The road to get there was a little rough but once you get there it’s all worth it !

Reviewed May 17, 2026The saving grace for us at this property was that they were able to give us the name and number of a private driver to get us around the Valle. The dirt roads to the place are very complex and resemble ravines. We were given GPS directions and told not to use Google, which was very wise. A vehicle for transportation is definitely necessary. There is no restaurant on site or any food nearby. We did have a small refrigerator. But nothing else. They look like they might be going to put in a restaurant as there was some construction going on.
It was far away from the rest of our group.

Problemas con el agua , la regadera es pésima , solo un día tuve agua caliente , por la noche se escucharon disparos cerca , creo que la zona está un poco sola y el camino complicado, la persona que nos recibió estaba tomada y con su música altísima

Las amenidades no eran las mismas en todas las habitaciones. El 2o dia no habia agua caliente en todas las habitaciones. Esta un poco alejado del Centro donde se encuentran la mayoria de los viñedos

Reviewed May 28, 2024Hot water only last about 2 minutes when you shower. Every time we flushed the toilet we had to fix it because it would not flush again after. The shower was dirty/mildew. Had to drive about 10-15 minutes in dirt roads to get there.

Reviewed May 27, 2024The view from our room was pretty, the inside too with paintings on the wall. It was a super quiet place that was perfect to disconnect and slow down from routine and rush. The host was very attentive, available, and reachable. My little one got to meet the host's son, became buddies, and played together ❤️. He even kindly asked and avocado from one of the trees, which when ripe was creamy and delicious 😋. We loved their dog 🐕 and once the rain stopped, we asked the host some wood for the fire pit 🔥.
The room in which my in-laws stayed lacked of chairs or a bench to sit and also a fridge and a furniture where they could place their luggage. Trash was not collected, and we had to request some items that were not provided or offered based on circumstances.

Not the property per day, but the road to the property is in really bad state. Driving to it was rough and the road had a lot of holes and ugly clayish mud.

They even called the day of check in to find out what time we would be arriving so they could have the AC running and the room cool by the time we got there. Our room was clean, and the wall AC did a great job of keeping the room cool in the 90+ degree weather.
Long and narrow dirt road off of the main streets to reach location. But it was worth it! No amenities to note so if you're looking for the resort experience, this isn't it. We wanted a cute place to sleep after our days out in the Valle, so this was perfect for us.
