. Kurzer Weg zu Fuß in die Stadt.

Dusche am Pool war defekt. Frühstück am ersten Tag war überschaubar. Erst auf Wunsch wurde uns ein hart gekochtes Ei zubereitet. Am zweiten Tag war es schon etwas besser. Der Kaffee war sehr schlecht. Es gab keinen Kaffeevollautomaten.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Nähe Innenstadt, aber auch zu den anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten und den schönsten Strandabschnitten. Die Reinigung ist top. Die Zimmer wurden ikmer sehr sauber gemacht.

Es ist mein zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Und das erste war eindeutig top. Leiderbgibtbes diesmal mehr negative Punkte. 1.der Lärm vom Club gegenüber. Man kann bis 2 Uhr nachts nicht einschlafen. Extrem störend. 2.die matratzen sind schon sehr eingeweicht. Die sollte man erneut austauschen. Ich bin sehr eingesackt ins bett. Die matratzen waren mal härter. 3.am Pool hätte man kostenloses, kaltes Wasser mit Zitronenscheiben für die Gäste hinstellen können. Genauso ein Willkommensdrink als nette Geste bei der Hitze. 4.die Mitarbeiter schienen mir alle sehr unmotiviert. Vor allem die vom Frühstück! Sehe oft das Handy in der Hand. Nicht sympathisch, eher herunzer gezogenes Gesicht. Und das schlimmste die Tische wurden jedes Mal mit dem selben Lappen gewischt, der eh schon dreckig war. Die Tische waren meistens sehr klebrig. Zudem finde ich, dass die Mitarbeiter sich einheitlich anziehen sollten. Die Mädels sind so knapp angezogen, dass es schon nicht mehr professionell wirkt. Die einzigen Mitarbeiter die mir aufgefallen sind, ist die Dame in der Küche, die immer raus kam, um zu schauen, ob alles noch befüllt ist und der Herr Necap. Alle anderen extrem unmotiviert. 5. Frühstück hat eindeutig frischgepresste Säfte gefehlt statt iem komisches Ananaasaft. Genauso die Obstauswahl war sehr klein. Kleine schale wassermelone, die schnell leer war bei so vielen Gästen. Alles in einem war ich diesmal sehr unzufrieden und würde weder selber noch meinen Bekannten das Hotel empfehlen. Ich hoffe hier auf neue Veränderung und Umschulung der Gäste.

High level of service, very beautiful, very clean. Amazing bed and shower. The view from the balcony and the location are also amazing.

Die Betten sind gemütlich und die Aussicht ist traumhaft! Das Frühstück ist sehr sehr gut, viel Auswahl, alles ist frisch und der Service ist echt gut! Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel und es ist in der Nähe vom Zentrum. Ich hatte mir im Spa noch ein Treatment gebucht. Damit war ich auch sehr zufrieden.

Gegenüber am Strand wird Livemusik gespielt, weshalb es abends bis ca. 1-2 Uhr schon was lauter ist. Den Lärm hört man leider auch durch die Fenster. Wir hatten auch das Problem, dass wir Abflussgerüche in unserem Zimmer hatten. Wir haben das gemeldet und das Reinigungspersonal kam sofort und hat nochmal gereinigt. Das ist leider ein bekanntes Problem für Datca. Das haben wir später durch das Personal erfahren.

The hotel is just 5-10 min out side of the main harbour area. The views are amazing. Beautiful pool area and great spa services. We had a suite with separate living/bed area and 2 bathrooms as well as a large outdoor area. Breakfast was varied and lovely to sit outside with sea views. Cenap at reception was friendly and helpfull

Heerlijk hotel met prachtig zicht op zee. Ruime kamers.

Helaas hadden wij 2 avonden dat er feestjes waren aan zee waardoor we tot 01:00 last hadden van het geluid. Hier kan het hotel echter niks aan doen.

Het is een accommodatie waar je met een gerust hart naartoe kunt gaan, zelfs alleen. Ik voelde me er meer dan welkom. Het personeel is echt top: stuk voor stuk ontzettend vriendelijk en altijd in voor een gezellig babbeltje. Ook de locatie is ideaal, het centrum is op slechts twee à drie minuten loopafstand. De heenweg is iets gemakkelijker dan de terugweg vanwege de helling, maar dat neem je er gewoon bij. Bovendien liggen Taşlık en Kumluk Plajı op slechts enkele minuten afstand. Daarnaast geniet je van een prachtig uitzicht vanuit zowel de kamers als het restaurant. Ik kijk er nu al naar uit om hier binnenkort opnieuw te verblijven. ❤️

Very Nice boutique hotel with great sea view. Super good spa and Balinese therapist. Breakfast was relatively simple for the overall hotel level but all basics are there and of good quality. Super helpful reception manager and special discount for spa for the women day. Just 7 mins walk to the city and seaside restaurants, however the way back is uphill. Tasty food on the on-site restaurant.

Monday morning vs Sunday morning there was no buffet breakfast. Menemen that was available for free on Sunday they tried to charge separately on Monday but dropped it after our push back. The hotel was only half full but the parking next to the building and even in front was almost fully taken, just curious if there is enough parking place in season.

Everything. Stylish beautiful and comfy rooms, stuff was extremely helpful as well, nice breakfast. The jakuzzi is amazing with such a view.

Super Lage, mit Weitsicht auf das Meer und Datca. Kleine aber schöne Zimmer mit bequemem Bett und super Sicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist übrigens auch sehr gut und grosszügig. Zudem das Hotel Pool und sonstige Infrastrukturen auch genutzt werden dürfen.

The view from the room was incredible! Location was also perfect, with a short walking distance to the marina and main restaurants. But still far enough so not noisy!

The rooms are a little dated and could be a bit more modern. But generally the room was comfortable!

The property itself is stunning, fantastic views, incredibly spacious rooms which are well equipped and really comfortable (the bed was one of the best I’ve ever slept in!), pool area was gorgeous. Breakfast was good, could perhaps have had a bit more variety if you are staying a number of days here. Great location to walk into Datça. Well-equipped gym. Didn’t use the spa but it looked great!

Communication with guests could be improved. There was a technical problem with the pool which meant it was out of action for 3 days; we had chosen to stay here and spend a bit more than we usually do because of the pool. I appreciate that things go wrong and it is nobody’s fault, but there was no active communication from any of the staff about the issue; we only found out because we happened to ask why the pool was empty. In my opinion, this required a sign or notification at the front desk explaining the situation and an apology, particularly as it then meant we had to spend more money going to beach clubs or paying to use the pool at other hotels. As in a previous review, it would be great if the gym and pool could open at 8am for those wanting to exercise before breakfast and starting the day.

the hotel grounds and rooms are impeccable. clean, well maintained, close to the city, has parking lot etc. breakfast food is awesome. very calm vibes, +9 yrs old was the reason i booked it. complimentary vinery tour was enjoyable they helped with transfer info and car rental restaurant helped to alternate our food due to special circumstances

i'm giving 9/10 because: 1. no cold drink options at the breakfast such as juice. no coffee machine for cappuccino, cafe latte etc. only tea, filter coffee and water are available and the rest are paid. 2. staff are a bit amateur, for example we stayed around 10 days and nobody asked "how is your stay going?" or "did you like the room service food?". you don't get a lot of pleasantries from them 3. their Kylix restaurant is pretty bad. burned chicken, avocado toast with "hints" of avocado
