Crowne Plaza Vinh Yen City Centre by IHG

I don't have breakfast

room facilities

Excellent service, staff, place, please keep same service! Probably the menu of restaurant, try to include another kind of food, or introduce temporary other recipes or something like that by seasonality

Staff were friendly , catered for comfort.

Far from city and nothing to do around in the location

Pequeno almoço excepcional com muita qualidade e variedade.

The deposit has not been refunded for over a week. I tried contacting you through Booking.com, but I haven’t received any response. Could you please check and get back to me?

Nada

A beautiful hotel in every way.

The hotel is clean! Staff are nice, helpfull!

Quiet location for airport stopover. Good facilities if you wanted to use them.

Not much choice for breakfast. Not much to do in the local area apart from play golf.

Location, room decor, cleanliness, due to availability we got upgraded. Hotel and restaurant Staff was great. The quality of Dinner Food and cocktails can be improved further. Breakfast was good with lot of variety. The spa and therapists were fantastic.

The central aircon system was not cooling properly and it was stuffy in our room. The staff tried to get the aircon to cool but it did not happen. So we were moved to another bigger room. The aircon was fine in that room and we could sleep well. Full marks to the staff. The swimming pool was closed for maintenance so we didn’t get to swim.

Staff were really friendly and helpful

It's not easy to walk around the area. You need to have a car or taxi picking you up.

Wonderful 5-star experience close-ish to the airport, and outside of noisy Hanoi!

Hotel had some billing issues which they took care of! Travel Tip: Make sure to only take licensed taxis, or have the hotel order you a taxi.

Quiet, polite staffs and service.

Amazing!

Exceptional service

nice staff

Staffs are well train , friendly with excellent services

Great value, modern luxury hotel great for overnight on the way to or from sapa

I stayed very happily in this hotel.Great hospitality❣️

Amazing hotel, super modern with stunning rooms. The rooms are huge and beautiful. The gym is fully equipped and amazing too. The staff is friendly and helped us with our transport

Nothing

Food refill slow, not enough. Only one chef in charge of egg, noodles counter in the morning while everybody q in long line.

All the female staffs are much kind & friendly. It's appreciate. But the breakfast was terrible. Not good quality and no choice to enjoy. It's due to not many guest stay in the hotel. Just consider to dave cost for meal then happen this teribble meal status. The hotel need to consider how to have many guest in stable and need to level to the meal service.

Very spacious and comfortable room. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Our time at Crowne Plaza had some good moments and a few bumps along the way. Booking through Expedia caused confusion about airport pick-up, especially important for families like ours with a little one. When we arrived, our room had a broken air conditioner, and even though there was a control in the room, it didn't work. We ended up using fans for the night, which wasn't great. The next morning, though, breakfast was fantastic and made up for the rough night. We had to bring up the air conditioning issue ourselves, and the hotel manager was helpful. They offered us a massage and a ride to the airport to make up for the inconvenience. Despite a broken mini-bar, the staff was friendly and arranged taxis for us. Overall, the hotel has potential, especially with its friendly staff and good food. But better communication about services and fixing room issues without guests having to ask would make it a much better experience. Thanks

Everything good.

Nothing feel bad.

The luxuries rooms (electric curtens). Size of the room. View out of the windows from the room. Restaurant food was great. Staff is more then helpful. Short drive from Hanoi.

The pool is nice, but located next to 4 mega huge AC's from the whole hotel/basement. It's a constant noise on the background. Pool itself doesn't have any bar. We called the reception to send someone over to get our order for drinks and food. Staff need to come a long way. Restaurant is based on the other side of the building.

We booked this in error thinking it was in Hanoi. But Hanoi is about hour taxi ride from there. Luckily, the hotel was brilliant and we visited the most beautiful Monastery high in mountains, beautiful lake and the stunning village where the clouds touch the buildings as it’s so high up , tam dao. These turned out to be our fav places !’ The hotel , staff, food, service is immaculate! Also have lovely outdoor pool and jacuzzi’. We found out it’s mainly a business hotel but we loved every min of our safe! Stunning hotel !

There's Service and then there's Hospitality. Crown Plaza hit all marks. The hotel decor is modern with beautiful clean lines. I came to play as much golf in 4 days. My, helped with my golf and transportation. The bellmen were always on time to get my golf bag. Restaurant staffs were always attentive. Breakfast spread was always plentiful. Lunch and dinner menus are diverse with international flavors. My large room was beautiful. I was sick for the last part of my stay and they made ginger lemon honey tea and gave me some medication. Thuy was very attentive and concerned about my well-being. Having said all that, the hospitality part means a lot to me so I'm going to mention everyone's name that made my trip memorable. Restaurant staffs: Ms.Linh, Mr.Khanh, Ms.Yen, Mr.Minh, Mr.Duan, Ms.Huyen, Ms.The, Ms.Thao, Ms.Uyen and Ms. Thuy. Front Desk: My, Lam, Tung, Hai, Son, Quynh, Duong, Minh Anh, Quoc Anh. Thank you to all ❤️

the very hospitable staff

the swimming pool was a lot smaller then expected

All the staff are amazing, the food is great, they have lots of different options for breakfast which was fabulous. We had club access which I would highly recommend. Again, the staff can't do enough for you, they made our stay amazing, I would highly recommend this hotel above all others, thank you crown plaza for making our stay so wonderful.

Extremely nice hotel with kind / professional staff. Also, quite cost effective.

None

Staffs are very polite, well train and friendly

Room service cleaning wasn’t good enough, saw stain on floor, didn’t refill the tea bags and coffee inside room

The staff were amazing, caring and pro active.

Hotel staff prepared take-away breakfast, as I was leaving for early tee-off time. Super impressed.

For price you paying is just perfect !

Hotel very new, opened in November 2022 and very clean. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were too soft. However, the breakfast buffet was the same everyday with one or two variations. The duty manager, Mr Minh Ahn greeted us on arrival and showed us where the gym and spa was located. He also helped arranged our transportation locally and to Sapa. Very good service and care taken during our stay.
