La posizione è ottima, molto vicina alla via centrale. Lo staff è stato molto accogliente e sempre disponibile. La colazione è stata buona, ti preparano su richiesta uova, prosciutto e formaggio e succo, il resto è a disposizione (caffè, the, pane ecc)

La finestra della camera non chiudeva bene ed entravano spifferi d'aria. In bagno il muro della doccia era rotto nella parte esterna in basso e la porta della doccia non chiudeva abbastanza bene da non far uscire l'acqua.

Localização boa, funcionários educados;

O café da manhã já é bem limitado e no último dia de estadia nos foi informado que não tinha medialuna e nem bolo, a funcionária falou que “acabou”. A gente paga por um hotel para ter a previsão de um café da manhã mínimo e por falta de programação os itens acabam. Foi bem desrespeitoso.

La habitación tenía muy bajo el techo y nos golpeabamos la cabeza.

El personal fue muy amable en todo momento, el desayuno es rico aunque solo hay huevos. De manera general había té, agua y café y algunas galletas.

La habitación era muy pequeña, tenía humedad en las paredes, también en el baño, entraba viento por la ventana, el primer día no servía el calefactor pero me dieron uno eléctrico. El baño de la estancia principal del hotel no sirve por lo que hay que ir siempre a la habitación. La cama no era cómoda y la almohada olía a humedad.

O hotel é bem localizado, a uma curta caminhada da avenida principal, próximo de restaurantes e lojas. O café da manhã é igual todos os dias, mas atende bem a necessidade, com itens feitos na hora. A cama é confortável e o chuveiro esquenta bem a água. Tem espelho grande no quarto para ver o corpo inteiro e a vista da janela é linda!

A calefação do quarto é muito forte e faz calor em alguns momentos. Há muitas escadas para acesso ao quarto, o que pode ser um problema para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção. A iluminação do quarto é fraca, poderia ter mais lâmpadas. Poderia ter serviço de lavanderia no hotel, iria facilitar bastante.

Banheiro com vazamento na pia do banheiro Box muito pequeno, chuveiro baixo. A porta está torta, não tranca.

Funcionários ótimos, todos simpáticos e prestativos. Estrutura antiga, mas deixa o ambiente rústico e aconchegante. Localização excelente Café da manhã simples mas satisfatório.

Sinal de wifi fraco. Falta de isolamento acústico, logo cedo podíamos ouvir os barulhos do corredor e da área de café da manhã.

Ushuaia is built on steep hills so it is important to get somewhere that is not too many streets up from the main street. The location of this hotel was very walkable.

Serious stairs up and down to the rooms which curved around and were tricky with luggage. Definitely not accessible for someone who was older or finds stairs tricky.

Die Zimmer waren sehr klein, das Badezimmer ebenfalls und die Betten waren maximal 80cm breit. Über dem Zimmer lag der Frühstücksraum , von dem man jedes Stühlerücken hörte.

Staff so helpful and helped us throughout our trip - from recommendations to printing bus tickets! Room was cleaned every day and heating could be turned on and off to suit. Nice view out to the Bsy Salon area nice to relax in.

The living area is beautiful, sitting on the couch or eating area looking at the views. The team are really nice and helpful and the breakfast was great. Easy walk into the little town. Beds were comfy and shower had great pressure.

Hotel familial sympathique, agréablement décoré, bien situé un peu sur les hauteurs d'Ushuaia. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et se prend dans une belle salle vitrée face à la mer. Personnel très serviable et disponible

Les chambres sont situées sur 2 niveaux inférieurs desservis uniquement par des escaliers, ce qui est peu pratique pour les personnes se déplacant difficilement. Heureusement, le personnel assure la manutention des bagages juqu'à ou depuis la chambre sur simple demande.

Innanzitutto la posizione a pochi passi dalla via principale. La zona colazione e il salottino sono davvero accoglienti e con vista sul Canal Beagle. Buona la colazione. I ragazzi della reception gentili e disponibili.

La camera non è molto grande e un po' datata ma nel complesso più che sufficiente per 2/3 giorni

Pequeno almoço um pouco escasso. Se queríamos mais tínhamos alguma coisa tínhamos de pedir. A localização era boa.

Atendimento, Martina, Geremias e Joaquim excelentes. Uma pessoa do grupo síliaca foi prontamente atendida nas suas necessidades alimentares.Limpeza e localização excelentes.

Buena ubicación, con vistas al Canal Beagle y con personal agradable. Desayuno correcto y atentos en reponer si algo faltaba.

Necesitaría alguna renovación

Localização era boa, nao na rua principal mas bem próximo. Tinha apenas um morro para subir. O cafe da manhã era bem gostoso e nos sentimos em casa, literalmente.

É um casarão antigo, alguns quartos sao bem pequenos, mas pedimos para mudar e nos atenderam prontamente. Os funcionários sao um amor!

Muy agradecidos con todo el perdona que estuvo atento y amable en todos los detalles. Las habitaciones que dan al mar muy buenas, suficientemente amplias, buemos placards, baños antiguos pero de limpieza impecable. Todo muy bien calefaccionado y si hace falta te dan otra estufa. El desayuno MUY bpueno y abundante, con frutas, jamón, queso, panes, huevos revueltos, tortas sencillas, medias lunas caseras, un budín húmedo delicioso y la amable y cálida atención de la señorita que nos atendía.

Las habitaciones q dan a la calle no son recomendables. Hace falta bastante más luz en las habitaciones y en el estar. La música en el estar un poco alta.

El desayuno un poco mas completo. En cuanto a tartas dulces , variedad de facturas. Etc.

Tive que mudar de hotel devido a alguns problemas (vazamentos, falta de energia). Fui transferido para outro hotel muito bom.

The people working and taking care of us at the hotel were GREAT! They were what made the stay memorable.

Hotel com vista bonita, staff simpático e atencioso. Café da manhã gostoso. A janela do banheiro dava para uma obra em andamento, prejudicando a privacidade. Havia mofo no teto do banheiro e o chuveiro não era muito bom, não era possível ajustar o jato. Mas esses detalhes não atrapalharam minha estadia. São apenas pontos que podem melhorar.

We liked the location and the lounge for breakfast. Also the reception staff very nice and helpful.

There are details that need to be fixed. Bed frame broken, the carpet, repaint the walls...

While the view is nice and the staff were friendly and happy to help, the maintenance was poor. The toilet was broken and would not stop running or didn't work at all and truly needed replacing. There was no hot water, only one electrical outlet in the room, and no amenities like shampoo. There was insufficient lighting in the room. The living room/lobby furniture was very uncomfortable as the springs were shot. I would not recommend this hotel.

This was a small quaint hotel that exuded a psychological comfort. In addition, the employees were very welcoming and friendly. It may lack the bells and whistles of the larger hotels, buy they lack the comfortable sitting room and this hotel's warmth and character.

There are building sites on both sides making constant really lound hammerin from 8 till6

A nossa estadia em Ushuaia foi mágica, cidade linda, maravilhosa, com muita gente, muitos passeios, muitas opções de compras, de boas comidas e bebidas... A cidade e a região são maravilhosas.

Flor was an amazing stay! Simple, nice, and good priced for the stay! Highly recommended!
