Reviewed Jun 22, 2026The location close to metro station was perfect. Locality was good. Breakfast was decent and staff responded to requests very promptly. Gave us access to FIFA World cup on TV when requested
Linen and towels need better cleaning. Saw small roaches and insects crawling on the table and above headboard. The door lock to our Room 106 was almost hanging on two screws.

Only one point I did not like. The security in the night is lax. We had to leave very early at 3:30am. At that time, there was noone at the reception, the lobby door was open , security was asleep and the gate was half open. Anyone could have just walked in. At least keep the lobby door locked. If anyone wants to go out, they can wake up the security who anyways sleeps next to the door.

Reviewed Nov 8, 2024The hotel is just about 300m from indiranagar metro station. The place is clean and comfortable. Silent neighborhood surrounded by lots of trees. The staff are cordial and helpful. Breakfast was simple but tasty.
Breakfast can be improved. Service for additional items like coffee or eggs was a bit slow

Terrible facilities, we had to shift hotels in the middle of our stay because they had to do some sudden reconstruction work. This was pre-planned, but we were not informed and asked to pack up and leave.

The Free wifi provided is not enough to download large files very quickly, but is good enough to binge watch netflix/youtube.
