Az elhelyezkedés, az étterem hatalmas terasza, amiről gyönyörű a kilátás.

Sok darázs volt, ami megzavarta az étkezéseket, az étterem és a welness kicsit korán zárt, jó lett volna akár éjszakai fürdőzés, vagy borozgatás a teraszon, mivel a környékben minden más étterem is 21-kor bezárt, és nyáron jó lett volna a kellemes estében még kicsit pihenni.

Charging for extra cleaning in case they change room. Plus room should’ve been cleaner. Reception was telling reservation for meals in their restaurant is a must and was declining when calling for dinner reservations in short notice saying it is full, but calling to restaurant, they always were making reservations right away. Staff at reception can be less gloomy.

S ubytováním v Modi jsme byli velmi spokojeni. Vše bylo čisté, pohodlné a odpovídalo našim očekáváním. Oceňujeme příjemné prostředí, ochotný přístup a celkově pohodový pobyt. Rádi se sem někdy vrátíme a ubytování můžeme určitě doporučit.

I booked for a room with balcony. But I got a room without balcony. Though I requested the staff to provide me what I booked for I was not provided due to reason they quoted as over booking. This is not my fault. So I request booking. Com to refund the amount.

Die Unterkunft hat Dorfcharakter und der Baustil ist sehr schön. Die Aussicht war malerisch und die Betten sehr bequem. Das Appartement war geräumig und in sehr gutem Zustand.

Nicht direkt am See aber alles war sehr schön.

Unglaubliche Lage und Ausblick, es war wirklich der perfekte Abschluss unseres Urlaubs. Wir hatten ein Apartment mit kleiner Terrasse im Erdgeschoss, sogar mit Wäschestrick. Wir konnten den See von unserer Terrasse aus auch sehen. Das Gasthaus "Seeblick" hat auch sehr gutes Essen angeboten, das Frühstück war auch hervorragend. Preislich zwar etwas im höheren Bereich, aber wirklich gute Qualität und beim Frühstück sehr große Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Es ist nicht superschlimm, dennoch hört man, wenn jemand das Fenster auf und zu macht u.ä. Das Bett an sich ist nicht total unbequem, könnte jedoch etwas bequemer sein.

A MONDI apartmanok nagyon szép helyen fekszenek csodaszép panorámával a tóra. Ugyan nem volt benne az árban, de a reggeli tetszett a legjobban. Minden előző kontinentális reggeli tapasztalatainkat felülmúlt. Nem olcsó de nagyon megérte.

Az ágy matrac nekünk túl puha volt, de ez személyes preferencia. Viszont a szobák lehetnének picit jobb állapotban. Több dolgon is érződött, hogy ráférne egy felújítás.

Das freundliche, aufmerksame Personal und die schöne Lage. Frühstücken auf der Terrasse mit traumhafter Aussicht (nach dem Regen gabs noch keine Wespen). Super Auswahl beim Frühstück, auch laktose-u glutenfrei od vegan und in guter Qualität - vollwertig, regional. Abendessen unbedingt empfehlenswert: unglaublich gut, jede einzelne Speise!

Unsere Appartements lagen leider nördlich u ebenerdig, was aber dem späten Buchungszeitpunkt geschuldet ist. Ein Wunsch für die Dampfsauna: Matten zum Draufsitzen wären fein

The setting was great, really beautiful

We booked a family apartment with sea view and were surprised to find it had rooms on 2 separate floors. As we had small children this was more than inconvenient, it could be dangerous. The staff didn't even say sorry, they were fully booked so that's that. Booking gave us a partial refund, this was never necessary in tens of travels with them before. As a bonus the sea view was out of a side window. So I definitely think we got the wrong room type, but they are successful so why bother? You would think they clean as it's part of a hotel complex, but no, no cleaning for a week in the apartment. We wanted to take the baby stroller to the pool as it's not accessible, their answer: can't help. But there was a lady in a wheelchair at the pool for which they did open a maintenance door.

The lake views are absolutely stunning and worth the trip alone

The place could use some freshening up to match its beautiful setting. Fair warning: getting a restaurant reservation here is a real challenge, so book well ahead if you’re set on dining.

Welcome drink with lake view is magic also wellness is great and the restaurant experience was remarkable.

If there would be coffee available on the rooms that would be prefect I had to go to the bar, but nothing major just an idea.

Comfortable bed and our room has a kitchenette which was a plus! The views are spectacular!!! Lots of trails near by and the pool and sauna were nice.

We ordered steak and was given 2 tiny pieces. Actually not ok for the price point! Will put kitchenette to use next time instead of eating at the restaurant

Bett war ein bisschen zu tief für Menschen 60 plus

Die Lage ist perfekt. Der Blick zum See von der Anhöhe zu jeder Tageszeit ein Erlebnis. Das Seerestaurant ist sehr gut.

Das Hotel hat keinen Seezugang. Das ist schade und sehr unbequem. Weiters hatten wir ein Appartement gegenüber des Seerestaurants, der Eingang ist die ganze Nacht beleuchtet und die Vorhänge des Appartements sind nicht blickdicht. Die Betten krachen beim Schlafen wenn man sich umdreht.

Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich, die Speiseräume sind toll gestaltet, das Frühstücksbuffet ist umfangreich Und das Service durch das Personal ist perfekt

Die Sache mit den Reservierungen für Abendessen hab ich nicht so richtig verstanden und beim Frühstück hat mich doch sehr gewundert warum ein Gast der vor mir war frische rühreier mit Speck bekam und ich" nur " das zuvor vorbereitet Rührei aus flüssig Ei aus dem tetrapack 🤷‍♂️

The view is outstanding, hard to match, that is if your room does face the lake. There are some rooms with no lake view. If you get a room with the lake view, it will be a memorable one. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette very well equiped. There was also an air fan available for hot days.

The kitchenette stove, for our room at least, did not heat enough, not even to boil an egg, so do not plan to cook. This was not a problem for us, but it might be, if you plan cooking. I chose the package with no cleaning service, but it would have been nice to take at least the garbage out or guide on how to dispose of it. Bathroom with no window or ventilation. The room is a bit outdated, but not that big of a deal.

Krásný výhled na jezero,chutná snídaně s velkým výběrem (nebylo v ceně) a nápomocné slečny na recepci.

Krásná lokalita s výhledem,jen cesta zpět byla vždy do většího kopce,ale vzhledem k tomu,že výhled byl krásný,tak se to dalo;)

Bauarbeiten im Nebenzimmer; Gebucht waren 2 Nächte; Beim Bezug des Zimmers laute Arbeiten mit einer Schlagbohrmaschine und Hämmern – man konnte sein eigenes Wort nicht verstehen. Ein Anruf bei der Rezeption beendete diese. Am darauffolgenden Vormittag erneut extremer Lärm aus dem Nebenzimmer: Schlagbohren, Hämmern, Baustellenlärm. Gemütliches Frühstück am Balkon war unmöglich. Bei einem Gespräch mit den beiden Arbeitern waren diese sehr nett; sie machten eine etwas längere Zigarettenpause, um uns ein sehr schnelles Frühstück ohne Lärm zu ermöglichen. Danach haben wir fluchtartig die Unterkunft verlassen, da sie sofort weitermachten, nachdem unser Frühstück beendet war. Tag der Abreise: Geweckt wurden wir durch den Lärm des Verspachtelns und Leiterrückens im Nebenzimmer. Also jeden Tag die Geräuschkulisse, der wir mit diesem Urlaub zu entfliehen versuchten. Nur eben sehr unmittelbar im Zimmer direkt neben uns. Was daran das Negativste war: Wir wurden nicht im Vorfeld darüber informiert, dass im Nebenzimmer Bauarbeiten durchgeführt werden, dies haben wir als kleine Überraschung erfahren. Und meine persönliche Krönung dieser Buchung: Wir haben trotz des täglichen Baustellenlärms den vollen Preis von stolzen 634 € für zwei Nächte bezahlt. Zumindest ein finanzielles Entgegenkommen aufgrund der Umstände wäre in meinen Augen mehr als angebracht gewesen.

Szuper helyen, tökéletes felszereltség, kiváló éttermi szintű kínálat a reggelinél ill. vacsoránál is, kedves, segítőkész személyzet. A legnagyobb melegben ékeztünk, és sajnos az éjszkai alvásunkat nem segítette az éjszakára lehülni nem képes időjárás, klíma nincs a szobákban (ez jellemző ausztriában), ennek ellenére mindennel maximálisan elégedettek voltunk. This is an absolutely stunning resort! The location is amazing, just a 3-minute walk to a breathtaking lake with a beautiful view. The restaurant on-site is fantastic, and overall, the place itself is gorgeous and highly recommended.

Our specific room was a bit less comfortable. It was divided into two floors, which made it less fun and convenient for us. Additionally, there was a slightly unpleasant smell, though I assume it was just due to the natural moisture in the wooden cabins. I'm sure there are better rooms in the resort that is amazing, but the one we got was just a bit less comfortable.

The resort is peaceful and very beautiful. The pool and facilities are well maintained and breakfast was fantastic. Overall we had a lovely stay and enjoyed paddle boarding from Gößl - the kids loved the pool at the hotel in particular.

We were disappointed that our lake view apartment didn’t have a view from the balcony. The lake view through the window was beautiful but we had been excited by the idea of sitting on the balcony looking out on the lake. I was also expecting there to be more targeted for children. The website talks about a kids club and ties with the local activity centre - it lists a wide range of activities that can be arranged - but this isn’t apparent at the hotel. There is a kids playroom targeted at young children / toddlers and an adult billiards room.

Alles wunderbar, sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlen lediglich Insektengitter vor den Fenstern und Balkon.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, the room was beautiful and comfortable, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. We really appreciated that our request for a higher-floor room was accommodated. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, from the reception team to the restaurant staff. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Die Ausstattung und die Lage

Sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Der kalte Saibling war ein Gedicht, große Auswahl an hochwertigen Säften, Sekt stand auch zur Verfügung. Essen auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Grundlsee war ein Traum.

Beim sehr guten Abendessen mussten wir leider etwas länger auf die Getränke warten, was aber bei dem herrlichen Ausblick nicht weiter schlimm war aber bei der Preiskategorie nicht der Fall sein darf.

Zu viele Leute beim Frühstück

Traumhafte Aussicht zum See, durch gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile kann man sich selbst versorgen und das Frühstück am Balkon genießen.

Das Badezimmer war ein bisschen klein und wir hätten uns mit einer Dusche (ebenerdig) wohler gefühlt als mit der Badewanne. Seife und Duschgel waren vorhanden, aber sonst keine Utensilien. Das sind aber nur Kleinigkeiten...... Und für das Verhalten der "Nachbarn" unter- oder oberhalb des Zimmers kann ja das Hotel nichts dafür (manche Menschen sind der Überzeugung, sie sind allein auf der Welt.....)

A komplexum és a környék csodaszép.

Az étterem vegetáriánus kínálata finoman szólva sem volt kielégítő. A szálláson kényelmetlenek voltak az étkezőasztal székei és nem fértünk el.

Hotel jsem vybral kvůli výhledu a snídani, obojí mělo být bezkonkurenční. A taky že bylo! Lokace hotelu je opravdu úžasná, a snídaně jsou s bohatým výběrem, čerstvé a dobře připravené. Celkové prostředí a okolí hotelu působí velmi uhlazeně a moderně, až nás to překvapilo. Parkovacích míst je dostatek, občas zaparkujete dál, občas blíž, ale vždycky se najde místo :). Okolí přímo svádí k procházkám a 10 minut pěšky odtud se dá jít i na skvělé koupaliště se schody do vody. :)

Ocenil bych větší pořádek v pokojích, pod postelí byly velké chuchvalce prachu, koupelna měla v hodně spárách ve sprše fleky, které vypadaly jako černá plíseň - vzhledem k tomu, že v koupelně není větrák, tak si to bohužel vzájemně nahrává. Pokoje a zejména koupelna působí mnohem zaostaleji, než celý zbytek areálu, na druhou stranu jsme měli ten levnější pokoj s výhledem na jezero a nebyl to dražší chalet, kde to možná vypadá jinak :).

The scenery is breathtaking. The apartments merge with the natural beauty of the lake and the mountains around, respecting the vista. The breakfast was superb, the wellness facilities too. The staff is very polite and helpful. Some of them even greeted me with a smile in a random cafe at the nearby village. This shows true professionalism and a true good natured person. We will definitely come back, it is a haven of serenity.

There is nothing not to like there. You must be a really, really difficult person to be unsatisfied

Das Appartment im Dachgeschoß wird im Sommer sehr warm. Da wäre eine Klimaanlage eine gute Investition, falls man auch tagsüber im Appartment sein muss.

Stuff was just fine. Didn’t have a feeling like they actually care about you or your opinion. A room wasn’t clean. Some spiderweb before the enter door and inside the room as well.

The only issue I have with the property is the listing on booking.com is not entirely accurate. The rooms are said to have a balcony and the view on the lake. However not all rooms look out on the lake and not all have a balcony. Some rooms can be in the ground level and have a terrace that looks out on trees. So I would appropriate if the booking listing was accurate and not set the wrong expectations. The very friendly staff helped me out and we’re settled. But I was disappointed when I arrived

Sehr schöne Lage oberhalb des Sees.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht- es ist überteuert. Das Studio ist eher alt, das Badezimmer bräuchte eine Sanierung. Die Matratze bräuchte dringend eine weiche Auflage. Das WLAN hat schlecht funktioniert und war mehrmals sogar unterbrochen. Das Studio ist in Wirklichkeit viel kleiner, als es auf dem Bild aussieht.

Месторасположение идеальное, шикарные виды из номера. Очень маленькая, но хорошая кухонька с посудой и всем необходимым. Удобно для посещения различных природных достопримечательностей.

При вселении получили номер не соответствующий заказу. Пришлось вернуться с вещами и разбираться. После этого исправили ошибку и дали хороший номер. Завтрак 29 евро на человека кажется нам невероятно дорогим. Завтракали в номере и было хорошо, вот только в номере убирают за дополнительную плату 40 евро, что не дёшево, а убрать самим нечем. Нет тряпки, что бы просто протереть пол в ванной. Необходимо добавить в номер средства для элементарной уборки.

Die Lage, bzw. die Aussicht ist einfach herrlich. Man kann dort einfach nur entspannen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und bieten alles was man braucht. Die Einrichtung ist okay, könnte etwas moderner sein. Das Frühstück ist super, man vermisst nichts. Das Personal ist auch super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mir kam man sehr entgegen als ich um ein Zimmertausch bat.

Die Gebäude sind etwas hellhörig, heißt die Türen fallen laut ins Schloss, das war etwas störend.

וואו, וואו, ווו, איזה מקום מטורף! לא לוותר על חדר עם נוף לאגם. יצאנו מהחדר לגן עדן מופלא (מצרפת תמונה אמיתית של הנוף שאליו יצאנו מהדלת האחורית של החדר). שימו לב שאין מזגן, אבל היינו בתקופת גל חום באירוםה ולא היה צורך במזגן באיזור זה. הצוות מסביר פנים ומקצועי, ארוחת בוקר נהדרת, חדרים נחמדים עם מטבחון מצויד בכלים. החדר היה נקי ונעים מאוד.

היה מצוין אם בחדר היו מוצרים להכנת קפה או תה (היתה מכונת קפה, אך לא קפה, אף לא נמס). כמו כן כדאי אולי לשדרג את הטואלטיקה. הסבון היה טוב, אבל יש מפנקים יותר.
