В номере была полная чистота, никто не курил в коридоре, и по утрам был великолепный завтрак! Благодарю!!!
Продолжать бороться с курением. На этажах, в холлах, в ресторанах.

I can smell smokes in my room even though I booked a nonsmoking room! One side of the bed doesn’t have nightstand.

Reviewed Dec 13, 2023Room temperature was set at 28C-29C and couldn't be changed by the guest, it was a terrible experience as I couldn't sleep at all because it was too hot.

Reviewed Sep 30, 2023cleaner and reception are helpful very helpful staff, especially the cleaner 代显侠, a very considerate, responsible and caring person, he prepared few pieces A4 paper for me when he saw my laptop on desk during his cleaning process even hotel doesn't have any spare for customer, but the receptionist gave my wife sanitary pad by her own at late night, it's a really really great help while all shops outside hotel are closed
