Reviewed Aug 24, 2026El entorno es espectacular, en plena naturaleza y rodeado de viñedos. El hotel es nuevo, muy cuidado y nuestra suite era amplia, luminosa y muy bonita. La cama comodísima y descansamos genial. También nos encantó poder reservar el spa de forma privada durante una hora. Además, tuvieron un detalle precioso con los niños regalándoles dos peluchitos, algo que agradecimos mucho.
Para el nivel del hotel, esperábamos algo más en algunos aspectos. La cena con maridaje nos pareció correcta, pero no especialmente memorable, ni por la comida ni por la selección de vinos. En cuanto a los tratamientos, yo escogí el Casa di Langa Ritual y mi pareja un masaje normal, y ambos tuvimos una sensación similar: masajes extremadamente suaves, prácticamente sin presión, y algo sencillos para el nivel de experiencia que esperábamos.

Man sollte sich aber bewusst sein, dass die Preise für Getränke und Essen in der Anlage eher hoch angesetzt sind. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Ночевали две ночи и ужинали в ресторане отеля. Ресторан дорогой , но не вкусный вообще . Зима , дорога скользкая и оставались в отеле . Другие рестораны далеко , не в пешей доступности.

Reviewed Dec 4, 2025Great rooms. Amazing scenery. Architecture blends perfectly into the environment. Good restaurant. Especially lunch menu is very tasty. Truffle tasting is a must activity.
Breakfast should be significantly better at a hotel of this price / calibre. The bar should also be better. There is no excuse for pre-mixed coctails at this level. There could be more activities available to do at the hotel (or if there are, they should be better advertised). While the restaurant was good, service staff / sommelier should have a better understanding of non-italian wine. Not enough power sockets throughout the hotel.

Reviewed Oct 10, 2025Das Hotel ist traumhaft gelegen, und die Anlage bietet einen wunderbaren Blick auf die umliegende Landschaft der Langhe sowie - wenn man Glück mit dem Wetter hat - Bergkette der Seealpen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, ebenso das Essen im Restaurant Faula (vegetarisches Degustationsmenu).
Das Zimmer (Classic) war für den stolzen Preis definitiv zu klein. Wir können nicht nachvollziehen, wie die Quadratmeterangaben auf der Website (33 qm) zustande kommen und vermuten, dass die Außenterrasse mit einbezogen wurde. Die Betten waren sehr mäßig bequem. Leider sind wir nicht in den Genuss des Wellness-Bereichs gekommen, da es uns die unflexible Handhabung mit Vorreservierung nicht ermöglicht hat, zu unseren gewünschten Zeiten einen Slot zu ergattern.

Spa options are limited to sauna, jacuzzi and bucket shower. Silent room is not at all silent. The balconies are quite open and noise travels across the site. We were disturbed by some loud conversations on other balconies, but also from as far away as the pool. We had an end of row room and our balcony was open to the side over the main complex so there was little privacy.

Das Abendessen war grundsätzlich gut gekocht und zubereitet. Ich vermisse aber die typischen Italienischen Gerichte wie, Spagetti, Pizza, oder Polenta auf der Karte Die Menukarte hatte wenig Auswahl . Der Taxi sehr teuer(abriss)

Voor een nog beter prijs/kwaliteit verhouding zou ik aanbevelen om de gast een keuze te laten maken voor 1 menu optie tijdens het ontbijt. Nu moet er behoorlijk wat bijbetaald worden als je een optie van het ontbijt menu wilt kiezen. Op dit niveau mag je wat extra's verwachten.

Kan niet veel bedenken misschien de bedden welke vrij hard zijn.
