Todo muy bien. El único inconveniente fue con el wifi, nunca pude ver TV.

La propiedad es muy linda Cómoda para dos personas adultas Huele muy rico y las sábanas y las toallas huelen mejor El parking es cómodo Solo fui por una noche porque iba para un tour en la bahía bioluminiscence y no pude disfrutar del área. Cuando llamé rápido me contestaron y fue muy fácil llegar al apto. Tienen un 10 de 10

Si buscas un lugar limpio, comodo, seguro Playa Icacos es el lugar que debes escoger para hospedarte, Ademas los dueños mantienen buena comunicación cuando se presenta cualquier situación, como por ejemplo hubo problemas con el agua mientras estuvimos y fueron muy atentos, Lo recomiendo.

The property was amazing, walking distance to 7 seas and bio beach. Everything was clean, for hot water there’s a switch by the light in the bathroom.

The property was very close to the beach and other activities. We had a parking spot for our rental car. The little kitchenette had everything we needed. Although only the bedroom was air-conditioned, the air conditioner work well. Bathroom was spacious. I would definitely stay here again. Also have the host give you the gps pin/coordinates as Google maps didn't like the address given.

Great spot for weekend getaways, 2nd time staying here and will definitely stay again.

Hard to find location, but once we got there it was close to seven seas. We even walked from room to the beach one day.

The apartment was very cozy, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It's located very close to the beach and in a very quiet area. Highly recommended.

The place was super clean and cute! We had a few issues with the directions so I called Will and he was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

As expected, and comfortable, only complaint is the bathroom smells very muaty, but it was contained to that room only.

I like the entire facility and their supplies. Good communication between owner. My son stayed next to me.Not easy to find the place. .

Close to Seven Seas Beach and a 5 min. drive to Las Croabas. Several good restaurants on the water there. Also loved La Estacion, around the corner. It was also good for El Yunque. It was in a quiet area which was great. A very nice place for the price.

The stay is comfortable as described. But it doesn’t have good ventilation. Felt like a bit packed in the bed room and no air vent in bathroom.

Beautiful and calming property with wonderful staff! They were very accommodating and communicative when needed. The beach and restaurants are in walkable distance. Also, there are so many cute cats and dogs in the area. I love hearing the coqui frogs at night. Thank you!

There was lukewarm but not hot water. There was a dead lizard on the mat when I arrived. It was hard to get responses from owners. They give two numbers and both would respond but then stop responding. The sponge for dishes was used. Had to ask for hand and face towels, but never got a hand towel. There's hardly anywhere to put clothes away. Bed was comfortable, bathroom is spacious. Easy walk to Seven Sea Beach. Fairly quiet, but that will depend on your neighbors. I used ear plugs one night.

Smooth communication and great location.

We had a wonderful stay. Happy we booked 5 nights. The apartment was very clean and charming. Also loved to have music with Alexa there :) Thank you for the Beach Chairs and Towels. We did enjoy the Beaches and have been in the Rain Forest. This place is very conveniently located. Love to come back

Staff were reachable by phone for any issues/guestions with self check in. Property was comfortable and clean and it was nice to have a kitchenette, especially seeing we stayed on thanksgiving as well as having a quick breakfast before an early morning tour. Would stay here again.

Great little place for the price. Nothing bad to say. Vistas cafe right down the street would recommend for breakfast.

Espectacular!!

I wanted a place that wasn't in San Juan, and this was perfect. The water taxi to Caya Icacos was a mile away, I drove around the entirety of Puerto Rico in one day, El Yunque National Forest is 45 minutes away, and there's a restaurant and gas station within walking distance. If you need more, Fajardo is a short drive away and has everything you need. Make sure you pet the cat!

Great little spot for a stay in Fajardo. The kitchen and sitting area are a nice plus. Super close to the beaches and good food. Second stay here and would definitely return again.

La propiedad tiene un estacionamiento muy cómodo y amplio. La verdad es que al llegar aparenta ser un poco sencillo pero al entrar te encuentras con un ambiente, cómodo, reconfortante, hermosa decoración y buena comunicación con el anfitrión. Gracias ❤️ 🙂

The property is well kept. It’s not luxurious but it’s clean and comfortable. This is my second time there and I will go there again.

Excellent location close to Seven Seas and Las Croabas. Comfortable in general, although a little noisy due to its closeness to the main street. It has free parking on premises, WiFi, and Netflix available. Full-size bed. Hosts are very friendly and easy to contact.
