De locatie, de hygiëne, het personeel en de fijne uitstraling van de kamer. Het ontbijt was fantastisch. Na een lange dag was het heerlijk om terug te kunnen keren naar dit fijne hotel. Het hotel beschikt ook over een mooie rooftop bar met een schitterend uitzicht. Alles klopte voor mij, het straalde rust uit en voelde aan als home away from home. Ik vond het moeilijk om weer weg te gaan, en dat zegt veel voor iemand die op de eerste dag van de vakantie al heimwee heeft.

Eigenlijk niets, maar als ik toch iets moet noemen is het dat ik kleding haakjes miste in de badkamer.

Nice hotel recently renovated. 3 min walking from the beach. Super view from the bar/restaurant on the roof.

In reality the overall feeling is positive. Only minor issues, for example: spa is under renovation actually. Location is opposite to train and ferry station but as it's Switzerland both are not creating any disturbing noises. It's a pity that such nice hotel doesn't have its own beach.

We absolutely loved it, and we will go back for sure. first of all we had a bit of a missunderstnading on the booking which was sorted swiftl and without issues, actuall with lighness required for a famil that travelled a long way. there was one person in particular worth the mention as he went over and above in the level of service provided - Khalid El Khiati. An absolute delight to deal with. keep up the great work and see you soon!

there is not much to not like, as the place is amazing, the staff are super helpfull and it is close to everhting one needs.

Hospitality at its finest! We loved the staff, all so kind and helpful, making you feel like you’re their most important guest! Special shoutout to Mr David from the reception. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped, big balcony, very comfortable. Breakfast is rich and delicious, so is the restaurant and amazing rooftop bar/restaurant where we went for dinner. We hope to return soon!

Room very spacious and clean, great views to the mountain. Very quiet.

Location, modern minimalist and bright room decor, new and super clean, very nice staff. Beds/ pillows were comfortable and we had a nice little porch overlooking the mountains and lake. On site parking if you have a car. We just stayed one night but this is an interesting concept hotel focused on health and well being for those looking for the total experience.

Sehr schön eingerichtet / schöne, weiße Zimmer u feines Frühstück - toller Rooftop mit super Aussicht, haben dort Aperitif wie auch Diner genossen

Parkplätze leider zu schmal u musstenüber eine Stunde auf unser Diner warten, aber sonst alles tiptop 👌

Tren ve Vapur istasyonuna 2 dakika yürüme mesafesi, Konforlu yataklar, klima, Süper ilgili personel.

Das Frühstück war aussergewöhlich gut - super leckeres Brot und die Marmeladen waren alle frisch gekocht. Das Angebot und die Präsentation der Früchte war sehr gut. Die Atmosphäre im Speisesaal ist sehr angenehm. Alle unsere Zimmer hatten einen Balkon mit Sicht zum See. Die Betten und das Bettzeug war von höchster Qualität. Die Angestellten war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Super TEAM!!!

The location is very good, very near to the lake and train up to Mt Rigi. The staff are all awesome. The room condition, facilities and cleanliness is really very satisfactory. Thank you for looking after us very well.

Ganz modern mit self -Check in, aber für einen W LAN Empfang musste man zur Rezeption !!!!!! Toller Service mit super nettem Personal , Frühstück war sehr gut.🌞

Clean and modern hotel. Two bed one bath with big living room. Kitchen for option if pay extra fees. Convenient parking in the building. Breakfast included. Two minutes walk to train station to go up Rigi mountain.

J'ai eu le sentiment d'être invisible. Ma seule interaction avec le personnel a été au moment du check-out. Un petit "bonjour" au petit déjeuner ne coûterait pourtant pas grand chose.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Super Lage. Wir hatten einen Hund dabei und es hat alles ohne Probleme geklappt. Parkmöglichkeiten gab es auch genügend. Was uns positiv überrascht hat war das schön und appetitliche Frühstücksbuffet. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Modernes Hotel in bester Lage. Extrem sauber und sehr bequeme Betten. Frühstück war sehr lecker und die Auswahl war auch reichlich.

Der Preis!! 330€ plus 30€ Parkplatz für eine Nacht ist einfach zuviel. Das liegt natürlich auch am Schweizer Franken und zumindest den Zimmer Preis wussten wir ja vorher auch schon. Im Nachhinein wäre es mir vielleicht nicht mehr wert, obwohl alles ok war im Hotel!

We chose this place because the surrounding area was really pretty, and close to Mt. Rigi. The rooms were modern and clean. The staff was really helpful with all my questions. The breakfast was really good too. The only thing I did not like was that there was an awful egg smell in our room the day we were leaving.

Staff all very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The room had a great view of the mountain. The food was great, really liked the buffet menu and the charging method (by weight of plate). Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in.

Great location- 2 mins from Rigi railway station and harbor. 5 mins walk to public beach. Convenient starting point for hiking. Delicious breakfast. Very comfortable beds for good night sleep. Big balcony with a nice view of the mountains. In overall it was very pleasant stay.

Parking slots are very narrow, parking ticket needs to be paid every time when you get out of the garage. Extra charge for cleaning kitchen at the end of the stay.

Excellent location (2min walk from cablecar station and car parking point). Healthy Breakfast with well-designed bowls. Staff was not easy to find but overall helpful in checkin and checkout (luggage storage).

Can’t not believe why it was so expensive. The room was okay but with limited storage and hanging facilities, which is not very convenient for hiking, we need to spread our bags and stuff on the floor. Balcony is too small with limited view of sky. The design is more “modern-work style” in the building and the room, and cannot make people easily feel unstressed. If I may choose again I would stay one more night in Stoos.

Great location if wanting to take the Rigi train or the bus to the Stoos area. Vitznau is a beautiful town. The ferry to Lucerne is one hour and a lovely ride. Especially if you take the steam boat, which was awesome. The hotel room was large and very clean. No A/C. Only small fans, and we were exceptionally hot. Stayed during hotter than normal weather in August. Great breakfast. Service was lacking. We asked for extra towels and pillows and they never came.

Schönes, bequemes Hotel mitten im Ort. Schönes großes Zimmer auch für Familien mit großem Balkon. Garage direkt beim Hotel.

Es fehlt eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Bei mehr als 30°C im Zimmer wäre eine Klimaanlage super. Der Duschvorhang im Bad kann nicht verhindern, dass beim Duschen die direkt daneben liegende Bereich um die Toilette "geflutet" wird.

Restaurant und Dachterrasse: die Öffnungszeiten vom Restaurant gehen gar nicht und auf der Dachterrasse wurden wir nicht bedient um ca. 17.30 Uhr

Sehr hilfsbereite Personal und die Zimmer sind sehr schön Modern ausgestattet sind schon paar mal in dem Hotel gewesen und kommen immer wieder gern hin.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Zentral gelegen und wunderschöne Dachterrasse.

Laut Booking.com Schallisoliert dies trifft leider nicht zu. Sehr hellhörig wenn andere Leute im Gang reden um 06:29 Uhr. Beim Bett war die Kopflehne verfärbt und Beistelltisch stand schrag.

No airconditioning, smallest parking spaces I have ever experienced (most cars double parked and ao no parking spaces left) and reception is gone in the evening

Voor een hotel kamer van meer dan 300 euro verwacht ik dat er ten minste een comfortabele zitplek is. Zéker als je niet op het bed kunt zitten, wat in dit geval zo is. Twee plastic stoeltjes doen dan echt te niet. Ook geen tafeltje aanwezig waar je even je spullen op kwijt kunt. Een zitting op het balkon was ook fijn geweest. Wat kun je met een balkon als er letterlijk niks op staat?

We thought the apartment was beautiful and well located. The bedding was comfortable and the rooms spacious, with a lovely veranda area. We also loved the rooftop bar. When we asked the staff for help (eg with an item left behind by mistake) it was quickly responded to and very helpful.

We felt it was cheeky to ask for 80 CHF to use the in apartment kitchen facilities as we had booked an apartment so we could use the facilities. It was a shame the rooftop bar closed at 9pm and took the cushions away at that point.

Hotel jest nietuzinkowy, dbający o każdy szczegół. Czuliśmy się bardzo zaopiekowani.

The car park was very tight for an above average sized car. The hotel was lovely in the restaurant and entrance area but the rooms were very basic.

시설은 깔끔하고 호텔방도 좋았고, 시설 및 아침식사 모두 좋았습니다. 전용 주차장도 좋았습니다.

방문한 날이 더웠는데, 원래 이 건물 전체에 에어컨이 없었던 점은 아쉬었습니다. 더워서 선풍기를 항시 커고 있어야 했고, 더위가 쉽게 없어지지 않아서 밤에 쉽게 자기 힘들정도로 더웠습니다.

Hotel położony jest w pięknej miejscowości Vitznau, blisko hotelu znajduje się stacja kolei na Rigi oraz przystań z której można popłynąć w różnych kierunkach. Piękne widoki z tarasu. Pokoje są bardzo ładne, czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Śniadania znakomite. Miła obsługa. Miło spędzony czas. Będziemy tu wracać.

Nagyon szép belsőépítészeti megoldások,egyedi stílusú nemcsak a szoba, hanem a közösségi terek is.

Nem volt légkondicionáló, ezért nehéz volt éjszaka a meleg miatt aludni.A rendelkezésre álló kis ventilátor nem elegendő a komforthoz.A reggeli némileg egysíkú.Meleg ételként hiányoltam a virslit vagy a kolbászt.

Krásný čistý hotel, kousek od jezera i od zubačky a přístavu. Snídaně výborná. Postele pohodlné.

Objednala jsem si ho protože tam měla byt kuchyňka, když jsme ale přijeli, tak za její používání bychom museli zaplatit další nemalou částku, skříňky jinak byly zamčené. Počítejte s tím.
