A lovely bit of luxury with sea views and good access to the windsurfing.

We like the view from the terrace of the restourant. The breakfast was very reach and delicious. The stuff was very friendly and helpful.

Le personnel est incroyable, efficace, souriant et on peut parler en anglais. L'hôtel est à 5 minutes à pied des centres de planche-à-voile. C'est la meilleure adresse de tous les autres hébergements que nous avons eu dans le passé. Nous allons certainement revenir dans cet hôtel.

مكان جميل ونظيف والإطلالة والموقع ممتاز بجوار المارينا، وأخلاق العاملين ممتازة وفطورهم جيد.

لغتهم الإنجليزية محدودة مما صعب التفاهم، ولا يوجد مكواة في الغرفة، وتحتاج طلبات الغرف للتطوير في الخدمة.

Die Aussicht von unserem Hotelzimmer war ein Traum. Das Hotel bietet alles um einen erholsamen Urlaub zu genießen, daher kann ich es jedem nur empfehlen.

Magnifique hôtel Nous avons passé un incroyable séjour. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux et délicieux. Le personnel est vraiment très attentionné. Si nous revenons à Alaçatı, nous réserverons de nouveau sans hésiter à Soliport.

Great value and location. Rooms were spacious and comfortable for a family and small baby. Service from Amir at reception and Ali and the team at breakfast was great.

Sometimes you need to ask for things a few times for it to get done - but it’s OK because we realized the person who we were asking ended up leaving the hotel (resigned from his job).

Otel deneyimimiz gerçekten çok keyifli geçti. Personelin güler yüzü ve ilgisi bizi çok mutlu etti. Kahvaltı oldukça zengin ve lezzetliydi, güne böyle güzel bir başlangıç yapmak harikaydı. Ayrıca manzara kesinlikle görülmeye değer, huzurlu bir ortam arayanlar için birebir. Her şey için teşekkürler, tekrar gelmeyi sabırsızlıkla bekliyoruz.”

L'hotel è senz'altro di una categoria ben superiore al mio voto, belle camere, zona intorno ben curata e posizione ideale per chi ama il mare. La costa intorno ad Aliçati è notevole il mare pure, ma non sempre, dipende dal vento. Non si può dire lo stesso delle spiagge ricoperte da cicche di sigarette. Tornando all'hotel, la colazione è molto abbondante, interessante e ben curata. Questo vale specialmente per chi gradisce cose salate. Per chi ama una colazione con roba dolce, non trova la stessa varietà di proposte. Non è una critica, è solo una osservazione. L'overtourism di cui si parla in Europa qui in questa zona non esisteva.

La cosa spiacevole credo sia sostanzialmente imputabile ad un management non sempre all'altezza. La prima sera mancava il lenzuolo o una sopra coperta. Sollecitata la reception non è successo nulla, ci siamo coperti con gli asciugamani per la doccia. La seconda sera non c'erano nè sapone, nè bagno schiuma per la doccia, c'era acqua dentro il contenitore. Dopo un sollecito è arrivato qualcosa. Il terzo giorno nessuno ha fatto la camera. Quindi deduco che nessuno verifichi il lavoro degli addetti ai piani. Un altro problema è la mancanza di personale che sappia parlare inglese in modo comprensibile, per cui per capirsi bisogna utilizzare il cellulare e Google Translate. Indicazioni turistiche, ristoranti o altro? Cercateveli da soli o parlate turco. Peccato, una bella struttura in mani forse non all'altezza.

De service bij restaurants. Moet lang wachten en vergeten deels je eten. Hotel was mooi, en de locatie was goed gelegen. De service is heel slecht. Als jij als personeel zucht tegen over je klant en laat zien dat je geen zin hebt om te werken kan je beter gewoon thuis blijven. Puur door 1 dame heb ik letterlijk 3 dagen geirriteerd gezeten daar. Haar naam was volgens mij Tugba. Hebt dit ook aangegeven bij personeel.

Es war wirklich alles super

Eine super schöne und große Anlage mit einem hervorragenden Pool mit Blick auf die Marina, einfach fantastisch. Das Hotel bietet einen tollen Spa Bereich und ein relativ großes Fitnessstudio, welches jedoch etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit und Instandhaltung braucht, dazu später. Das Personal war super und der Zimmerservice immer zuverlässig und sehr zufriedenstellend. Das Frühstück ist erstklassig, so reichhaltig und vielseitig mit bestem Service. Auch hier genießt man den Blick auf den Hafen / Marina.

Die Geräte im Fitnessstudio waren zum größten Teil ausgeschaltet und bei Seite geschoben, schade! Die Reinigung hat oft die einige Stellen vergessen zu putzen, die Gläser / Tassen wurden nicht immer ausgewechselt und der Tee/ Kaffee wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Der Weg zum öffentlichen war etwas weiter als der zum Surf Strand, jedoch war es da nicht so gut zu schwimmen.

Nice resort , near to the city center by car ,face the see but not on the beach .

1- To get 2 Entry card for your room you should make complain and arrgument with receptianist staff , they only offered 1 card for 2 person. 2- you should check the F&B bills before sign ,since the price not as clarify in their menu through the QR manu ??!! at the end they apoligies and correct all bills. 3- It is semi open buffet breakfast you should requested alot of things are not available on the table like ,jouces,eggs, ham,salami , hoddog ...,etc.

Nous avons séjourné quelques jours dans cet hôtel avec mon mari et nous avons adoré notre expérience. L’accueil a été chaleureux dès notre arrivée et tout le personnel s’est montré attentionné et professionnel. Notre chambre était très confortable, propre et parfaitement équipée, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié : la tranquillité, la vue, la piscine. Tout était réuni pour que nous passions un moment reposant et agréable en couple. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement et n’hésiterons pas à revenir lors d’un prochain séjour.

We spent four days at Soliport Hotel & SPA in Alaçatı with family and friends and really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent—close to everything yet peaceful, with easy access to both the marina and the town. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was fine, but with a little more variety and flavor, it could match the high standards of the rest of the hotel. Overall, a lovely place to stay!

Hervorzuheben ist die Leistung und die gute Einstellung des Personals, egal ob Reception, Pool, Frühstück oder Housekeeping. Freundlich und engagiert, hier wird viel richtig gemacht. Das Frühstück im türkischen Meze-Stil überzeugt durch Auswahl und Qualität, auf der Terrasse ist es ein Genuss. Der Pool ist super und ringsum sind auch Schattenplätze durch Pflanzen und die Anordnung der Bebauung, clever und gut gelegen. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

1. Das hauseigene Restaurant auf der Terrasse ist zwar eine prima Idee, aber die Auswahl auf der Karte fand ich langweilig. Schade, da geht mehr, denn man kann sich hier inhaltlich und preislich von den vielen Lokalen am Hafen unterscheiden, wenn man möchte. Die Qualität ist sicher gut. 2.Taxis 🚕 sind so eine Sache. Das Frontdesk hilft gern und effektiv, aber man kann, besonders bei längeren Fahrten Pech haben und vom Fahrer abgezockt werden ( 1x passiert). Da sollte auch das Hotel bisschen vorsichtig sein und helfen.

Food was great, both complimentary breakfast and their restaurant service. Facilities were clean. House cleaning came early in the morning when we were at breakfast and our room always stayed clean. Staff was very friendly but also polite and professional. We spent a lot of time at the pool and it was very nice too. The location was quiet and had a great view.

The location is close to Marina and a beach, but it is very difficult to walk anywhere except Marina. Taxi is not very reliable and they usually serve luxury taxis to the hotel which are a nit expensive. It’s like having a car is necessary if you are willing to go anywhere. Though hotel food being great might, you can always stay at the hotel for meals.

Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist, und wir waren von Anfang direkt überrascht wie ruhig zuvorkommend stillvoll und vorallem sauber war Am Eingang gibt es hotelmitarbeiter die dich auf dein Zimmer hoch fahren da das Hotel etwas höher liegt und das egal zu welcher Tageszeit Die Küche war immer sehr lecker und zufriedenstellend Ein ganz großes Lob geht an BERAT der sich sehr viele Mühe für seine Arbeit gibt

Reinigung des Zimmers hat nicht geklappt, müssten jeden Tag wegen nicht gereinigtem Zimmer bei der Rezeption anrufen.

5 sabah boyunca ayni kahvalti bu duzeyde bir otele yakismiyor, mesela her gun farkli receller koymak zor olmamali. Ayrica bu devirde odalarda internet olmamasi ve netflix gibi platformalara erisememek de sasirtici. Yataklardaki yastiklar cok yuksek ve sert, herkes bu tip yastik sevmek zorunda degil. Zaten 4 yastik varken ikisi boyle diger ikisi ince ve yumusak olabilir.

The location is perfect you get a view of the marina because it’s over the hill. It’s a few minutes walk to a small marina and there are some cafes and restaurants there and a supermarket. The pool is perfect and the staff made us feel so welcome this is definitely the hotel I will choose when I come back I wouldn’t even think of trying something else it was just perfect. They cleaned the rooms well and everything we asked for they delivered.

The property is relatively new and at first appearance seems clean and modern. The location, as the crow flies, appears good and when walking downhill it is fine for the windsurf centres.

The staff do not speak English. There are some comments that suggests that there is a gap but the approach of the staff is that the guests are of secondary importance. The hotel had copied my signature and authorised bills in the bar and restaurant that we had not been party to - this happened with us sat in the very restaurant and were then challenged and intimidated by new ‘staff’ members when we challenged it with reception. The response is always that they are just working there and no manager was ever available. The property sits on top of a very steep hill and would not be suitable for young children or older people because of this. The wind is so strong at the top of the hill that the pool, which is completely unprotected from the consistent trade winds, is unpleasant to sit at. Moreover, glasses are served at the pool and frequently and routinely smash, so he idle staff did not sweep once during our stay as we witness several glasses smash poolside. Our room was not cleaned even with requests for such. When it was finally attended to the bed was simply made and towels replaced. Dirty cups, spillages and no coffees/milk/sugar etc were replaced. A fridge in the room at the foot end of the bed has a permanent light on so bright that we had to cover with pillows and towels these are in all rooms. The air conditioning also routinely shut off at 2am every day. Stay elsewhere, this hotel is run in a terrible manner and customer service is not acceptable. We were unable to resolve the theft from the restaurant/bar/hotel and left feeling upset and aggrieved - we are incredibly experienced travelers and feel that this hotel completely misrepresents their offering. Wildfires also occurred during our stay and the hotel offered no comfort or advice around them. This hotel is dreadful because of the way that it is managed - it will not improve to an acceptable standard for some time as their in no indication that staff will be educated appropriately.

Die Zimmer waren riesig es war das schönste Hotel in dem ich je war, es war sauber alles war wirklich sehr top vom Frühstück bis zur schönen View zum Port. Kann ich nur empfehlen! 8 Min Fußweg runter zum traumhaften öffentlichen Strand. Respekt an das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit bei allem.

There is an exciting view on the sea from the room. My son enjoyed swimming pool a lot. And I have to say that breakfasts are pretty good.

Beyond the expectations, much much better than the photos. Fresh , new, clean, amazing design, everything is done with the taste, service is perfect - everyone is so friendly. Breakfast is amazing! With the beautiful view Overall couldn’t be more happy about this choice and will definitely come back here!

Am fost foarte încântați de locație si cu siguranță vom reveni. Curățenie excelentă și personal foarte prietenos.

The facility was great and the best thing is that they provide parking if you are traveling with a car. However be aware there is limited car spots so maybe message in advance. The staff were very helpful and their communication is great. The facility is brand new and clean. The breakfast is outstanding, delicious and plenty of food.

The spa was not open and is managed by different company.

Ontbijt was top! Uitgebreid en heerlijke, lokale lekkernijen werden geserveerd. Hotel was ook uiterst schoon, is sinds juli 2022 in gebruik. Het zwembad was groot genoeg om banen te trekken :D

Het water van het zwembad was een beetje aan de koude kant, dat terwijl ik koud water eigenlijk helemaal niet onprettig vind.

Die Angestellten waren super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend, da möchte ALI Abi hervorheben sehr aufmerksam, sehr nett. Man merkt, dass dieser Mann seine Arbeit liebt und lebt!!!!

Die Wände sind ziemlich hellhörig.

Rooms are big with a great view. Property is well tended and the grounds are beautiful.

Herzliche Rezension: Soliport Hotel und Spa in Alacati Unser Aufenthalt im Soliport Hotel und Spa in Alacati war einfach wunderbar! Schon beim Ankommen haben wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer sind super großzügig geschnitten, sodass man sich wirklich gut entspannen kann. Alles ist sehr gepflegt, modern und dennoch gemütlich – genau so, wie man es sich wünscht. Die gesamte Hotelanlage hat uns total begeistert, vor allem der Pool und das Spa. Wir hätten nicht gedacht, dass es so schön sein würde! Der Poolbereich ist perfekt zum Relaxen, und das Spa ist wirklich eine kleine Oase der Erholung. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen ein echtes Highlight. Frisch, lecker und unglaublich vielfältig – so kann der Tag einfach nur gut starten. Es wurde an alles gedacht, und wir konnten es kaum erwarten, jeden Tag aufs Neue die Köstlichkeiten zu probieren. Was uns aber am meisten beeindruckt hat, war der Service. Das Personal war nicht nur freundlich, sondern auch richtig herzlich. Man hat sich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Jeder einzelne Wunsch wurde uns erfüllt – ohne Ausnahme. Besonders danken möchten wir Bahtiyar, Ismail, Tayfun, Emir, Can Bey und dem gesamten Team, das unseren Aufenthalt so besonders gemacht hat. Ihr seid großartig! Wir sind uns sicher: Das war nicht unser letzter Besuch im Soliport Hotel. Vielen Dank für diese wundervollen Tage – wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder! Bis zum nächsten Mal!

The breakfast was nice although a bit slow service, especially for drinks. The view was nice as well. The drop off to the rooms via a golf buggy was welcome too, although I would consider it necessary given the setting on a steep hill.

The air-conditioning is centrally set and stuck at 19 degrees Celsius. You either freeze or turn it off and feel very hot. We were five people and we all go sick after this. The build quality is poor. The window frames are not fitted properly and noise comes into the room from outside. Given that there are restaurants with loud music nearby, this is a problem, especially when travelling with children. Also, the seals in our bathroom had major issues. After just one shower, the entire bathroom was flooded. We reported it and nothing happened. There were cigarette burns on the couch. There was nothing on the TVs, they seemed like disconnected. There was no safety measures around the pool/bar area for children not to fall from rather high, steep edges. The poor tiles were way too slippery, ever for adults. There was no service at the poor, had to go wet in the bar to order. Very limited parking, had to leave the car outside when coming back late at night.

Un hotel excelent, aproape de port și de plajă. Piscina infinity face toți banii, iar personalul e foarte amabil.

Sehr sauberes Hotel und überaus nettes Personal die Zimmer wurden täglich gesäubert und auf jeden Wunsch wurde eingegangen ein sehr schöner Urlaub und die Aussicht hervorragend !

Great location close to windsurfing spot. Great breakfast and excellent restaurants in the area (don’t expect low prices though…). Nice rooms, comfortable beds and good size pool.

Alles war sehr gut. Außer das Zimmer war nicht gut gereinigt. İn der Dusche lag Sand auf dem boden und ein büschel Haar im Bad. Auf dem Spiegel Fingerabdrucke und Lippenstift flecken. Das Waschbecken war auch nicht sauber. İm Bett befanden sich auch Haare. An sonsten Super schöne Hotel Anlage. Das Frühstück war auch lecker.

Really friendly staff, big rooms, lovely pool and gardens.

Pillows weren't great, lots of steps may be an issue for some although the staff would run you up in a buggy without a problem.

Room & lobby look good & hotel is pretty new but poorly managed.

Very poor facilities with terrible access; bad smell in both room & overall area… terrible breakfast among the worst I have seem; unadapted pool… very noisy as walls are thin and could hear ppl fighting from the other room along with elevator & door opening all night…
