Epiphany Villas Lefkada

The large pool and the fresh breakfast were a highlight. The view is great (see pictures). Our housekeeper Yulia was very friendly.

Not directly related to the property, but Google maps sometimes navigates to off-road paths. All of the villas in the area could maybe close these off or make more signs.

Every thing was exceptional. There is nothing that we needed additionally during our stay more than what was provided. I look forward to coming back to the villa when in Lefkada.

The place has a wonderful view over the north-east lefkada bay, the channel and the Ionian sea. The villa and the outside surrounding is very intimate and give enough space to feel alone.The place is very inspiring and magical. The host Stella is wonderful, her team also amazing people, gentle and taking care for each and every detail in advance, so you have a stress free vacation. We are looking forward to come back for a longer stay.

Es ist einfach nur perfekt gewesen. Wir waren 6 Tage zu viert hier und sind sehr begeistert. Die Lage ist top, die Aussicht fantastisch. Stella und Yulia sind großartig. Unfassbar freundlich und liebenswert und immer bemüht, dass es für die Gäste perfekt ist. Sie sind einfach super herzliche Menschen. Die Villa ist traumhaft schön, sauber und toll eingerichtet und der Außenbereich sehr schön mit Charme angelegt. Hier kann man es monatelang aushalten. Das tägliche Feühstück in dem Ambiente ist sagenhaft und besser als in den meisten Hotels. Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier, haben aber direkt für nächstes Jahr wieder reserviert. Vielen Dank an Stella und ihr Team für diese unvergesslichen Tage. 🥰🥰

This property and everything about it is exceptional! Far exceeded expectations! Not only is the villa absolutely beyond stunning, with all facilities one could need but the staff have absolutely gone above and beyond! Special shout out to Stella… she has taken our stay to one we could never forget, arranging most spectacular boat days, arranging special birthdays gifts for my mum and securing us the reservations at the best restaurants in Lefkada! I love Greece and I choose multiple new islands a year to explore… but next year we are coming back to Lefkada! It’s been magic! Thank you from bottom of our hearts ❤️

Heerlijk ontbijt, een prachtige locatie met uitzicht over Lefkas. Erg goed verzorgd door Stella, het onbreekt er aan niets, en je wordt heerlijk ontzorgt.

Matrassen waren aan vervanging toe.

Frühstück ist perfekt tolle Lage und das Personal außergewöhnlich man kann sagen es geht nicht besser.

The view from the villa was awesome. It was a very quiet place. The villa is new, clean and has got every essential element. Breakfast was delicious and you had a lot of variety. Stella, the host was always available for everything. She answered on time for each of our requests. The housekeepers are very kind. I would definitely return.

Für das schlechte Wetter konnte niemand was, wir haben das beste daraus gemacht.😬 Da wir dadurch ein bisschen mehr in der Villa geblieben sind, wäre ein bisschen mehr Küchenausstattung von Vorteil gewesen, aber wir haben uns arrangiert. Also alles gut!

The stay at the Epiphany villas was amazing. The villa was absolutely gorgeous with with amazing amenities, and amazing pool, the food was fantastic, the service was outstanding, and any questions we had Stella answered very quickly. The app we got to use for pre-ordering breakfast, choosing pillows, finding beaches and restaurants was awesome. I would highly recommend a stay here.

De ligging van de villa was fantastisch! We werden heel vriendelijk onthaald door Stella, gaf ons heel veel tips om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken, waaronder leuke restaurant tips. Het ontbijt werd 's morgens naar onze wensen afgeleverd aan de villa.

La disponibilità e la gentilezza di Stella, è stata una hostess incredibile. Ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie per una vacanza comoda e rilassata. Ci ha supportato su tutto. La posizione della villa è incredibile. Ti senti immerso nella natura, nel silenzio, nell'area fresca. La pulizia della struttura, la qualità della costruzione, la qualità dei prodotti a partire dallo shampoo fino all'acqua che trovi nel frigo. La miglior colazione che ho mai fatto in strutture che ho alloggiato, tutti prodotti freschi. Posso solo dire che è stata un esperienza che rimarrà impressa per un lungo tempo nella mia memoria.

Absolutely everything about this property is perfect, there has been no expense spared in these villas and the styling is amazing. It is somewhere you are happy to stay, sit and just take in everything it has to offer. The breakfast menu was next level, all handmade produce bought to and set up in your private outdoor dining.

It not that I didn’t like, but you are a bit isolated if you don’t have a car. When we stay again, we will hire a car.

Travelling with our extremely shy daughter, we expected weeks of coaxing; instead, Stella and her caring crew created such trust that our girl ended up completing her first scuba dive, beaming with confidence. Mornings began with hushed, pastel sunrises spilling over the Ionian Sea, setting a tone of deep calm. The estate blends barefoot serenity with quiet, polished luxury: fragrant towels, immaculately kept pools, and those whispered tips that lead you to the dream taverna no guidebook lists. Stella lifts “exclusivity” into something gentle and personal. One morning proved her heart. I never celebrate my birthday; few people even know when it is. Yet Stella arrived, unprompted, with a gorgeous homemade cake—thoughtful, delicious, and utterly moving. When a busy boss-lady finds time for gestures like that, you realise how rare she is. Need a car in hours? Saline ear drops after diving? A boat trip where you can stroke swimming pigs? “Stella knows.” She does it all with grace, humour and a sparkle in her eye. Our stay ignited an unexpected love affair with Lefkada’s island life, yet even here Epiphany Villas shines in a league of its own. We’ve already booked for 2026 and are counting the days. Hier passt wirklich alles, von der Lage über die Ausstattung bis zur Betreuung. Die Villa ist neuwertig und sehr geschmackvoll gestylt, die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt schnelles Internet, Waschmaschine, Grill und vor allem den tollen Infinity Pool. Das Lage ist ein Traum, man blickt aus etwa 300m Höhe über Lefkada Town. Man ist umgeben von wunderbarer Vegetation. Eine Oase der Ruhe und Entspannung. Von Lefkada Town fährt man etwa 15 Minuten. Die letzten 1,5 km führen über eine etwas abenteuerliche, schmale Bergstraße zu den 4 Villen. Zum Paket gehört ein individuell zubereitetes Frühstück mit leckeren lokalen Extras, gesunden Smoothies und vielem mehr, das zur Wunschzeit in die Villa gebracht wird. Wer nicht selbst kocht, kann zum Lunch oder Abendessen ins nahegelegene Tsoukalades (5 min) oder nach Lefkada Town fahren. Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt unseren Gastgeberinnen Stella und Julia. Ihre Herzlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit ist nicht zu übertreffen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

We stayed at Epiphany Villas for 3 nights, and from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property is absolutely stunning – modern, clean, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea that you can enjoy from the comfort of your private pool. It felt like a peaceful paradise tucked away in nature, yet close enough to explore the island. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. Each morning, we could order exactly what we wanted using a tablet in the villa – from fresh fruit and pastries to eggs and local delicacies. Everything was delicious and delivered right on time, making our mornings feel relaxed and luxurious. Stella, the host, was simply amazing. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything – whether it was giving us tips for places to visit or making sure we had everything we needed. The rest of the staff were also fantastic: friendly, helpful, and professional. The villa itself was equipped with everything we could possibly need, and the attention to detail was exceptional. We spent hours just enjoying the pool and the view – it really was the perfect setting for unwinding. One small thing to note: we wouldn’t recommend coming with a large car, as the roads leading to the villas are quite narrow and winding. A smaller vehicle makes things much easier. All in all, this was one of the best getaways we’ve had. Epiphany Villas is a perfect choice for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and unforgettable stay in Lefkada. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

From our furst interaction wuth Stella until the last minute of our stay, everything was over and above our expectations. The villa is exceptional in style, comfort and location. The breakfast is wonderful with every morning freshly baked food and squeezed juices. The pool is warmed to a perfect temperature . It was without doubt the most wonderful place I have stayed in.

We stayed in a beautiful villa at the end of the season, and it was the best holiday of all. The host, Stella is one of the reason I choosed this accommodation. After booking, before check-in, she was kindly communicating with me until we checked out. She is so kind, and our family were so impressed by welcoming treaties and farewell present. The accommodation is clean, has nice scenery view, has everything for luxury stay. The views from the villa are simply amazing, the heated pool was really useful as we visited in October so it was starting to get a bit chilly in the mornings but the pool was always warm enough to swim in. The staff were all really friendly, especially Stella who was an absolute star and always super helpful and quick to respond to any requests. Nothing bad to say, the island is beautiful and the food is amazing! I would recommend you hire a car as the property is well located but a little out of the way.

A revelation! After a warm welcome by Stella and her team, we were really well looked after and serviced. The house and terrace are modern, sustainable and extremely comfortable. The view is truly breathtaking. You look out over Lefkada Town, the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains of the mainland. The changing light offers you a different landscape again and again. We were totally amazed by the Villa – it’s design, functionality, attention to details! Absolutely fantastic view, very modern design but super cosy at the same time. Pool and fireplace, we could order the dinner from the nearest Greek Taverna by the iPad. We had also pillow menu and super breakfast with local super tasty bougasta cake among other choices. Stella is giving all her heart to this place and this is very visible in all what is there ! Highly recommended place!

The hostess Stella is amazing, very helpful, positive and polite person. The villa was very clean and tidy. You have everything what you need. The interior is very modern yet stylish. The pool area is really nice and the BBQ compliments it well. The view is breathtaking. The breakfast is ordered through iPad with a lot of options and was served with love and style which made it even more delicious. In conclusion it felt like a little Greek paradise.

The property was in immaculate condition and Stella was always available to answer any request. The breakfasts were the best, really delicious and set out at your Villa for your chosen time. I would advise you need a car as taxis are hard to book. While you can walk to the shops, the return up the hill means you need to jump in the pool straight away! Would definitely return.

We loved everything about our stay—the surroundings, the beautiful interior decorating, the view, the stylish pool, and last but not least, the host, Stella, and her crew, who took such good care of us from the moment we arrived. We felt spoiled, starting every day with a luxurious brunch table that had everything you could ask for. Now and then, Stella would pass by with a little treat for us: homemade cake, lemonade, watermelon, etc. She even made sure to have a fantastic birthday cake for our son on his birthday. When she realized that we would be going out sailing the following day, she surprised us with a fantastic picnic basket. If we could, we would have stayed at Epiphany forever—or at least brought Stella home with us to Denmark. (We've decided that Stella now is our new family member ❤️😊)

To give a 5 star, 10/10 rating for this property really doesn’t come close to how exceptional it is! From the minute we booked our trip and throughout our stay, Stella, who is the Host at Epiphany Villas, has excelled in providing an outstanding customer experience. The Villas are in a breathtaking location, and quite honestly are the most beautiful properties we have ever had the pleasure of staying in (& we’ve stayed in a lot!). The attention to detail in the design is perfect … and creates the most wonderful sense of calm as soon as you walk through the door. We could literally have stayed there for the week, and not ventured any further - but Stella’s advice and guidance on places to go, and restaurants to visit meant that we could explore with the confidence of knowing that she knew what we would enjoy, and organised everything for us so beautifully. The private yacht charter with UraniaSail for my birthday, yoga at the villa with Christiana and dinner at Amente were definite highlights - and having the most delicious breakfast delivered every morning was a wonderful start to each day! A perfect stay, in a wonderful property with exceptional levels of customer service - huge thank you to Stella and her team 🙏🏼 We will be back!

That we had to leave!!

The location is very peaceful, 10/15 mins from Lefkada town centre, wonderful to be so close to the town as we had dinner there each evening, the outdoor area was simply gorgeous and the pool is a very good size. Stella the host is just lovely and so helpful. We left my little boys bunny behind and Stella followed us up the next day and brought it to us. They also have a iPad which has all recommendations of beaches, restaurants, things to do in Lefkada. We are a family of 5 and the villa fit us in nicely

We had a wonderful time at Villas Epiphany. The villas are very tastefully furnished, the breakfast served daily was delicious and left nothing to be desired. And from time to time we were spoilt with homemade cakes or other treats in the afternoon. We didn't have to worry about anything. The villas are surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden. We loved the heated private pool and the view from our terrace down the valley to Lefkada town and the sea and on the other side the green hills of the island. A big compliment to Stella and her team. Stella is an incredibly great hostess, whose very friendly manner and perfect service contributed significantly to a perfect holiday. It was amazing! :)

It is a spectacular place with a wonderful view. The furniture was very modern and minimalist, which makes this villa so special. Everything is new and and modern.Every day the villa was cleaned by the ladies, the breakfast was very delicious where nothing was missing. The pool was big and very clean, we really enjoyed our stay at Villa Epiphany and we will come back, the best point was Stella's hospitality, very kind to welcome us in every detail. The rooms were generously sized and minimalist. The outdoor space was serene and the pool large enough to have a proper swim. The villa manager made sure to make us feel very welcome. On arrival we received a local bottle of wine and on the second day we received some cake and ice cream, on the third day she brought us a little toy for our young baby. Breakfast was amazing and very generous. You could choose what you wanted on an app the day before. we were also provided with restaurant recommendations for the evening. The accommodation is also baby friendly and a cot was provided too. A nice touch was being able to wash our clothes with detergent provided too. A cleaner was also available each day if we need them. We were able to book a massage and have this take place outside. We were in great hands and would definitely like to return! We were made to feel extremely welcome and looked after.

Couldn’t fault it!

The view is breathtaking, the breakfast is beyond all expectations, the groceries and necessities are replenished daily (coffee, tea, shampoos... are of the highest quality), and unexpected gifts such as a late welcome dinner, cakes in the middle of the week, a bottle of wine, even a scented candles as souvenirs were carefully chosen and prepared. The house is beautiful, clean, modern, and spacious. Stella and the team around her do a wonderful job, this is a true textbook example of what service should look like. 10 points from Croatia! Everything was even better than I expected

The house is stunning, and while modern in its comforts it fits perfectly with the natural surroundings. We loved the decor - luxurious and natural at the same time. Having breakfast under a bamboo roof in the garden or sunbathing on plush fabric sunbeds was the epitome of comfort and luxury. Inside the house the decor is equally impressive - the kitchen appliances were a hit with my wife who noted the high-quality brands (Fremke, WMF, Zwilling…no IKEA shortcuts here!). The linen by local brands were impressive, again plush and high quality, we’ve taken note of them and hope we can buy from our Country too! Our host deserves a whole paragraph of praise herself. We had read previous comments about Stella and we can confirm that they are all true - and more! Her welcome and her care throughout our stay was fenomenal, she advised on the right places to visit based on our tastes and helped us with restaurant reservations, including on our first night when we had no car yet (rental which she also arranged to have brought to our own door) and arranged for a nearby tavern to deliver to us. The iPad inside the property and the app provide information that Stella has specially selected for her guests and we followed it closely. Overall our attitude became “Just trust Stella”! In the end she even gifted us with some delicacies to celebrate the Orthodox Easter, a gesture that was really touching for us. One final word on the massive breakfasts - they are divine! Every day you’ll be treated to a surprise - make sure you try them all!

The name Epiphany is well-deserved. The view is breathtaking. The design is beautiful and delicate, sophisticated and simple at the same time. Every little detail is carefully thought of, to provide the upmost comfort, serenity and inspiration. Beyond that, the hospitality and Epiphany sets a completely new standard. We were treated like family. Can't wait to return.

Epiphany Villas was an idyllic experience . Our hostess, Stella, thought about every detail at a superior luxurious level. The interior design was exceptional and the view was absolutely amazing . The villa is perfect... it's cozy, luxurious, comfortable has everything you need! It is close enough to everywhere but also far enough to enjoy your privacy and the beauty of Lefkada. O lugar é espetacular, a vista é deslumbrante, a Villa é o a, super confortável e equipada com cozinha completa, cortinas elétricas dão a privacidade necessária, a proprietária é super acolhedora e está sempre à disposição. O churrasco no terraço e o fogo de chão na varanda complementam o espaço da piscina privativa com borda infinita. Imperdível, o custo benefício é benefício extremo a baixo custo. Recomendo fortemente a casais ou família.

Stella, was the best host we had in the whole of Greece and in saying that we travelled the whole of Greece by car moving around frequently, well done to her and i would highly recommend the stay.

We completely fell in love with this villa. If usually there is instagram vs reality then this house was far beyond instagram and much much more than we expected. We lived in a dream. Everything was perfect to smallest detail like matching bed linen, pool towels and bath robes. Villa is really modern, comfortable and with fantastic design. From infinity pool you have masmerizing view - sea and mountains. Breakfast was served near pool, previous evening we ordered breakfast via app on ipad and next morning it was served. We really felt like in hollywood movie - everything was fresh and delicious. Villa provides all services so you do not need to leave it - you can order diner from different restaurants with delivery to villa. And we ordered massage service which was held near pool - fantastic relaxing experience. And owner Stella is another story to tell - she is stunning and charismatic. She greeted us and prepared welcome snacks and wine, very nice touch. She is friendly and was available throughout our stay with an excellent suggestions and personal approach. 100% recommend!

Stella made our stay at Epiphany Villas so special. We were greeted with her warm smile and introduction to Lefkada in the most wonderful way. We had some trouble finding the place (do not follow Google Maps down a dirt and gravel road if you are renting a car) but once we found the correct path and arrived at our villas we were stunned by the beautiful of the accommodations. The daily breakfast was 5 stars and we received great recommendations for beaches and restaurants. Thank you Stella! Efharistoume

This accomodation was the best stay in Lefkada, Stella was the most helpfull, nice and everything was perfect! I can not recommend this villa enough, because we really had the best time here! The service, breakfast and cleanines was perfect!

I liked everything!

As per all the other reviews the service is 10/10 . Stella and her team could not be bettered. Their mission is to do whatever it takes for you to enjoy the holiday and thats what they do. really flexible. breakfast was the treat and all included. Also Stella (and her family!) is maths/econ major so smart cookie. Small things like leaving gift was lovely touch. The villa itself is modern, stylish with stunning views. Outside area and pool are the same, pool was nice and deep and cool - all in all just like the photos. can accommodate and extra person in lounge which we did for 1 night which was great but wouldnt recommend for much longer. Lastly the fact we could book days and not full week was a big benefit, more like a hotel than a villa in that regards.

nothing that can be changed. However worth calling out a few things if we are judging at the highest standards. villa is great as above but if i had to compare with other 10/10 luxury villas the bedrooms are a bit small with limited storage. i lived out of my bag for the duration. Also for some folks , including my wife! the drive up the steep, narrow single track road to get to the villa could be a bit scary, especially at night if you meet another car and have to reverse back down in the dark to get to a passing place. Local area at bottom of access lane is mostly regular shops along a busy road with a few local bars and odd taverna If you want the holiday vibe and buzz def need to head for town. Definitely need transport for beaches/town etc. Town very busy full of cars so parking was difficult or taxi but end of evening was sometimes a long wait (up to 1 hour once) to get a ride. No Uber.
