Reviewed Sep 3, 2026El hotel hermoso, sus instalaciones de espacios comunes eran nuevas y espaciosas. La ubicación muy bien también.
La habitación nos quedó frente a un pasillo donde estaba el ascensor y se escuchaba la gente que se tomaba el ascensor. Lo mismo con una escalera cerca. Se escuchaba un poco el ruido de las habitaciones continuas. El tele no era de pantalla plana.

Las habitaciones no me gustaron parecen antiguas y el desayuno es horrible el cafe tenia gusto a tierra y poca variedad de comidas y el de recepcion nos quiso estafar ya que tuvimos 1 noche y le dijimos con mi pareja que queríamos irnos al otro dia y nos dijo que teniamos que pagar el total que decia en la app que era mas de 500mil entonces al otro dia fuimos a recepcion y habia una chica en recepcion y me cobro 2 noches que era algo de alrededor de 190mil

The rooms were VERY outdated. I think the bedding & mattresses were from 1980s. The bedding was old, faded and scratchy and the mattress/box spring “thunked” each time we sat down (I am a small person!). The pillows were flat little pancakes! There wasn’t any lighting that turned on until we reached our door at the end of the hall.

As others have mentioned, there is a small issue with the shower and the floor getting wet. The restroom where the toilet is is enclosed but doesn’t have a vent. Other than those 2 things, everything else was great. Breakfast was good with a variety of items. Room service was convenient.

Reviewed Jan 10, 2024I was scheduled to stay on the Royal Princess Hotel from 1/3/24 to 1/7 after making my reservation online. I had just arrived from climbing Aconcagua with my climbing team and the hotel DID NOT honor our reservation because of an unwritten policy to not accept guests from the mountain. Multiple egregious issues- first, this policy is written NO WHERE. This is a policy that does not exist and should therefore not be enforced. Secondly, this policy is discriminatory against guests- how does this even exist today? Lastly, the receptionist made no to little effort to assist us at such a late hour to secure alternate accommodations. This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had and I would 100% NOT RECOMMEND the Royal Princess Hotel. Tenía previsto quedarme en el Hotel Royal Princess del 3/1/24 al 7/1 después de hacer mi reserva en línea. Acababa de llegar de escalar el Aconcagua con mi equipo de escalada y el hotel NO cumplió con nuestra reserva debido a una política no escrita de no aceptar huéspedes de la montaña. Múltiples cuestiones atroces: primero, esta política está escrita NINGÚN DÓNDE. Esta es una política que no existe y por lo tanto no debería aplicarse. En segundo lugar, esta política es discriminatoria contra los huéspedes. ¿Cómo es que esto existe hoy en día? Por último, la recepcionista hizo poco esfuerzo para ayudarnos a una hora tan tardía a conseguir alojamiento alternativo. Esta es, con diferencia, la peor experiencia de hotel que he tenido.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2023Apesar de bem cuidado, os quartos estão muito velhos. Ar condicionado antigo e barulhento, o banho é dentro de banheira, quase não possui tomadas e a cama é pequena com travesseiros ruins. O café da manhã é fraco como geralmente é na Argentina.

The breakfast is poor in quality, a lot of "grab n' go" items, the silverware very cheap. The worst thing for me was that I went to ask for some afternoon coffee and I saw a big part of the breakfast refill resting on the floor, which is unacceptable bromatologically (I'll attach a picture). The room had two nightstands, none had plugs. The plugs were: one beside the window (like 6 feet away), another behind of minibar and another one in the bathroom. totally uncomfortable when thinking about devices. The shampoo and liquid soap smelled bad. I could sense the recycle oil that was made of. The gym equipment (just 3) were very weak and of bad quality, the sensation was that they were gonna broke anytime .

The guy at the reception was very kind and gave us immediately a new room. The toilet paper was literally paper and the breakfast also disappointing. The place has 4 stars, then you get compared like that and the conclusion is that it is not deserving…
