Sultan Hamit Hotel

A localização (muito perto do centro histórico e com ponto de ônibus muito perto) e as pessoas (todos muito prestativos e atenciosos).

A água do chuveiro não descia direito, acumulava (o que acho meio nojento); e a pia do banheiro é pequena, não tem onde deixar as coisas direito. No geral, o banheiro era pouco confortável.

Jautėsi stiprus elektros nuotėkis duše. Besimaudant nuolat krėtė elektra (nuo galvos iki kojų), kas atrodė gana pavojinga ir nesaugu. Apie tai buvo informuota patį pirmą vakarą, bet nei kambario pakeitimo, nei kitų veiksmų nebuvo imtasi. Viskas buvo puiku, bet elektros nuotėkio pavojus maudantis nenuteikė gerai. Siūlyčiau tai sutvarkyti ☺️

Nuestra estancia en el hotel ha sido maravillosa. Nos ha encantado absolutamente todo, desde el primer momento hasta el último. Lo mejor, sin duda, ha sido el trato del personal: todos han sido súper amables, atentos y encantadores, haciendo que nos sintiéramos muy cómodos durante toda la estancia. La ubicación es perfecta, ideal para visitar Estambul y moverse por la ciudad. Además, nuestra habitación tenía unas vistas preciosas al mar, algo que hizo todavía más especial nuestra estancia. El desayuno es espectacular, muy completo y con muchísima variedad. Y nos sorprendió gratamente que durante el día también ofrecieran un pequeño picoteo gratuito al mediodía y por la tarde, un detalle fantástico que no esperábamos. También nos dejaban agua todos los días en la habitación, otro pequeño detalle que demuestra el cuidado que tienen con sus huéspedes. En definitiva, hemos estado genial y nos vamos con una experiencia fantástica. Sin duda repetiríamos y recomendamos este hotel al 100 %. Si volvemos a Estambul, será una de nuestras primeras opciones para alojarnos de nuevo.

Great stay in Istanbul! The staff was incredibly friendly and helped me arrange a transfer from the airport which eased a lot of stress. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast everyday was great. The location can't be beat. It's so close to so many historical sites and great restaurants only a short distance away. I would definitely stay again when I return to the city!

je mets 10/10 rien que pour le personnel. l’établissement est bien et conforme, il est très bien placé , mais le personnel nous a marqué. ils sont très accueillants, souriants etc. et surtout nous avons eu un problème avec un taxi, rien à voir avec l’hôtel, ils se sont occupés de nous du début à la fin ! grâce à eux nous avons pu régler le soucis en question. ce sont de belles personnes et rien que pour ça je recommande fortement cet hôtel. un grand merci à eux

Sin duda con diferencia lo peor el Desayuno, por todo, el tipo de productos y el personal, nunca dispuesto a satisfacer tus peticiones. Muy mejorable este punto. El Hotel se encuentra cerca de las Mezquitas, pero toca subir cuestas

nel complesso un buon hotel. il vero plus è la posizione perfetta per visitare il entro di istanbul a piedi. molto cortese anche il personale, sempre disposto ad aiutare e comodi anche i servizi extra tipo la navetta per l'aeroporto. interessante anche gli snack offerti durante la giornata per fare una piccola merenda.

la stanza era più piccola di quello che sembrava in foto e la pulizia, soprattutto del bagno in camera, potrebbe essere un po' migliorata.

Está en una ubicación fantástica. El buffet de desayuno es genial, super variado y con cocina local. La atención del personal ha sido maravillosa. El último día hacíamos check out muy pronto y nos prepararon un picnic para el viaje. La estancia ha sido genial.

El desayuno es muy justo para los europeos Sobretodo lo que yo pondria es pan tostado o un tostador porque salvaria mucho el desayuno, porque el desayuno turco utilizan comida de ensaladas y nosotros no estamos acostumbrados a esos desayunos, no significa que esté mal es por dar una opinion humilde y poder dar un servicio mas dedicado tambien a nosotros

Everything was adequate

The location, five mins to Topkapi Palace and ten mins to Blue Mosque, the Hippodrome and Hagia Sofia. The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. I had a room in the basement but it was fine. I stayed five nights. The breakfasts are amazing with so much variety. I’d definitely stay again.

Lo staff decisamente molto cordiale e sorridente. Avevo bisogno di cambiarmi, dopo aver fatto il check out, e mi hanno dato una stanza pulita anziché farmi utilizzare semplicemente il bagno. Molto cordiali e sorridenti, gentili e disponibili, sicuramente hanno migliorato il soggiorno!

La posizione dell’hotel era abbastanza comoda: dieci minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale di Sultanhamet. La gentilezza dei ragazzi della reception che ci hanno anche offerto la possibilità di avere dei panini per il nostro early check-in.

Abbiamo pagato un supplemento per poter avere una camera vista mare di un livello superiore alla media, in effetti il mare si vedeva ma in lontananza perché proprio sotto la finestra c’era una struttura fatiscente. Le camere sono sporche, nello specifico la moquette e il bagno. Abbiamo richiesto un cambio di asciugamani perché quando siamo entrati le abbiamo trovate completamente macchiate e gialle.

It’s not the most soundproofed property I’ve ever stayed in. Electric went off during early hours and a loud generator kicked in above our heads which was very loud but wasn’t on for too long.

Le personnel était très sympa toujours souriant, le petit déjeuner très copieux un vrais petit déjeuner Turc comme on aime , l'hôtel et situé à 5 minutes de marche de ayasofya , de la mosquée bleue et du musée, j'ai réservé un transport Aller-retour tout c'est parfaitement bien passé aller comme retour. 😊😁

Le Wi-Fi beug un tout petit peu et le lit double je trouve qu'il est un peut petit pour deux.

The staff! Absolutely amazing staff at this property! The ladies at the front desk are so kind and professional! They made our stay so much better! The room was comfortable and clean and the AC worked well! Breakfast had good variety daily. It’s so close to all the sights you’d want to see and close to restaurants, shops and laundry!

i really enjoy the location of the hotel. it just takes about 10 mins to blue mosque and the centre of the historical district of Istanbul. good and rich breakfast, and every staff is very helpful. i stayed in the fourth floor, and the view to seaside was so wonderful. Every staff is always keen to answer to questions, thank you.

The whole hotel should be renovated. Many equipments did not work, for example the door lock. Luckily, a staff helped to fix the problem.

My mother and I stayed here last summer and had an absolutely fantastic time, so this year when we came back, we brought some friends along. I was immediately recognized at the reception by Oumaima, and she deserves extra praise for always being so lovely and ready to help with everything, including helping out with the airport transfer option on our way back, which we came up with a day prior to leaving. The location is great, the rooms are beautiful, the staff is cheerful and attentive, and breakfast is tasty. Our friends were also charmed by everything, including staff, and loved the rooms and the facilities, we all left feeling very grateful and happy with our choice, once again. If we were to come back a third time, we'd definitely stay loyal and choose them again.

One of the rooms had a slight sewer scent lingering in the bathroom near the evenings, but that's more to do with the location in the old town I believe, rather than the hotel itself, which was neat and immaculate. So, when it comes to the hotel, there were no problems whatsoever.

Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Nähe zu den bekanntesten Sehenswürdigkeiten war toll, man konnte fußläufig in die Innenstadt laufen. Das Frühstück war reichlich und hatte genug Auswahl, dass jeder etwas findet. Wir hatten ein 4Bett Zimmer welches geräumig war. Betten sind sehr bequem. Reichlich Beautyprodukte im Zimmer vorhanden. Wasser im Kühlschrank. Wir freuen uns schon auf die Rückreise, wenn wir hier wieder ein paar Tage übernachten werden. Macht weiter so.

Molt ben ubicat, hotel una mica antic, però per visitar Istanbul, ens ha anat molt bé, ja que està a 5 minuts a peu de Santa Sofia, i del centre en general.

Una mica antiquat tot ell, però super correcte per anar a dormir i esmorzar. Esmorzar una mica fluix, però per un parell de dies, va fantàstic.

My wife and I spent 3 days in Istanbul and Sultan Hamit Hotel was the perfect location to start our daily walks in Istanbul. Staff was absolutely kind and always helpful in suggesting activities, places or giving information about public transport. Truly recommended!

Se corresponde totalmente con las fotos. Habitaciones limpias y amplias. Está muy bien ubicado, a pocos minutos del centro pero sin estar metido en todo el jaleo. El personal fue muy amable en todo momento y servicial. Tienen un desayuno más variado y horas puntuales al día de snack time.

Lo staff gentilissimo e davvero molto cordiale ed ospitale, tra i più disponibilii che abbia trovato sin qui, sempre pronti ad aiutarti, soprattutto nelle eventuali difficoltà, che ho avuto modo di provare. Davvero super consigliato, esperienza molto molto positiva! Complimenti.

Excellent location. Nearby attractions, public transportation, currency exchange offices, and a variety of restaurants and bistros. Friendly, helpful, polite, and well-trained staff. They helped with our luggage. We left early in the morning, before breakfast, and they made us coffee. Thanks to the touch control panel at the room door, it was possible to control the amount of room cleaning without direct interaction with the staff. Good beds, high-quality linens, and sufficient water pressure in the shower. Hearty breakfasts. Convenient snacks at 12-2pm and 5-7pm (tea, coffee, fruit, and cookies). The hotel had children of various ages, but it was quiet. Apparently, the soundproofing is quite good.

The room we were given did not match the pictures on booking.com. the hotel refused to budge. It is clearly misleadung and should be addressed by booking.com

Booking.com must hold hotels accountable when they mislead customers, unfortunately they seem incapable and unwilling to care for their customers, their customer service when a client has problems is unhelpful.
