Reviewed May 30, 2023Overall average stay, room was well maintained but a bit dirty from the rock cave. It was apparent that the tourist season is just starting, so not many tourists were in the room before and therefore the air and linen were a bit stale. The hotel closed the downstairs door without warning and dis not open it for the sunrise (the walking detour was very long, which was very inconvenient at the early morning time). The breakfast was average. Compared to other cave hotels, this one does not offer anything special. The owners and staff were very friendly though.

Reviewed May 12, 2023Beautiful property in a lovely setting! Our cave room was so amazing with a huge stone tub. The best thing about the property was the OUTSTANDING service! The staff was so kind, helpful and attentive, it was truly their service that tipped our experience from just good to fantastic! We would stay again in a heartbeat!
