La posizione è ottima, con supermercati, ristoranti e farmacia raggiungibili comodamente a piedi. Assolutamente consigliato!

Reviewed Feb 7, 2024The small studio was brand new, clean and pleasant. Kitchen is fully equipped, but no tea or coffee available, that is totally fine, just to take care of it personally. Bed was excellent. There was no noice, nor disturbances. Grocery stores are close by.
The customer service is awful. They pointed to me parking place that was stacked with all the snow from the parking plot. When I informed about this, they stated other parking, that does not even exist! When I informed them, that I left my car next to the first place, as they advised the first night, after 16 hours I received information that I will have to pay fine, since it is not their place and AGAIN provided me with non-existing parking place number. There was NO CUSTOMER CARE what so ever. Totally formal approach. Such a pity, to spoil good premises with such attitude.

Reviewed Oct 17, 2022It was clean and easy to access. They even had some oil in the fridge and some laundry liquid. Everything was clean and neat.
The bedroom had no door but had like two openings and the single beds were just in front of the openings, so it was not easy to leave/get into the room especially for a bit elderly people. Maybe a different layout there works better. Since the flat was quite small and so the livingroom, the one single bed in the living room felt a bit too much. Maybe this size flat could accommodate max 3 people: 2 in bedroom and 1 on sofa bed. Felt a bit like fish in the tin. For a couple of nights it was ok but for the same price range it is possible to get a bigger flat too. Never understood the opening door system: in the instructions it was written knock on the door 3 times?? Everything worked but what was about this knocking on the door.

Windows are facing the street. And in the night there are very loud bikes passing by on the road. Maybe I was so lucky and those things happens not often.
