By the side of the window in one room it was very dirty. One of the uncleaned hotel I have visited. We couldnt cancelled the booking however all of us checked out due to the above facts.

The hotel experience was undermined by unwelcoming staff and a noticeable lack of professionalism. Customer service fell short of what one would reasonably expect.

stayed at this hotel last night and had a very bad experience. The room was not clean, the bathroom was dirty, and overall the room did not look like it had been properly prepared for guests. This was very disappointing and not what I expected. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Reviewed May 13, 2025Not much we could say for single person it's ok.. Not for family.
Breakfast was not good. Puri sabzi and appam was only menu of which puri was more like papad. No eggs, no fruits, also only had tea and no option of coffee or black tea. It's basic to have coffee n black tea as some would prefer it over tea. Chair was broken one and you can't sit on it as its leg were almost to fall off. Room didn't have window nor ventilation at all, which is basic necessity for any room.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2025Near Airport, Stayed only 1 night. The first staff I meet really was rude, did not say hello or smile or ask anything, he just walked behind the counter at my arrival, waited for me to tell my business there. He asked for more documents than he needed, and was pretending to read them and pretending to take copy of them. The other staff was very nice, they helped me order food that was delivered at my room, cus nearest restaurant was 2 km away, and it was very dark outside.
