Noku Phuket

Everything about our stay was exceptional. The villa was absolutely beautiful, spacious, spotless, and incredibly private, with a stunning view and a fantastic private pool. The property itself is beautifully designed and surrounded by a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and quality. The entire experience felt luxurious, relaxing, and very well managed.

Honestly, there was very little to dislike. The only thing to keep in mind is that the resort is located on a hillside, so transportation is recommended if you want to explore the surrounding area. This was not an issue for us, especially with the shuttle service available.

التواصل معهم صعب ولا يردون إلا بعد يوم من ترسل لهم والستاف يلطعونك لان الغرف مو جاهزة للشيك ان وقالوا بيودون أغراضنا للغرفة ولا ودوها وقت تفضى ع الرغم من التواصل المسبق لازم تحجز كل شي عندهم قبل بيوم الشتل بص المساج الفطور العائم ما يسوون لك شي إلا لازم تكلمهم قبل بيوم وتحجز وعطونا بس مفتاح واحد ويوم قلت له احتاج ثاني قال ما في دورات المياه ما فيها شطافات بس فيها خازوق و فيها نمل كثير ومهما تناديهم يرشونه ما يروح لان المنطقة فيها أشجار كثير انوار المسبح خافته كثير و في الليل تحتاج تطلب انارة اضافية ولا بيكون مظلم جدا ايضا يوجد سحالي ظريفة صغيرة يم المسبح انصح يكون معك سائق خاص لان الفندق بعيد والمشوار الواحد يكلف مبلغ عالي إذا انك بتطلع كثير

The lobby view only

The room was not clean well. We asked the room service to change the bed sheets and they change to another dirty pillow sheets. The breakfast is so bad they don’t have good options and they don’t have halal food. The location is very far from the downtown. Also the room view not as the photos.

The hotel breakfast is genuinely the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. I loved having roast potatoes/chicken/smoked mackerel. So gorgeous. Location is nice and quiet, beats staying in the busy tourist parts and you can get a grab to where you want to go

Laundry is per item so if you need to do laundry go to a local laundrette instead

Reception had not enough staff when we arrived, it took long before they helped us Check in and check out feels on the minute. We arrived 14:16 but can enter the room just 15:05 that someone bring us there. But for checkout we had to be really fast because the next guest where already waiting… Service in restaurant was medium, they talked to as very local. Not a 5 star service mind

We had a wonderful stay at Noku Phuket. The rooms were beautiful, incredibly spacious and perfect for our family. This is a rainforest retreat, very intimate and not a family resort which is exactly what we wanted a beautiful place with space to unwind. A special thank you to John and Arm, who were absolutely amazing. Our family arrived feeling very unwell, and the staff went above and beyond to care for us and help in every way they could. Their kindness, compassion and genuine concern made a difficult time so much easier. We are incredibly grateful for the care we received and would highly recommend Noku Phuket for its beautiful accommodation and exceptional service.

The public swimming pool was excellent, with an exceptional and breathtaking view.

The bed was dirty, and I couldn’t sleep because I experienced severe itching all over my body. There were also insects and geckos everywhere, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant. The room was not as shown in the photos on Booking.com. It looked quite different in reality from what was advertised. The staff were excellent, very helpful and professional, and none of this was their fault.

The views and the overall design of the hotel were beautiful. The room was spacious and clean.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The staff and supervisors were not welcoming or professional, and we did not feel well treated during our stay. Many of the facilities and equipment felt old and in need of renovation. The service did not match the standard expected from a hotel at this price level.

We absolutely loved our stay at Noku Phuket! We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was the perfect place for such a special occasion. We stayed in a Tree Villa with a private pool, and it was peaceful, quiet, and incredibly relaxing. The atmosphere throughout the resort was beautiful and serene. The breakfast was also very good, with a great selection and quality. Thank you to the wonderful team for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be coming back, and we highly recommend Noku Phuket to anyone looking for a relaxing and special getaway.

I personally loved my stay at Noku, especially the room I was assigned(C4-01) - located on higher ground among the blocks and it comes with an outdoor tub. From the front, I could enjoy the sight of a lush green hill....while the sea could be seen in the distance behind, it's a beautiful contrast between nature and the coastline. Waking up to these views and enjoying the peaceful surroundings was one of the highlights of my trip. One of Noku's standout features is its stunning infinity pool, located beside the lobby. Overlooking the distant sea and surrounded by lush greenery, it provides a breathtaking setting to relax, swim or simply enjoy the scenery. The elevated vantage point creates a sense of calm and openness, making it a memorable highlight of the resort....the view gets even better comes night time(pool opens til 8pm) Breakfast is served at Embrace: while it may not offer the extensive variety of a large international buffet...the selection was sufficient and of good quality. I would recommend dining there at least once during breakfast hours to fully appreciate its serene and tranquil vibes. Overall Noku is ideal for those seeking relaxation, scenic views and a quieter side of Phuket.

The staff were extremely polite and friendly. They decorated the room for my friend’s birthday and gave us free deserts. We also had a night flight and they graciously allowed for late check out without additional charge. Thank you Noku. My stay was exceptional

.The main pool is stunning and every we had imagined .The quiet, it is impressive how quiet the hotel is .Happy Hour drinks .The Spa, we had massages there and left very satisfied .The gym .The Breakfast was good with a lot of options .The staff went above and beyond to satisfy every need. Specifically Tin at the main Desk :)

.Cleaning could be better .We had to pull the blinds hard every time to close them .The water coming out of the whirlpool was dirty and we opted not to use it .The golf carts to the rooms are a very nice touch but conditioning at times

Extremely disappointing experience at Noku Phuket. We gave our clothes for hotel laundry expecting basic professional care, but instead, they completely ruined them. My black jeans came back badly faded, and my T-shirt was completely spoiled. These were not cheap items, and the damage was obvious and irreversible. What made the situation even worse was how poorly the hotel handled it. At checkout, we raised the issue and asked for a fair refund for the damaged clothing. Instead of taking responsibility, all they did was waive the laundry charge of 300 baht—which is barely 10% of the value of just the T-shirt alone, not even considering the jeans. This is not customer service. This is negligence followed by complete indifference. For a hotel that positions itself as premium, this level of service is unacceptable. Damaging guests’ belongings and then offering a token gesture instead of a proper resolution shows a serious lack of professionalism and care. I would strongly caution anyone staying here against using their laundry service. Extremely poor handling, terrible accountability, and a very frustrating end to what should have been a relaxing stay.

Beautiful hotel with great facilities. The bar and lounge area are amazing with views across Chalong Bay. The restaurant was stunning with an amazing breakfast offering. The staff were attentive, friendly and really helpful. This is a top class 5 star hotel and I would recommend for anyone to stay. It's a bit off the beaten track but offers shuttle buses to various locations and taxis are cheap and plentiful.

The bar closes at 9.30 pm which is a little early. It's up a big hill so taxis/shuttle buses are a must but it's a minor issue and ensures the amazing views.

The facilities of this hotel are unmatched. Everything is very well designed, well maintained and very clean. You have the feeling that you are the only guests there, even though that is not the case. The whole place is super relaxing and the staff is the most welcoming and most attentive we have encountered. We were treated amazingly throughout our stay and we didn’t want to leave this amazing place! This hotel was without a doubt the highlight of our honeymoon trip. We must and will absolutely come back!

It's a little bit off the beaten track being up a bulig hill so taxis required mostly to go out. There are shuttle buses though which are great.

Wspaniały, cichy, komfortowy i nowoczesny hotel. Super uprzejmy personel, który jest niezwykle pomocny. Smaczne śniadania. Ogromnym atutem jest hotelowy tuk tuk, którym można poruszać się po terenie obiektu. Willa Tree jest doskonale wyposażona i idealnie nadaje się do kameralnego wypoczynku. W restauracji hotelowej pracują sympatyczni ludzie, a widok z lobby jest wspaniały!

This hotel is one of the best places to stay if you're looking for a forest view and privacy. We stayed in the H24 villa, which had a pool. The breakfast was excellent, and the service was great. We booked a three-night honeymoon, and it was a highlight of our time in Phuket. The staff was very responsive to our requests, and the honeymoon decorations were a nice touch.

The only downside is that the restaurant and room service aren't available late at night (after 10 PM), so it's best to plan ahead for meals

Het hotel was erg mooi. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd en het personeel was bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze dachten echt met ons mee, wat het verblijf extra prettig maakte.

De locatie lag op een berg, waardoor het soms lastig bereikbaar was. De Grab-chauffeurs wilden ons niet altijd naar boven brengen. Uiteindelijk hebben we een scooter gehuurd en dat maakte het een stuk gemakkelijker om ons te verplaatsen. Wij houden ervan om eropuit te gaan en verschillende plekken te ontdekken en te bezoeken. Als je echter vooral wilt komen om te ontspannen, is deze locatie daar ook zeer geschikt voor.
