Some things to mention: lobby without AC, being near the ocean needs a lot of maintenance one can see rust in several places, I had to ask to reconfigure my key card two of the three mornings, because it didn’t worked, when I asked to check out later, one person (apparently shift responsible) without even checking told me there was no way to do it, meanwhile the person checking the system was saying that was possible, very disappointing situation. I had to remind them to cancel the not used deposit.

Reviewed Mar 19, 2025Me fascinó el hotel ! El personal te recibe con mucha amabilidad, todos son muy cordiales y lindos. El lugar es muy limpio y ordenado. La habitación con vista al océano es mágica! Cada detalle lo hace único, la alberca tiene algo en especial, es muy linda. El desayuno y comida estuvieron muy bien, muy rico. Recomiendo mucho el lugar ! La zona es segura y está cerca de plazas y del malecón.

Reviewed Mar 15, 2025Aunque la pasamos muy bien y fuimos muy bien atendidos, me parece que hay detalles que se tienen que cuidar, problemas de temperatura constante en regadera, colchón que urgía un cambio, falta de limpieza notoria en la salida del aire acondicionado y tumbonas que se puedan usar para ambos propósitos, acostados para arriba y para abajo.

Las camas muy cómodas y el plus de prácticamente ser la cocina del villarica Pequeños detalles a mejorar. La regulación de la temperatura de la regadera. La temperatura del agua de la alberca. Recomiendo tomar la habitación del piso superior para no escuchar pisadas, asi como las que dan hacia el mar

Reviewed May 13, 2024Pasamos un fin de semana celebrando nuestro aniversario. El servicio de todo el equipo fue excepcional, incluso para resolver imprevistos. Las instalaciones y habitaciones son maravillosas, de ensueño. Todo en un ambiente muy privado y tranquilo. Tiene unos masajes en el Spa que son imperdibles. Pidan el de bongos tibetanos. Mega relajante. Nos sorprendieron con varios detalles por nuestro aniversario en el cuarto. Además, todo el staff y el lugar es súper LGBTTTIQ friendly. No dejen de alojarse en este oasis para adultos con en una de las playas más lindas del puerto.

Reviewed Apr 3, 2024El hotel tiene su encanto, pero no termina por ser un hospedaje del que te enamores, la recepción fue rápida y amable, pero la atención en general dejó mucho que desear, nadie te atiende en la zona de playa, tienes que estar levantándote y buscando por tu cuenta alguien que te ofrezca alguna bebida. Al momento del desayuno te “sugieren” ir a un restaurante que está unos metros del hotel, el cual estaba atiborrado de gente y entonces se pierde el toque de estar en un hotel boutique, aunque puedes quedarte a recibir el desayuno en sus instalaciones pero ahora sufrirás del tiempo de espera en el que la preparación de tus alimentos y el traslado tarda. Habitación con una decoración simple y en donde no había pasado una hora desde nuestra llegada y ya nos habían dejado un sobre las camaristas para pedir propina “por el gusto de habernos atendido” ponían con singular descaro en el mismo. Nos vamos con un agridulce sabor de la pequeña estadía que tuvimos, en la que solo nos convence su ubicación para un probable regreso.

Lo que más me gustó es la atención del personal, fueron los mejores anfitriones. El lugar está lleno de actividades como películas, cata de café, kayak, etc. con vista al mar y playa privada. La mejor estancia que pude haber reservado en Veracruz para un día de playa
