В номере чисто, просторно, светло, есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Есть стиральная машина, посудомоечная машина, большой холодильник, посуда, тапочки и др. В прохладное время тепло, есть теплые одеяла, в спальне кондиционер работал очень тихо. Соседей не слышно. Нам все понравилось, спасибо!

Плохо работает газовая плита, плохие сковороды. Нет микроволновой печи. Всё остальное для самостоятельного приготовления блюд есть. Далеко от центра города, 40-50 минут пешком.

La zona, muy oscura. Hay una mezquita muy cerca que te despertará si o si en la hora del rezo y parece que la tengas dentro de la habitación. Nosotros pasamos una noche de camino, pero no recomendaría la zona para largas estancias de vacaciones.

Reviewed Oct 13, 2025Просторные апарты: большая спальня, гостиная, закуток кухня (большой холодильник, плита, посудомойка, электро духовка и тп, много посуды), 2 сан узла(европейский с душем, и турецкий туалет) + балкон. Мы жили на 1ом этаже, бонусом у нас был дворик с качельками. Цена лучшая за все проживание в Турции (а мы были почти 2 месяца)! Хозяин(или управляющий) прекрасный! Разрешил заселиться рано, был сильный дождь - это нас очень выручило! 2ы продлевали проживание
Есть только 1 нюанс - слышимость. 1ый этаж слышно машины, людей у подъезда. Так же в спальне очень слышно слив и воду. Как только кто-то сверху моется или ещё что, у тебя над головой по звуку водопад. Мы к звукам норм, нам сильно не мешало. Ну и это дефект конструкции здания , тут ничего не сделать.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2025Квартира очень большая и чистая. Верхняя этаж, Симпатичный вид на море. Кондиционеры в каждой комнате. Есть плита, стиралка, посудомойка. Много спальных мест, наверно человек 8 комфортно смогут разместиться.
Температура воды не очень хорошо регулируется, и сантехника в душевой уставшая (из лейки душа вода льётся по периметру лейки, а не из форсунок), но в принципе, не критично. Сполоснуться вполне можно.

Tesis bir apart olduğu için, ev sahibiyle ödeme konusunda gereksiz bir iletişim kurmak zorunda kaldık, nihayetinde banka hesabına EFT yaparak ödeme gerçekleştirdik, oldukça saçmaydı. Ayrıca çıkışta kapımızın önünde temizlik görevlisi bekliyordu, daha çıkmamıza müsade etmeden daireye girdi. Ödeme konusunda online sistem üzerinden, kredi kartı kullanarak ödemeyi tercih eder, çıkışta daha rahat bir çıkış süreci yaşamak isterdik.

Mosquitoes. It could cost much more in case of better cleaning and finishing touches (e.g. clean up kitchen equipment and internal surfaces, cover wires sticking out of the wall)

Was about 2 miles from Demre centre so a car is essential as no bars/restaurants/shops etc.. nearby. Whilst apartment was lovely, it lacked lots of basics, bath mats, tea towel, plates. It could be lots better. Not very private, 3 times people just walked through the garden.

The location is perfect if you have a car but a bit more difficult if you don't but we managed to get by. There is 2 markets a short walk and you can catch a bus on the main street to beautiful beaches or other towns. Centre of Demre is about 45 min walk. Overall lovely place, would recommend!

Reviewed May 14, 2023Apartmen was very clean, comfortable, beds very comfy , I would say most luxuries apartmen which we stayed in Turkey . Owner very helpful and communicative. Only problem is that property is not in Demre , but in Beymelek .. There is not public transportation in Demre . Taxi from bus station in Demre to apartment cost around 90 lira . There is a lot of construction around apartment and there a lit of empty lots with construction debris and tons of greenhouses . Going to beach is not pleasant walk . You can see the ocean from the window or from the balcony. It is however it is 500m to the highway and then you have to walk another distance to find opening to cross highway. If you have car it would be perfect place for you . Trip from apartment to Myra Demre and back was 300 lira. What is really nice people are not allowed to smoke and wear shoes inside apartment. There is washing machine and dishwasher . If you have car, you can park next to property and it would best choice for you in Demre . Appartment is really nice and quiet.
