我住901，晚上一直被一個機械的聲音打擾。跟櫃檯詢問，也沒有辦法解決。飯店畢竟是要好好睡一覺的地方，沒辦法睡覺，設備再好也沒有用….再來是到停車場的電梯，等到天荒地老…..

第二次到訪前,有先備註,說明第一次的經驗,廁所有異味 第二次到訪,改善很多,但還是有微微的異味,也許是沒有能開窗通風的關係,或是什麼 建議可以放一點香氛去沖淡

早餐品質不佳、牛肉湯都是血水、素三杯杏鮑菇調味有問題、大部分的自助早餐品相都是填飽肚子的澱粉類，幾乎沒有主食。早餐不是萬豪集團該有的水準。建議大家可以不用含早餐就不要浪費這個錢（平均一個人頭500元）。 櫃檯客服人員危機公關處理不佳，我針對為何退房後一天還沒收到當初入住時的押金，櫃檯人員直接把客告訴當成對他個人的不滿，充滿情緒的回應，還沒辦法接收到客訴的重點。還得讓客人重新整理客訴的訴求才能知道怎麼處理。 只會回應這就是飯店入住時的SOP，嗆客人如果你對於押金要7-14個工作天才能返還，有問題為什麼入住的時候不提出…… 這個服務的素質有愧於萬豪集團的品質 建議大家台南住宿那麼多，不用去找罪受
