早餐每天差不多，對於連住四天的我們，有些缺乏變化。

You really can't beat the location. You can see the hotel from the station. It's so close that taxi drivers wouldn't take us there, lol. xD (We didn't realize how close it was when we first hailed a cab.) If you have a TON of luggage, the taxi drivers at the station might make the 30-second drive to the hotel, but since we only had small duffel bags, we just walked the 4~6 minutes it took to reach the hotel. The hotel room itself was spacious and comfortable. The front desk held our luggage for us before check-in as we wandered around the city. We stayed during Tanabata (七夕; the Star Festival) and this hotel was only a block or two away from the area with all of the decorations. It was really convenient. It was also next door to a very popular Gyuu-tan (beef tongue; 牛タン) restaurant, so that was a nice surprise. We went there for dinner and it was delicious.

We liked everything! The staff were helpful and the rooms were comfortable. One small note, though: This hotel is located RIGHT in the center of the city next to the station, so it is surrounded by other tall buildings. Our room faced a high-rise business building, so we could see right into their office windows and they could probably see right into our room at all hours of the day. We were also on a mid-level floor above the parking entrance/exit, so we could hear the crosswalk beeping and parking garage sirens/alerts going off constantly. We live in Tokyo, so we are accustomed to city sounds, but people traveling from quieter areas might be put off by the constant noises. Just a heads-up.

Unser Aufenthalt im Daiwa Roynet Hotel in Sendai war absolut top. Die Lage ist super praktisch, man ist schnell am Bahnhof und hat viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Die Zimmer sind modern, sehr sauber und bieten viel Komfort mit bequemen Betten. Das Personal war wie gewohnt sehr freundlich und professionell. Eine klare Empfehlung für Sendai!

The sashimi being cut fresh in the morning was a bonus. Room size was good. Comfortable shower.

Si tratta di un classico business hotel, ma il suo vero punto di forza è senza dubbio la posizione. Si trova a meno di cinque minuti a piedi dal gate centrale della stazione di Sendai, una comodità eccezionale sia per chi arriva in città sia per chi vuole utilizzarla come base per visitare la regione. La reception si trova al quarto piano, mentre al piano terra sono presenti un Seven Eleven e uno Starbucks, perfetti per qualsiasi necessità durante il soggiorno. Inoltre, a meno di due minuti a piedi si trova il mercato Asaichi, una tappa che consigliamo assolutamente per un pasto veloce o per immergersi nell’atmosfera locale. La camera era abbastanza spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. Abbiamo apprezzato la possibilità di richiedere la pulizia giornaliera e la grande disponibilità del personale della reception, che ci ha aiutato con estrema gentilezza nell’organizzazione della spedizione dei bagagli a Tokyo. Tra i servizi più utili segnaliamo la lavanderia a gettoni presente all’interno dell’hotel, particolarmente comoda per chi viaggia per diversi giorni, e le distributrici automatiche sempre a disposizione degli ospiti. La zona circostante è ricca di negozi, ristoranti e servizi di ogni tipo, quindi non manca davvero nulla. Per chi fosse preoccupato dal traffico della strada principale, possiamo rassicurarlo: durante la notte la circolazione è molto ridotta e si riesce a dormire tranquillamente anche senza tappi per le orecchie. Nel complesso, un’ottima soluzione per chi cerca una struttura pratica, pulita e soprattutto perfettamente collegata per visitare Sendai e i suoi dintorni.

朝食の混雑。 8時くらいに朝食会場に行ったら長蛇の列。 名前を記入して会場に入れるまで約20分程度待ちました。 今回は観光目的でしたので時間に余裕があり、待てましたが、ビジネスユースだったらアウトですね。 駅も近く、一階はスターバックスなので、ビジネスユースの時は朝食は外で摂る方が正解かもしれません。

まずロケーションが良かったです。また、アメニティ(化粧品など)、タオルが大小様々置いてあった点(ダブルを1人で泊まったことを除いても)、ミネラルウォーターがサービスで置いてあった点、清潔さ、何よりユニットバスではなくシャワー室があった点がとても良かったです(湯船でリラックスできた)。シャンプーやコンディショナーも好きな香りでした。1Fにコンビニやスタバがあったのも嬉しかったです！

とくに無いです。エレベーターの操作に最初まごつきましたが、3回目以降は慣れました。

Location is superb. Facilities are fantastic especially the washer/dryers and the parking attached at the ground floor was so helpful. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable - could do with more space for clothes but the same across Japan. Staff are lovely and helpful.

Soundproofing is poor - didn’t sleep great as you could hear the guests above especially.

Hotel is located in a great location very close to Sendai rail station with shopping and 10’s of restaurants close by.

No negatives, hotel appears quite new and rooms are quiet and comfortable.

I truly appreciate the services and helps from Mr. Nonoda Takuya of Daiwa Roynet Hotel Sendai for: 1. Solving the mistake of wrong booking which were 2 rooms for 2 people ( in fact, 2 rooms for 3 people ) without extra payment. 2, Sacrificing his holiday to prepare restaurant information for me. They were great meals I have ever had; one was Japanese food, the other was Japanized Chinese food. I am looking forward to meeting Mr. Takuya soon.

Most staffs seems unwilling to speak in English.

Hotel je blizu stanice za prijevoz, mirna lokacija, trgovine su u blizini, u sklopu hotela je u 7-eleven i to je bilo odlično! Svidjelo nam se što smo bili na visokom katu, krevet je bio udoban, soba jako prostrana, osoblje ljubazno i susretljivo!

Soba koju smo dobili bila je pušačka, a u tom trenutku to je bila jedina dostupna opcija koju smo mogli rezervirati. Prilikom prijave rečeno nam je da se u sobi ne puši. Vjerujem da je to standardna informacija koju dobivaju svi gosti, no po ulasku u sobu osjetio se vrlo jak miris cigareta, što upućuje na to da se u njoj ipak pušilo. Kao nepušaču, taj miris mi je bio posebno intenzivan i neugodan, a prostor se nije mogao provjetriti jer se dim očito uvukao u namještaj i zidove. Također, u sobi je bilo hladno, a klima uređaj koji smo pokušali uključiti radi grijanja, nažalost, nije bio u funkciji.
