Aufgrund der Unannehmlichkeiten mit dem Zimmer bekamen wir für die zweite Nacht ein Upgrade plus Frühstück.

Wir haben ein Zimmer bekommen, in dem vorher extrem geraucht wurde. Da aufgrund der Auslastung kein alternatives Zimmer möglich war, gab es eine Ozon- und Luftreinigung, die es erträglich machte.

The location is excellent. The breakfast is also very good—varied and featuring quality products. The hotel parking is also something to be appreciated. The room is spacious and very quiet. Very good Wifi Cleanliness is something this hotel can be proud of.

The biggest issue was the air conditioning. The fan wouldn't stop running, even after the room reached the desired temperature. Also, the fan speed was very high speed, even when the system was set to the minimum setting. You couldn't stay in the room with the fan on for more than 30–60 minutes—the airflow was literally blasting you. At check-in, the reception staff didn't provide any information about the room, breakfast, or anything similar—just the room number and the floor it was on. No minibar!! The electricity cuts off completely when you leave the room, so the refrigerator is useless. The room description states that it has a large double bed and a sofa bed. In reality, the bed is 140 cm wide—it is actually quite small. The sofa bed was uncomfortable to sleep on. In my opinion, the bathroom does not meet 5-star standards. The shower enclosure has traces of mold in the corners, and cold water comes through for 1–2 seconds every 30 seconds while showering.

Great location, close to both the city and Troy. My husband lost his slippers and the staff were very helpful and found and returned them. On our first night there was a wedding reception that caused parking shortage but the vallet provided a reasonable solution and took care of things. In general the staff were relaxed and accommodating. The pool, the breakfast, etc. were all very good.

We were given a room that was connected to another room via an adjacent door. Even though the door was locked, it was quite loud and we could hear all the noise from that room at night which made it quite uncomfortable.

Nach vier Wochen TürkeiUrlaub und ca 10 Hotelbesuchen kann ich sagen, das beste Hotel was ich in der Türkei dieses Jahr besucht habe. Lage gut, Frühstrück excellent, Zimmer schön eingerichtet und sauber. Personal sehr freundlich.

Habe ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht aber nicht bekommen, begründung sei, das von mir gebuchte Zimmer soll es nicht mit Meerblick geben. Da mein Aufenthalt nur eine Nacht war habe ich es akzeptiert. 2. Man kann die Fenster im Zimmer nur mäßig öffnen.

I sat by the pool and outside close to 10 times, not once did a worker or staff offer me at the very least some water, let alone a drink or food. On the other hand, everyone else seemed to be getting served straight away when they sat down. Not sure if it was because I was white or because I spoke English. Everyone else staying there was from the region and could speak Turkish. Very disappointing

It was very comfortable, clean and beautiful. On our first night, we were welcomed with live Turkish jazz music, which was so classy. On our last night, there was a wedding – just the perfect combination that brought the whole place to life! The staff were so friendly and always ready to help. One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at!

Propre c’est la première chose que je regarde ! Je peux que recommander l’hotel Doubletree! J’ai adoré les produits qui ont été mises à disposition un petit clin d’œil. Et l’odeur je vous en parle même pas. Excellent !

We used the restaurant of the hotel to eat something at late afternoon but the service was very slow.

Eine moderne neuwertige Hotelanlage, direkt an der Küstenpromenade gelegen. Unmittelbar in der Nähe befinden sich eine schöne Mall. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar. Der Loungebereich und der Swimmingpool laden zum verweilen ein. Top Personal im ganzen Haus. Insbesondere beim Personal an der Rezeption möchten wir uns herzlich bedanken. Vor allem bei Sevval bedanken wir uns herzlich für Ihre außergewöhnliche Hilfsbereitschaft. Wir sehen uns bestimmt wieder.

No le ponemos un 10 porque la cena fue muy decepcionante, teníamos expectativas muy altas al ser un Hilton de cinco estrellas y la cena de la media pensión (que ya empieza mal cuando te sirve agua de una botella empezada y caliente) consistió en un puré, una ensalada muy simple y como plato principal dos pechugas de pollo con arroz y patatas gajo. Para finalizar el postre que si estaba a la altura.

De kamer, sportfaciliteiten, uitzicht, en de personeel waren fantastisch!

Netjes, personeel was behulpzaam (we komen om 01:00 ‘s nachts aan maar giechelen nog kunnen eten.

Was comfortable and easy to access, close to all major sites in region. Good pool, and right on the Korbin on the Dardanelles.

Parking can be a bit tight in the lot, especially if you come back late. Pool closes too early at 8pm.

This was our very first trip to Turkey. We drove over from Greece with my pregnant wife and our little daughter, eager to visit the ancient city of Troy. Choosing the DoubleTree turned out to be the best decision we could have made. From the moment we arrived, the hotel made our entire stay relaxed and genuinely enjoyable. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Galip and Mr. Gökay, and to the whole team with them. They are a young, professional, and wonderfully warm group, and it showed everywhere we turned, from the welcome at reception to the breakfast each morning. Every interaction was friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. They made traveling with a young family feel effortless, and we left already looking forward to our next visit. We will absolutely be back.

Zeer goede comfortabele uitvalsbasis voor als je het historische schiereiland wilt bezoeken. Alles is schoon, vriendelijk personeel (we kregen connecting rooms!), goed zwembad om nog even te relaxen. Het ligt direct aan zee, wat leuk is om ‘s avonds nog even te wandelen. Ook een heel grote speeltuin voor de deur (achterkant). Met de taxi ben je voor een paar euro in het historische centrum. Pluspunt: We werden verwelkomt met een heerlijk warm koekje!

Als je dan toch écht wil zeuren om het zeuren, dan was een klein balkon wel leuk geweest.

1. мы оплатили номер и после этого нам сказали, что будет свадьба и бассейн будет закрыт (надо предупреждать до оплаты) 2. в связи со свадьбой ужин был не шведский стол, а то что предоставили : салат из овощей, грибной суп, тефтельки с рисом и картошкой, тирамису, сок, вода, чай 3. данная еда была безвкусной, мы практически ничего не съели 4. ребенку 5 лет салат не полагался, его не принесли 5. номер был на 3 этаже, но окно выходило на ту сторону, где бассейн, там была свадьба, и до 01.00 ночи шумела музыка (танцевальная, ударная) 6. на просьбу сменить номер с выходом окна на другую сторону отель отказал, сказав, что все номера были заняты 7. пришли на завтрак, людей 0, сделали вывод, что номера свободные все-таки были и отельный менеджер нас обманул 8. завтрак был очень скудный, нет каш, хлопьев, только 1 вид яиц, не было сосисок и колбас, ребенку есть было нечего 9. матрас настолько жёсткий, что у меня весь следующий день болела спина 10. при заселении нам не предложили помочь с чемоданами и не показали место парковки, сказали ищите сами 11. была бронь на обратный путь. этот же отель, но я ее отменил, потому что второй раз не захотел селиться

Breakfast was delicious - a wide variety was offered. We also liked the wide walkway behind the hotel on the water for strolling and going to restaurants. The staff were very helpful. Hotel was modern and clean and close to bus station.

No guest laundry - we are travelling for a month and cannot afford the hotel laundry!

De ligging van het hotel is uitstekend. Het beschikt over een eigen beveiligd parkeerterrein, wat erg prettig is. Het personeel is vriendelijk en gastvrij. Vooral met Alper Bey en Sema Hanım hadden wij fijn contact; zij waren zeer behulpzaam. De kamers zijn ruim en comfortabel.

Er is geen smart-tv aanwezig met apps zoals YouTube. Daarnaast hebben niet alle televisiezenders een goede ontvangst. De douchekop is aan de kleine kant; een regendouche zou een betere en comfortabelere keuze zijn geweest.

It is by the promenade, even with side rooms with view. Has a good size indoor pool and an outside one for summer. Spa was great, Martha is an excellent masseuse. Reception staff were so helpful, special thanks to Gökay.

The dinner on Sunday was so slow, took almost an hour to arrive but it was very good when it arrived and they did not change for it due to the delay.
