Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Solo puedo decir que es una auténtica vergüenza de sitio y que la persona que lleva el hotel ha demostrado ser una de las personas más maleducadas y poco profesionales que he tenido el disgusto de conocer. Mi familia y yo llegamos por la noche y, a pesar de tener nuestra llegada prevista, se negó a abrirnos la puerta y directamente nos dijo que no nos iba a atender. Sin darnos ninguna solución ni mostrar la más mínima consideración por nuestra situación, nos dejó literalmente en la calle. Como consecuencia, a las 23:00 de la noche tuvimos que buscarnos otro alojamiento por nuestra cuenta.

El alojamiento estaba muy sucio, con demasiada bulla y un ambiente poco seguro. Al llegar no había nadie para recibirme ni ayudarme con el check-in. El servicio fue pésimo y la atención inexistente. El lugar no está en condiciones adecuadas para recibir huéspedes y no se parece a lo que muestran en las fotos. Por esa razón decidí no quedarme.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026Lamentablemente tiene un ruido terrible para dormir por culpa de las motos y coches que pasan por la calle donde se situa el hostal. Existen dos habitaciones con menos ruido, pero la de la entrada a la derecha es imposible dormir. La encargada y el gerente fue comprensivo cuando le dije que queria anular la reserva para los dias posteriores.

Aparte de las instalaciones sucias y 3 de cucarachas, lo peor fue que me robaron de mi habitación, el personal que tiene acceso a unas llaves secundaria se metió y robaron todas nuestras cosas de valor, dinero en efectivo, joyas y artículos de camara y video. Se supones que tú alquilas y dejas tus cosas para estar seguro, cómo puede ser posible que se metan y saquen de entre tus pertenecías todo lo de valor y les reclamas y dicen que tú lo has perdido cuando sabes perfectamente que lo dejaste ahi

Pague 1500 pesos y mi carro se dañó está la marca del aceite de mi vehículo que .me identifica que si estube hay carro blanco marca Nissan. El hotel está en construcción la recepcionista tiene una niña como de 3 años tengo piernas de más que me quede en el hotel

Reviewed Feb 14, 2026Made reservation. Got confirmation. Showed up the staff working saw me and told me they have a room at $35 per night. I to showed he r my reservation (I had confirmed reservation for $25 per night) All of a sudden here was no rooms left. Even though I had the confirmed reservation. I asked her about the room she just offered at $35 per night. She said that's the only one left in hotel and it cost more even though I already had confirmed reservation. I first told her I made reservation on bookings.com. She said oh bookkings.com no its not good it has problems. I then realized and told her I actually made on a different website Agoda. The woman saw me and offered me a gringo price in all actuality I know far to well as I spend a lot of time on the island. The hotel it self is not appearing is not located very well and the lady who was the staff popped out of a room and I was not even sure if she worked there by her appearance. I don't usually leave reviews but BEWARE as I showed up after 8pm and was left without a room at that hour after spending the day driving as I came from Punta Cana and was tired and juts wanted to relax a bit.
They are dishonest and would not honor a confirmed reservation.

J'ai pas du tout apprécié de payer plus cher que ma réservation sur Booking et en plus je dois régler en espèces.Pour moi c'est du vol . Géographiquement c'est très mal placé.Beaucoup de bruit .Il me manque un téléphone !!!! J'ai laissé ma porte ouverte quelques minutes en présence de Linda . À fuir !!! devant les toilettes tapis dégueulasse.

No nos gustó que no tiene aire acondicionado y el ventilador no enfriaba nada, la habitación es muy calienteeee, inclusive afuera de la habitación estaba menos caliente 😅 Pero juro que fuera de eso la habitación es muy cómoda y tiene lo necesario! 8/10 por el punto extra de la cochera.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2024The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. One fellow took me out for a haircut and tour around the city and treated me like a brother. Some of the best service I've experienced in DR.
Proximity to the beach was not great. The entrance was a little steep and since it's close to a major roadway, it can get pretty loud with motorcycles and cars. I also wish there was dish-ware to use on the stove.

Reviewed Jan 7, 2024Mi experiencia fue horrible, No vuelvo a usarlo nunca más, nada de higiene, se fue la luz no hay planta de emergencia y cuando nos íbamos tuvimos que dejar la llave con otro huésped. Incluso pensábamos irnos a dormir al vehículo mejor. Horrible no volvería ni regalado . Perdí mi dinero . Hotel.com no deberían tenerlo como opción para sus clientes , eso le da desprestigio.
