Very clean, staff was very helpful and the bed was super comfy! The owner Nora was super friendly and provided suggestions of where to go for dinner and breakfast. Hortensia maintained the place super clean and was very serviceable and attentive.

I didn't do breakfast, but the location was perfect.

This is a family run hotel. It is obvious how much they care about making your stay comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when in town.

It was a little more removed from all the action than I anticipated, but that’s on me.

Everything, staff very kind and helpful. I 100% percent recommend it. There was an issue with the lock of my door and the move me to a different one without hesitation. I will come back next year with family.

The staff was wonderful! They were very helpful and welcoming and the room was comfortable and clean. Pool was great!

The biggest issue we had was they were under construction and they didn’t warn us. The first morning they started before 730 and it felt a little early for our vacation.

Adults only. The staff was extremely polite, courteous, and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is quite convenient to the area.

Pleasant and helpful desk staff. I tried my limited Spanish on them, but think I could've got by OK in English alone. No problems with wi-fi. Comfortable bed: mattress sufficiently firm, pillows neither too bulky nor too thin. Temperature control worked well. Good lighting for working at desk and for reading in bed. Plenty of hot water; high shower head, so this six-footer didn't have to stoop. No problems with noise. Good location, within easy walking distance of Playa Mirador and of the harbor. The hotel provided in-room bottled water and coffee pods. The housekeeper replenished them quickly, and swept the room after I'd tracked in some sand.

One small complaint: no microwave in the room. But overall, a great place.

Location can't be beat--it's a 5-minute walk from the beach. Staff is wonderful and very accommodating. The pool/hot tub combo was lovely and super relaxing. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Mini-split kept room cool without being noisy.

Bed was pretty hard. Investing in newer mattresses would be good. A television would be nice as well.

I really enjoyed the glass tiled pool. It sparked in the sun. All of the staff were friendly and so helpful. The bar had a limited selection of hard alchol, which is understandable due to the size of the property. There is a Beach club in walking distance that serves great food and drinks with probably the best Chille Relleno I have had in years! There is no television in the hotel rooms.

I absolutely loved it… every little thing! The place was so nice and looked brand new. Beds and linens are clean and very comfortable. I loved the look, splash of blue turquoise gives it a fresh look. THE POOL and jacuzzi are stunning with crystal clear water! The cleanest pool I have ever been in. The staff are so nice and helpful!

The only thing I can say, is that I wasn’t a fan of the water fall / rain fall shower head. Only because I prefer something with more pressure. It wasn’t a big deal, and that comes down to personal preference.

Likes: Great stay, no kids in sight which is awesome. The staff was attentive and courteous. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Room was large and clean. Dislikes: Advertisement said 3 minute walk to beach, which is accurate... but the beach shore is filled with large boulders which makes it unsuitable for going into the water, let alone swim in it. The rooms have no TV's in them and the only ones at the hotel are at the poolside bar which did not have a bartender on duty. Also, the flooring around the pool gets very hot in the middle of the day, maybe some decking or heat deflecting coating would be helpful.

Outside the property was not great and no easy way to walk to the beach.

This is a small, intimate hotel. The rooms surround a lovely pool with plenty of loungers around it. A poolside bar. The room was spacious, comfortable bed and pillows. Nice rain shower. Three towels which all women with long hair appreciate. Wash cloths which can be rare. Keurig coffee pot with 2 pods. The room and grounds are neat and clean. We will stay here again.

Amazing vacation in Rocky Point!! The hotel rooms and facilities were very clean and comfortable. Pool was great, frood and drink service, friendly staff and a short walk to the beach!! You can't beat this place!! We will definitely be planning a trip back soon!!

The staff were professional and attentive. The owner was perceptive to our thoughts and feedback about our experience staying at the property. It was quiet, cozy and had a relaxing atmosphere.

The surrounding neighborhood looked a little sketchy but there were no issues. We visited in the off season and in the early part of the week so there was not a lot of activity in the immediate area almost ghost town like.

The property was amazing. If I can make one recommendation to the owner to install some shades to keep the Sun out of the room in the morning. The curtains that are there are not sufficient. I was up at 5:30 in the morning I could not get to sleep. Other than that everything is amazing
