Очень замечательное место. Только максимально положительные впечатления об отеле. Фархад готов был помочь в любой ситуации, отношение к гостям замечательное, завтраки просто восхитительные. В номере чисто и аккуратно. Место расположение отличное: набережная в 2х шагах, крепость рядом, выходя из отеля, сразу попадаешь на маленкие улочки старого города, по которым приятно гулять. Вообщем от меня полноценная 5!

Right in the heart of the Mamaris waterfront. Easy walk from the Ferry dock. Beautiful view of the bay, comfortable bed, renovated bathroom, great Turkish breakfast and caring host. Good value for the price. Recommend the 3rd floor for the view.

A little noisy on a Saturday night until the restaurants close. No issue on weeknights and the windows when closed block most of the sound.

Apartment in the heart of marina. Little bit hard to find, ask waiters in the restaurant below. Very beautiful view of marina, breakfast is in restaurant, original Turkish, very tasty!

The location was perfect, right by the marina and the restaurants. Really clean and great host who was really friendly and accommodating. He also owns a the Marino restaurant on the waterfront which is where breakfast is served.

Отличный отель на марине, уютный интерьер. Это конечно не сетевик, и отель расположен в здании с вековой историей, сделайте на это скидку. Выйдя из отеля очутитесь на сказочных улицах Мармариса. В шаговой доступности все - рестораны, магазины и тд!

Das Zimmer hat durch seine Einrichtung viel Charme verstärkt durch den herrlichen Blick auf die Bucht. Das dazu gehörige Fischrestaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen.

La struttura necessita di importante rinfrescata. La colazione è servita al ristorante collegato, ma solo dopo le 9. In caso di necessità, non è stata trovata un’alternativa adeguata. La terrazza mostrata nelle foto dell’annuncio non è risultata accessibile. Non è stato eseguito il servizio di pulizia e riordine camera tra un giorno e l’altro

Δεν είχε θέα. Καπνός από το εστιατόριο που βρισκόταν μπροστά. Το δωμάτιο δεν είχε ψυγείο. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι δωμάτια σε παλιό σπίτι χωρίς ρεσεψιόν.

The breakfast was delicious with the opportunity to try many local dishes, the atmosphere was very nice, the staff did everything to make sure we lacked nothing and felt at home, I would especially like to thank the waiter named Omar for the wonderful atmosphere and professionalism, he was the best waiter I have ever been served by in my entire life.

Quaint room....great locality in the heart of the Marina. Comfy bed and pretty spacy. Manager was a nice and helpful chap. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay. Nice rooftop bar....great adjoining restaurants.

Breakfast could have been better....only two fried eggs served per couple (one each). Something to consider? Aside from that overall a super stay.

Cockroaches, bathroom is a bit small and the sink was too low. There were some holes in the walls which is why the roaches got in :/

I absolutely loved my room: spacious, impeccably clean, and with a beautiful sea view. The bed was comfortable, and the fresh bedding was a delight to sleep in. The air conditioner was thoughtfully placed a— I usually avoid AC, but this one I could actually use, which was a pleasant surprise. But the true highlight of my stay was Farhod,he helped me out selflessly on multiple occasions. Thanks to his professional attention to detail, the room always felt pristine—I honestly never knew when it happened! I never expected such outstanding service! It was a real pleasure staying in Liman Hotel.Thank you—I’m looking forward to my next stay!

Good size room which was clean, comfortable and had sea view. Great location by the marina with loads of bars & restaurants.... and small castle and shops to the rear of the hotels rooms.

Stayed 2 nights and breakfast was included at the restaurant on the marina front but no choice ? ..... was told it was "Turkish breakfast" ..... when we complained they offered us an English breakfast and boiled eggs (which were good) but the second morning we went elsewhere for breakfast as we didnt want the confrontation again.

Rooms are updated & have everything you need. Owner is very helpful with anything you ask for. We chose this location at Marina end against the main beach area of Marmaris as suited us to be nearer to get taxi from bus station & get to ferry port for our departure. Area has everything here as in long strip restaurant choices & grand bazaar shops..Breakfast was great too served downstairs with water views. Also has a top deck area with views of Marmaris.

Noisy extraction fans from restaurants & bit of party noise at night but likely is worse over in main part of Marmaris Beach as that has loads of late night busy tourist bars. Carpet on all stairs needs replacing.

The view and the single staff Farat bent over backwards to help me. Wonderful clean bathroom with strong hot water.

Only one comfortable option is a good shower.

The hotel has no parking, so we had to park a few blocks away and walk with our suitcases. The hotel is impossible to find at all, the hotel manager caught us by chance on the embankment and took us to our room. The hotel reception is located in the restaurant kitchen (obviously, a complete violation of any sanitary standards, we refused to have breakfast there for this reason). The photos of the room do not correspond to reality - the windows of the room look out onto a dirty inner courtyard, which is more of a technical passage between buildings - the sea, of course, is not visible.

Room 301 has a superb view of the bay and has all a traveller needs for a comfortable stay. The picture windows open generously for fresh air and great views.

I loved it. The room on the top floor, Deluxe, was the best. We ended up staying an extra night. It was cozy and romantic.

Only downside was finding the hotel, the hotel is located behind resultants so ask for help from them(we didn’t and realised our mistake but they will help you!)

Beautiful and spacious bathroom. Very small but comfortable room (exactly as on the photo). Good quality in general. Excellent beeakfast even considering the high local standards (served in a nearby restaurant)

We came by car and asked for guidance in advance and on arrival, which we didn’t receive. The hotel is difficult to find and the nearest parking is about 10 min walk away, so not practical in the summer heat.

Great way to experience Marmaris with the view out the front and the castle and old town out the back.

Excellent view from room (2nd floor and upper), clean and romantic exterior. Special thanks to administrator Farhad. Very attentive and polite. Met and accommodated at 1 am.

The staff was very polite and friendly. The bathroom was very clean and the air conditioning worked great. The view was also very nice.

Although the accommodation is very centrally located and very close to the marina, it is situated right behind restaurants and the narrow roads that one has to take in order to reach the accommodation smell like fish, are dirty and employees of the near by restaurant smoke there while they are having their break. The entrance of the accommodation was not pleasant. It should become cleaner, more beautiful and with more light.

We arrived here for 5 days and the Photos looked beautiful but they are so photoshopped we went into the first room and its was like a prison cell we told them we had paid extra for a sea view room and they moved us to another room which had no balcony the only view was boarded up windows and the rooftops of other buildings ,if you stood on something you could see the sea just , we were so depressed we immediately went to find another hotel and we checked out after 1 night. The Management and staff were so rude but please donot beleive the good reviews they are fake look wjere tjeure from , i cannot leave a zero review as it wont allow me but please do not waste your money or ruin your holiday we only wish we had seen a hpnest review before booking

Practical, clean, tidy room. Awesome people and breakfast. Was a very hard to find the place on google maps. Requires precise address and instructions to find the managing restaurant.

Situated right by the seaside, I was treated to breathtaking views of the Mediterian throughout my entire stay. The smell of salty sea air added to the overall ambiance, creating a truly immersive seaside experience. The hotel itself was quaint and charming, exuding a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The staff members were friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort. From recommending local attractions to offering helpful tips on exploring the area, their hospitality was second to none. One aspect that stood out was the attention to detail. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained. The comfortable beds provided.

Decoration in the room was very pretty. It was very clean and smelled good inside. It has a very good location.

Parking was a bit far from the accomodation (just on the street)

Sehr nettes Hotel, direkt in der Altstadt, sehr zentral am Hafen. Direkte Anfahrt nicht mit dem Taxi möglich. Fussläufig aber in ein paar Meter zu erreichen. Es ist sauber und ordentlich, sehr nette Menschen und ein reichhaltiges Frühstück. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können es weiterempfehlen.

Wow, this awesome boutique hotel delivers on every front! Excellent location, fabulous view, spacious comfy room, outstanding service and the best ever breakfast! The highlight of our trip… I wish our stay was longer and we will definitely come back.

The bed was possibly a little firmer than I’d like. Just nitpicking really. The place is awesome.

The only good thing about the room was the location, It's a hotel with only 3 rooms and no reception and if you need to ask about anything its impossible unless u wait until 7:00 p.m. and the rooftop is open so you have to climb 3 floors with no elevator to see someone and ask about your concern. I was given the underground room with no view at all but the kitchen of a restaurant, The light of the room is so dim and there was no internet.

Breakfast was good, bedroom was on ground floor behind the restaurant so there was no view of the marina at all just the back restaurant. While in the room wifi could have helped It stopped working for two days.

The staff at the hotel, particularly Abdullah, were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We loved that the location was just set back from the docks in a maze of picturesque, small old city streets that were fun to explore. It was a very charming location and very close to the best restaurants, shops, and bars of the city! I felt the room had lots of character too - it wasn't your standard, neutral, modern design and I thought that was a great attribute to have for this beach town. And thankfully it was also a fair bit away from the noisy, larger all-inclusive hotels-so I felt like I got to experience Marmaris more authentically this way.

Maybe because it was off-season, but be prepared for some construction and construction noises in the area. Earplugs were helpful.
