Our experience was absolutely wonderful! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and our room overlooked a beautiful little garden. The whole area surrounding the hotel is gorgeous: picturesque, peaceful, and incredibly quiet. The location couldn’t be better, just a few steps away from Dinan’s historic center, making it perfect for exploring the town on foot. Every member of the staff was kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The breakfast was also fantastic! Delicious, very complete, and with plenty of options! This hotel is absolutely worth it. If we ever come back to Dinan, we would choose to stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Het hotel was werkelijk een paleisje, het oude karakter van het hotel is zo warm en prachtig. De locatie is geweldig, op loop afstand van het historische centrum. Perfectly located in a quiet spot 5 mins walk into the old town centre of Dinan. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, with clear instructions for a late check-in. Rooms impeccably clean and tidy. Great place!

Hotelito precioso y decorado con gusto. La habitación familiar con dos estancias separadas. Una pequeña terraza donde desayunar o tomar algo muy agradable. El desayuno muy bueno y el personal muy amable encantados de agradar. 100% recomendable a escasos metros de las murallas y el centro histórico de Dinan.

No había ascensor, no es ningún problema pero ojo si hay personas con movilidad reducida mejor decirlo antes..tienen otras habitaciones en planta baja pero para la nuestra había muchas escaleras

Charmant hôtel bien situé pour découvrir Dinan à pied, Kevin et son équipe sont attentionnés et réactifs. Tout est fait pour que l'on se sente bien. Nous avons été surclassés dans une grande chambre familiale. Une bouilloire est à disposition avec thé, café ainsi qu'une bouteille d'eau. Le petit déjeuner est varié, on peut le prendre sur la terrasse extérieure au calme.

Bellissima dimora storica rimodernata, le stanze avevano tutto il necessario, letti comodi, avevamo una piccola terrazza. Il proprietario Kevin è gentilissimo e ci ha fornito informazioni e dettagli anche sui ristoranti dove poter mangiare,. Colazione super e vicinanza al centro storico, consiglio vivamente

Non è una critica alla struttura, ma in generale nella zona di Dinan i locali chiudono troppo presto la sera

Ambiance chaleureuse dans cet hôtel aux vieilles pierres, plein de charme, petites terrasses ombragées, chambres décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Personnel attentionné et efficace. Petit déjeuner avec produits régionaux. Situation idéale pour visiter le centre médiéval de Dinan et accéder au port et à la vallée de la Rance.

We loved how close the location was to the historic center of Dinan! We also loved the aesthetic of the property- it felt like part of the history of the area but had beautiful modern touches as well.

Wonderful place run by warm, welcoming and caring people. Spacious room for a family of 4, lovely outdoor terraces and excellent breakfast. Overall, it is the perfect base for exploring Dinan and the surrounding area. Located just outside the city walls, the hotel offers a peaceful setting with plenty of free parking around, while remaining only a 2 minute walk from the historic center. Many thanks to the team for their hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable!

The hotel is in a beautiful traditional stone building typical of Brittany. As is common with such buildings, there is no air conditioning, so rooms can get a little warm during heatwaves. A large fan was provided, which really helped.

Nous sommes venus passer une nuit dans cet hôtel et nous avons été ravis de notre séjour. Le personnel est très accueillant et, dès notre arrivée, nous a remis une carte avec les lieux incontournables à découvrir à Dinan. Installés dans une chambre située au dernier étage, nous avons également apprécié que l’équipe ait pensé à y installer une climatisation, ce qui a rendu notre nuit très agréable. Au moment du départ, on nous a demandé si tout s’était bien passé et l’on nous a même proposé un café avant de reprendre la route, une attention très appréciée. La chambre était très belle, impeccable et parfaitement propre. Le personnel est à l’écoute et fait tout son possible pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Je recommande cet hôtel sans la moindre hésitation !

Charming, friendly staff, 10 minute stroll into town. The owners are a couple with a family who are nice & helpful. Breakfast in the courtyard was lovely. We stayed there over Easter weekend and they provided bunnies & chocolates to the guests. Parking was easy, just around the corner from the hotel. Big Thank you to Kevin who was extra helpful to me; I left something behind in the room and he posted it back to Sydney for me.

Good location within walking distance of the historic quarter. Nice and quiet neighbourhood at night. Large bed. Helpful staff, namely in taking our luggage upstairs and suggesting local eateries.

We were misled by the very attractive but deceptive photos in their listing and by them being a member of the "Demeures & Chateaux" and were expecting a grand property or luxurious hotel probably thinking they were of the "Relais & Chateaux" programme especially considering the price we paid (we had been staying in such lovely properties including Chateaux during our 14-night stay in France) so we were already disappointed upon arrival when we discovered it's just a modest corner house. "Superior room" was rather small and very basic with no charm whatsoever (despite being a 400-yr old house). It was extremely stuffy due to the heatwave but the owner had put a (very noisy and rather ineffective) A/C unit in the room which helped a little but still prevented us from a good night's sleep. The wifi didn't work in our room and whilst there was a kettle with tea & coffee facilities, there was only 1 cup available. Headboard was stained but the sheets were spotless. We didn't have breakfast but it looked good while walking across the breakfast room with our luggage (awkward). No parking so you'll have to park on the street (which was safe and free). Poor value for money. We wouldn't stay there again but this place would probably be ok outside a heatwave.

L’emplacement était top pour visiter Dinan. Nous avons jamais dormi jusqu’à présent dans un hôtel avec le fenêtre ouvert la nuit, mais cet hôtel était tellement calme la nuit que c’était possible. Le lieu est tellement charmant. L’accueil état très chaleureux et le petit déjeuner était vraiment très bien pour le prix. Nous pouvons que recommander le hôtel de la Port St Malo

La atención del personal fue impecable en todo momento, empezando por Kevin, el director, y siguiendo por el resto de empleados. Nos hicieron la estancia muy agradable Desayuno muy completo tipo buffet, muy rico y muy bien explicado por el personal de servicio Habitación muy limpia y cómoda, con una buena ventilación cruzada que nos vino muy bien, ya que nos pilló allí una buena ola de calor. Ubicación excelente junto al casco medieval a visitar

Great location in a historical building without feeling old. Great management and breakfast staff. Breakfast was good too. Plenty of parking and we were able to walk to some beautiful sites.

Good position a few minutes walk from the historic centre of Dinan. Kevin was very helpful and advised on local places to eat. We left very early after only one night so can’t comment on breakfast. Room was clean and spacious.

Only one pillow each and winter weight duvet a little warm but we could have mentioned this and it probably would have been rectified.

The property is adorable and welcoming. The courtyard outside our room was a very pleasant surprise. The beds were very comfortable. We requested a fan for our room because they do not have air conditioning and Kevin accommodated us immediately.

99% of our stay was positive the only thing I did mind was our back bedroom window overlooked the hotel outdoor dinning/General sitting area. It felt a bit invasive being at the same level. I’m sure on the second floor they don’t mind.

Beautiful tasteful decor, great location, easy to walk into Dinan and parking was easy on residential road near by. Great value and breakfast. Kevin stayed up until we arrived to check us in late and was in contact with us beforehand to check arrival time.

The hotel is run by a young couple who made us feel immediately welcome. It is perfectly located just outside the walls of the historic town. The room was airy and quiet with a view into the central courtyard garden. Breakfast was superb with local produce and our bikes were locked in the garage overnight. We will stay agin if we return to Dinan.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very well located. The staff are very helpful and the facilities are lovely. The breakfast is excellent. A highly recommended small hotel.

El hotel esta decorado con mucho gusto y la ubicación es perfecta, a 50 metros del acceso a la muralla del casco histórico y una gran ventaja, se aparca muy bien al lado y es gratis, no hay limitación de zona de estacionamiento

Es un hotelito hecho en una casa antigua y no hay ascensor, solo tenerlo en cuenta, pero solo fue subir un piso, nada importante

El trato fue excepcional, gracias Kevin. La ubicación es muy buena para visitar Dinan. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, agradables y cómodas.

Si tienes problemas de movilidad, no hay ascensor, así que tened ese tema en cuenta.

Un accueil plus que chaleureux, des personnes a l'écoute et de bons conseils (merci pour l'adresse de la crêperie le petit galet cetait excellent !) Bref si vous souhaitez une chambre agréable dans une bâtisse magnifique et prendre un petit déjeuner tranquille au son des chants de martinets n'hésitez pas vous ne serez pas déçus.

Vraiment ce qui m’a dérangé beaucoup de fois dans la nuit c’est les oreillers qui n’était pas assez garnis . De plus le commentaire de demande de la note maximale après la réservation je ne trouve pas ça très bien de vouloir imposer la perfection.

Très bon accueil des gérants de l'hôtel. L'hôtel est situé à peine 5 min du centre ville. On n'entend pas les voitures dans notre chambre. La chambre est très propre et couchage très correct. Le petit déjeuner est très raffiné. Le pain est très bon, charcuterie, deux sortes de flan, il y a tout se qui faut. On a fait une plancha charcuterie avec boisson a l'hôtel très correct..

Oreiller un peu plus ferme. Interrupteur de la lumière centrale, enlever la veilleuse car un peu gênant. Mettre un Interrupteur normale.
