Every thing was good

Our first time in a Motel and we were not expecting much, especially when greeted at Reception by a man in a vest! However, the room was clean (apart from stained flannels), the cleaning staff were friendly and we had no issues. The town of Radium Springs is what excelled our experience. Quiet town, with mountain views, wildlife and a nice little bar and the Horsethief Pub which did good food.

Great place to stay in Radium! Parking is easy, rooms are wonderful and the owners/staff were equally as great! The only complaint I have is the continental breakfast was very dissapointing. The food was cold and very luttle selection... but since its right in town everything is close and we dcuded to walk to a nesr by cafe. Be

Clean and newly renovated rooms. Stocked small kitchenette in room. Breakfast in the morning was more than promised, very impressive. Friendly easy check-in. Would stay there again for sure.

It was a spacious, clean, room. The free breakfast was fantastic, and lively conversations among the other guests we met. Motel set up, with boardwalk along entries to rooms, parking access easy, overall a good place to stay.

All around at great place, it feels clean and new on the inside with a modern touch’s. It has a good selection for breakfast . Place feels safe in a good area that is walking distance to all the restaurants and store and only a 8 minute drive to the hot springs !!

Excellent stay, the rooms are spotless and cozy, you have access to a nice breakfast and a great view off the terrace to enjoy your breakfast! I will definitely be back here some day!

You have to wash you own dishes and cook your own breakfast and wash dishes again and if you don't do it there are charges and notice is allover the place.

Absolutely loved staying at this little piece of heaven hotel. It has everything you need and more. Very clean, convenient restaurants and wonderful staff. I will be returning soon!

Older, friendly

The only issue I had was when we went to have a fire in the firepit provided there was only 1 large piece of wood to burn.

Clean rooms and a quiet place to relax. Perfect for a peaceful stay in BC.

A convenient kitchen

The stay was good. Breakfast good but not enough because there was a lot of guests and not enough food.Some people has to cook eggs.No yogourt.We had to eat outside because there was a crowd at the table.

Front office staff was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was unattended by staff with some items not available. Waffle pieces were cold and hard. Room lacked electrical outlets with second bed needing side table.

There was a weird smell in the bathroom. The room was spotlessly clean but smelled like sewer backup.

Small place so easy to park and access the room. Close to the hot spring (within 10min drive) but realized it’s very close to a shop where people smoke things so not recommend if you are traveling with kids

Be careful with what you book. What is represented on Expedia web is not what you get. Comfort room does not have a kitchen but has access to owners shared kitchen. Booked via Expedia which showed ‘included amenities as Full Kitchen’. Turns out you get access to the owners upstairs kitchen, with everybody else. Pro - close to town. Con - breakfast is in under resourced family kitchen. - rooms smaller than appearing on web - air conditioner very noisy - bed mattress needs changing. Slopes towards middle.

Clean and quiet with a friendly, helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable and spotless and there are lovely patios and seating areas for watching mountain sunsets.

It was in a great location within walking distance to several restaurant. The room was very good as well. The one point that I feel needs to be improved are the pillows. There were only two pillows per bed and they were unsupportive and flat.

Room was good, bed sheet was ripped, shower head was leaking. Dust on the room floor. Breakfast was good just wife had to make some egg.

Modern updated room was awesome however I couldn’t get the air conditioner to work. The continental breakfast was not very good and I have low standards.

Great pet friendly resort...seems to be recently remodeled. Only issue is the shower pressure.

Air conditioning not good.

Recently renovated was apparent. The outside was nicely done. The quality of the renovations were low. The flooring showed every drop of dirt. The bedding was thin and uncomfortable with two tiny pillows per queen sized bed. The towels were scratchy and they only provided two towels for our 4 guests. The continental breakfast was part of the reason I paid the price, but was lacking juice, yogurt, a whole wheat toast option and the coffee was terrible. I would not recommend as is.

Amazing place to stay with accommodating staff. If you want to cook, they have almost everything you need. We even had a bbq there, and yes, they have a BBQ grill. Overall, an amazing place!

Very good one night stay!

Very clean

Our stay was very good, and we found the area to be quiet and pleasant. However, I would like to share one concern: first impressions matter a lot, and unfortunately, the staff member at the front desk did not appear welcoming. Improving this would make the guest experience even better.

Best stay we've had in a long time. The property was clean and nicely updated. The B&B style breakfast and cooking was a nice touch. Loved the fact they save single use from the landfill by providing full size shampoos and soaps.

Nice clean freshly Reno’d. Lots of rules, probably cause of new reno’s. breakfast very basic, not great. Reception very nice & friendly.

This is fabulous so clean new great washrooms great tv options beautiful rooms comfortable beds great linien I nothing bad to say about Destination Inn . I will definitely come again and again!! Job well done to the staff! I recommend it to all who love quite and class!

Nice comfortable place to stay for a great price.

I’m giving 4 star railing cause one bed was broken, one Air conditioner for master bed room. The open area didn’t have any fan.not enough Towels for family, no iron, not enough food for breakfast. Not worth to pending over $300. Parking spot should be front of the room but it was taken by some one else. No rules.

This was a great place to stay. However the continental breakfast was a little sparse and ran out too quickly.

Overall it was a great stay. Room was clean and all are convenient to use. Will definitely be back

No cellphone code..no side lights..very old blanket. Ikea frame with thin bed. When u turn sound .. This room. This price .. it is not worth..

Skimpy on the pillows and very light blankets but other than that very nice rooms. The room was bright and clean. Good location for walking to restaurants. Nice to have the kitchenette.

We really enjoyed our stay at destination inn. The check in process was easy and staff helpful. Having a kitchenette that was stocked with plates and utensils was an added bonus. The location also made it easy to have access to different amenities. In general we recommend this place for your stay at Radium.

Too noisy , bfast is not that great , flies and mosquitoes were in the room ! Toilet stinks too , so disappointed!

Property and room was decent, didn’t like the fact that you have to wash your own dishes and cups or get charged a fee.Relying on customers to properly sanitize is not good. Other than that the stay was good.

The place smell like a pea and shet. Not advised to go there. Be cautious. Management just said:"thank you for information!" The breakfast is nothing to be excited if you are not looking to do the breakfast yourself. Breakfast area looks empty of supplies and the way it works is you do your dishes, you cook eggs, you place dishes in the dishwasher and clean if you had anything to eat and mess after yourself. Not advised place if you looking to relax. It is nerve wrecking place.

Clean place , a bit too pricey in my opinion.

The room is okay, need better layout for safety purposes. Microwave was on the top of refrigerator and the water cooker was on the top of microwave. Front desk person needs to be more friendly not rude. Felt so unwelcomed. Breakfast setting is unique as we had to cook the eggs ourselves and wash the dishes after.

Only thing was the other guest at the time were having a family reunion and singing karaoke..would not be the norm but excellent for groups to meet up

Bed was hard, a bit dated. One pillow & blanket. Small washroom

Breakfast is okay but basic

This is a different kind of motel. It's in the motel district in the heart of Radium Hot Springs. From the outside it looks pretty much like the other motels. But each unit has two rooms, a bedroom in back, and a main room with a queen bed and a small kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator/freezer, sink and microwave. There is no stove or dishwasher, so you are limited in what you can cook, but at least it's something. There is a small kitchn table with two chairs, but no sitting chair as there isn't room. There is a continental breakfast above the office, with an outdoor patio with breakfast seating. I don't know where people sit when it's cold. Maybe they bring some chairs inside. The breakfast includes cereals, muffins and pastries, sliced meat and cheese, and three plastic containers with warm eggs, sausages, and potatoes. It looks like it encourages picking up something and taking it back to your room. An easy way to start your day. Service was quick and competent. The price was only slightly more than motel one-room units, so having two bedrooms was a bonus.

Close to many restaurants

The accommodations were clean and well-equipped with a mini kitchen, which was a big plus for us. Additionally, the outside barbecue area was a nice touch even though it was a small outdoor space. On the downside, the bedding looked old and was somewhat crumpled which needs to be updated. For breakfast, you need to be there early as limited of clean plates and cutleries.

The Destination Inn in Radium Hot Springs was an excellent stay with nicely finished room, an awesome staff, and a central location walkable to most of the shops and food for the town. Great food nearby within steps. An equipped kitchen in the room and cool people all around!

Check in was nice and smooth, the Inn is dated overall but the rooms are nicely renovated. We had a comfort room with a small separate bedroom, small bathroom and a kitchen type area, it had a table & chairs, full fridge & microwave but no sink. Only sink was in the bathroom. Cute single patio tables outside each room. Breakfast was self-serve, but we went towards the end so not much left. Overall nice place for our one night that we'd stay at again.

Like- clean, spacious, updated, good amenities. Dislike- bed was very creaky, breakfast mostly gone when we arrived at 8:00 AM.

I liked that there were two beds, one in a separate room. It would be nice if there was air conditioning in the main living space instead of just the separateroom. There was so only seating for 2 inside and 2 outside which made it difficult for us to eat as a family of 4. Sleeping was a little noisy anytime someone walked along the deck so I would recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper sleeping the main living area. We were a little put off by having to clean our own dishes. It wasnt so bad having to clean the ones in our room, but the free conteniental breakfast required you to cook your own food and wash your dishes as well, and didn't open until 8am. As we were in a hurry to get on the road to our next dstination, we chose to eat elsewhere. Unfortunately most of the restaurants in the area opened later than we needed as well.

We are very happy about the stay. The staff is very informative on attractions around town, different services & their fees, length of time required, etc. Save us times google for details. I personally like the continental breakfast that they provide -- you can choose to self-made your own hot breakfast!!! It's a nice surprise and our party of 4 enjoyed it very much,

Breakfast was good. Room was clean but AC didn’t work great. It was average.

Everything was excellent except smell of smoking cigarettes in the outside passage. If dedicated place for smoking like BBQ area can be setup that will help lot of non- smoking people/ families.

Great little motel, close to restaurants and grocery store. The weather was hot and the window AC unit did little to help.

Priced right for a quick stay, location was decent with lots of extra street parking.

Better than we expected. Nice clean room with two separate bedroom areas and a kitchenette. Price was reasonable. Only issue was the a/c was in the far bedroom and the rest of the room was a little too warm at night.

We had a nice stay here. The room was a bit tight, albeit had all the conveniences needed. Room was very clean. Breakfast was a bit of a bummer, things ran out and were not replenished. Located close to many restaurants, shops and the main drag.
