Reviewed Aug 6, 2025Hotel ottimo e ben funzionante.

Reviewed Feb 10, 2025Could be such a great hotel. Nice room. Good location. Nice breakfast - Omar was very helpful. But check in was awful. Male receptionist rude & incompetent. Had to watch him argue with staff then grudgingly take us to a room. Then decide it wasn’t ready. Then run away. Then get an equally unfriendly guy from the office who offered no help. Then a third person came & room changed twice more. Gave us no information & laughed when we enquired about a lift to get bags upstairs. Some staff training is urgently needed for reception staff.

Reviewed Jan 31, 2025Abbiamo soggiornato nell'hotel a Gennaio e molti servizi erano chiaramente chiusi.
