Daksh The Madhuvan Suites Dwarka

No attention for gust requirement even after calls & after calls .

I am a solo female traveler and stayed at Madhuban Suites at Dwaraka in February 2025. I had a pleasant experience as the staff are friendly, the Manager Mr Jayaraman was courteous and guided me. The room was neat, spacious and comfortable. It is ideally located with easy access to places of interest! Had a great time.

Absolutely nothing. If anything, the garden outside their premises was good. Located on the highway (quite far from the main temple by the way) the surroundings, open field, etc. was the only good experience. The staff is helpful and decent, but they really can’t do much if the infrastructure, facilities and overall serviceability is HORRIBLE to say the least.

Long story… 1. The washrooms and rooms are not clean. Infact the washrooms stink. When we complained, the housekeeping tried cleaning but It didn’t help much. There was a weird smell emanating from the washroom which was consistent all throughout the stay in both rooms l booked. 2. The dinner somehow was only buffet (and no ala carte menu). The explanation they gave was that when there’s more flow of guests they resort to buffet. Any ways, the buffet was extremely expensive at more than ₹500 per adult. The food wasn’t worth even half that cost. Poor food quality, very limited variety and even though their mighty strategy was to opt for buffet in case of huge influx of guests, the strategy fell flat as they ran short of food immediately when a group arrived. By the way, the hotel wasn’t super full any ways. 3. Morning breakfast buffet was terrible. In any case, they would run out of food every now and then. 4. Location: located very far from any of the main temples, you wouldn’t find any local or public transport. No autos or cabs would come. Best is to hire a cab from travel agency. The hotel can at best provide contacts of auto rickshaw drivers who also do a decent job of helping tourists with day tour packages. There’s only one decent restaurant in close proximity which has decent food. 5. Dont try their own restaurant. Its pricey and of no worth. The food is third grade. 6. Room service: the staff is decent and co-operative, however they can’t do much if the entire hotel has a bad and unkempt infrastructure. One of rooms I booked has a manual key lock instead of card entry and the key would not work since the lock was faulty. Every time I had to call room service to help me open the door to my room !! 7. Overall, in my opinion, who has experience of staying at hotels around India and the world, this was probably the worse. DONT BOOK THEM !!

Nice food+ hospitality & room services with experienced staff Enjoyed two days with our family & Enjoyed swimming pool activities. Each & every staff person is very much cooperative & well mannered. Every body try to help the customer all the time

The best hotel of dwarka madhuvan suites by the blues hotel the staff of hotel were incredibly welcomeing and helpful throughout our stay . And the room were very clean and they served very fast and f&b staff Dinesh alika and hitesh ware very helpful and reception team also comparative and caring thanku u all madhuvan staff we will visit again thanku 🙏

Very bad experience, no soap and shampoo in washroom, room was not properly clean, teliphonbis not working, menu card is not available, I complaint many times but no any responsibility staff, all staff mostly untrnend, I never visit here and never recommend any one of this hotel

Madhuvan suites by the blues Dwarka, is the hotel with great service with mouthwatering food , they have a great attitude to serve the guest with great heart , who really cares for the guest. A great thanks to every staff of the hotel who had made my stay comfortable.

Great experience. Best place to stay. Staff were very courteous and attentive even at late hours. Rooms were tidy and spacious. Ambience was great. Restaurant staff were very courtious and attentive. One of the best hotel in dwarka, chain hotels in gujarat, peaceful area, friendly staff, swimming pool, open garden... Everything wil be good. City outside property, With best rates for group booking. Will suggest to everyone book this hotel.

Marvelous hotel with well big room with all the amenities with very clean and hygiene rooms , they have nice restaurant called Bhojanm, their breakfast lay out is very nice covering local cuisine as well. Staffs are very courteous, their address to the guest with Jai Dwarkadhish is awesome

Last week I stay in Dwarka in madhuvan resort Super Darshan arrange by Mr Anil sir . Properly arrangement for my anniversary surprise cake DJ party I will never forget Mr Anil jha sir hartly thank-you so much. jha Sir .. very Good staff . Rooms & Kitchen are very clean . All time staff service suppep. Mr Anil jha sir blue hotel in wise president he is very cool . I recommend to dwarka Hotel in Madhuvan suites by blue 💙

Nice hotel with convenient location with great room size and the food is mouth watering, serive provided by Niruta and Anuja in restaurant is very good, always smiling face. Overall nice experience at Madhuvan hotel managed by Blues group. Thanks to everyone.

Excellent stay in madhuvan suites by the blues best service by all staff staff are well behaved food was amazing especially thanks ms. Shazia were really polite and humble room was managed very well all my needs were taking care and the hotel was all over very nice.

We stayed in madhuvan in 305 room was good and the facilities in the hotel were very good .the restaurant food was delicious 😋😋 and special thanks to Niruta , given us good service........................... At the end was best service 😁

Good location and nice hotel.It was great experience with the staff members on check in. Look like Renuka, Satyanarayan, Naresh are not employees but they are the ones big assets for the business.i was surprised the way they handled.will definitely come back.

The rooms were extremely neat and tidy. The staff is very co-operative and kind. The food is very delicious and yummy. Must go for stay 👍👍. The location is nearby dwarka temple and other sites which help us to reach within sometime and get more time to explore.

Madhuvan suites by the blues hotel is beautiful and classic hotel in dwarka . Hotel reception staff is very polite and friendly . The room was full of dust, bedsheets were not washed, television was not working, AC did not work and most importantly no hot water. Totally disgusting room situation. Order the food, food was delivered on an unwashed tray which was smelling like rotten food. Please avoid this place.

The lift wasn’t working, fridge in room not working, no hot water in one of the rooms - kettle with no overheat switch - no hand towels - a very basic hotel

Over priced, not worth what they charging, sheets and pillow cases had dark spots and hairs, seems like they didn't change sheets and pillow cases from prior stay,

Worst Management

Noone talks - properly - different people at reception talks differently and creat confusion. I had stayed for 2 nights and stay was not good at all. Breakfast and dinner - waste of money

There is nothing that is mentioned in the amenities been provided by room, there is no terrace the building is flat, on request they don’t provide iron board and iron facility, they pressure to take gala dinner on 31st Dec although there is no terms and condition agreement for that and then they don’t even provide any invoice of gala dinner payment.

I did not like behaviour of staff, service , they act like a hooligan with customer and say we will give booking only if gala dinner is taken which is as per them mandatory even though there is confirmed booking through booking .com . The hotel is below average by charging extravagant claiming false services .

There was nothing to like about this property. Pictures and descriptions are fake. Rooms were smelly, bedsheets, towels etc were so dirty.

Staff at Reception was very Rude , we have to wait to get our room for 2 hrs after we reach at hotel on check in date on 23rd December. They even charge well in advance 100% . And charges for drinking water . No hot water supply . Very lousy food . Bell boy was not available. We have troubled and harrasment too much . We even intend to do police complaint

No hot water, just luke warm water. Staff did not do anything to fix it. Poor cleaniness. Did not provide expected room to accomodate three. The accomodation was to include a living room, 1 separate bedroom, and 1 bedroom with shower, a min bar.. None of it existed. They charged addition Rs1000 to provide a better room, which still was a not a suite. A TOTAL RIPOFF. The front desk was rude and did not respond to requests. Dirty bathroom, broken fixtures, dirty linens...

Dirty bath, toilet, Paper napkins were offered instead of Toilet tissues. SO SAD. Dirty linens, STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. Deception. Similar property next door for half the money.

First no Hot Water secondly no foot mats provided and last was stupidity check out is 10am and not allowed even one hour extra they treating guests very bad with dirty rotten approach

Apart from location and size of the room things were pretty average. Cleanliness was not properly maintained, one of the bed was broken and had to call support staff number of time to get it fixed, towels were not cleaned. On restaurant taste wise food was just average but charge was that of 5 star rating hotel. In breakfast not much was offered, but the restaurant staff was attentive and handled the request quite good.

Parking is out of the Hotel and its not good seeing the location which is in outskirts of the main city.

It was a highly unpleasant experience. I have already raised my concerns on Booking.com Customer Service till free. Looking forward to refund on an urgent basis as I was threatened by the Front Desk Manager to make the payment despite clear mail from Booking.com to the Hotel Management'that customer should not be asked for payment for atrocious services.
