The loft was absolutely amazing; beautiful room, breathtaking roof terrace; everything was spotless; right in the centre of Tulum.

Unica pecca le poche luci nella stanza e la mancanza di qualche attrezzatura in più per cucinare (pentole, ciotole). Nulla di irrimediabile

Piękne miejsce, komfortowe, przestronne, ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami, doskonale wyposażoną kuchnią. Wszystko tak jak na zdjęciach a nawet ładniejszy. W okolicy supermarket, wypożyczalnia rowerów i samochodów, knjpki z pysznym jedzeniem. Polecam wszystkim!

Luogo tranquillo, piacevole esteticamente e per la struttura con tanto verde e curata. Stanza con tutto quel che può servire per cucinare, letto e bagno comodi. Vasca sul balcone piacevole per rinfrescarsi in privato, nei giorni caldi. Servizio di sorveglianza con personale molto gentile, ringrazio per il supporto ricevuto. Ottima anche la risposta ad un problema tecnico

Qualche problema con la stanza all'arrivo che ha un po' rovinato inizialmente l'esperienza ma è stato risolto.

Apartamento bem localizado, ao lado de dois grandes supermercados. Espaçoso e de muito bom gosto. Igualmente como estava nas fotos. Camas confortáveis, cozinha bem equipada. Varanda ampla com a piscininha conforme informado. Enfim, valeu muito a pena.

Como estávamos de carro alugado, a rua de acesso e para estacionar precisa de um nivelamento, pois não está amigável no momento. Mas nada que estragasse a estadia.

The room was nice. The location was close to many places: Chinese Buffet, Mexican eatery stands, supermarkets across the road Le Comer, car rental and money exchange places.

I regret not booking the room with flat screen TV and kitchenette. Useful when you want to warm left over. Otherwise, loved everything.

De kamer en het terras waren beide erg ruim. Ook waren er bestek, borden en glazen waardoor we zelf een ontbijt in elkaar konden flansen. We konden de concierge appen voor extra wijnglazen etc. en die kwam het snel brengen. Goede service. Verder was er een gym waar wij gebruik van hebben gemaakt. De ligging was ook prima, we hadden een scooter gehuurd om door Tulum te gaan.

Aan de receptie zelf had je niet zoveel, zij verwezen ons steeds de concierge te appen. Ook hadden ze geen extra wc rol voor ons.

This is my third time here. This stay was also excellent. Communication was quick and helpful. The building is in a side street, the apartments are peaceful and close to supermarkets, and the facilities like the whirlpool, gym and sauna are wonderful. It felt like home during my one-week trip.

Enorme ruimte en goede faciliteiten. Op loopafstand van lekkere restaurantjes en de supermarkt. Zwembad was ook leuk, vooral de cenote-achtige beneden viel in de smaak

Een waterkoker en koffiezetapparaat ontbrak. De magnetron was niet ingeschakeld (nog helemaal nieuw) en er waren geen kommetjes.

Schöne Pools in der Anlage, könnten aber mal instand gesetzt werden und die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet.

Die Lagune könnte mal mit Sand aufgefüllt werden und etwas Instandgesetzt werden.

Die Ausstattung, wir waren das zweite Mal schon dort. Es liegt perfekt in der City fussläufig liegen zwei große Supermärkte.

Das es verschiedene Pools gibt . Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, wir haben Flug Verspätung gehabt und durften um 13 Uhr auschecken. Wir haben kurz dem Vermieter mitgeteilt ob es in Ordnung wäre bis 13 Uhr in dem Apartment zu bleiben.

Toutes les differentes installations dans le complexe, la gentillesse du personnel et la rapidité dans leurs réactions à nos besoins, chambre spacieuse et confortable, les jardins étaient bien entretenus et impressionnants à voir.

Lovelly home away from home. Stunning view. Artistic modern decor. Gym was good, many pools and areas to hang, location was great! Close to food, bike hire, supermarket. Easy to park hire car. Walkable to centro.

Amenities were a little run down. We booked the penthouse with pool for 5 nights, room and linens werent cleaned at all during our stay, by day 3 the pool was murky as the filter wasnt working. Aircon in the bedroom leaked water like a tap. Safe in bedroom didnt work. 2nd bathroom toilet barely flushed water. Toiletries supplied are only shampoo/conditioner Theres 1 jacuzzi/spa for 3 towers of accomodation and the steam/sauna were not operational .

The studio is wonderful & stylish!! It has everything you need.

Unfortunately it stays below a swimming pool which is very noisy so it’s impossible to sleep, unless you like sleeping under water..!!

The staff at night was really helpful even don’t speak English, more helpful when compared to day staff. I locked my self outside my room, the key holder willing travel to the hotel at night to open the door for me. The self check in is helpful but I found it bit confusing, but day staff is there is help if you ask for it. Really good location from the Main Street with big supermarket, 7/11 and HSBC bank. Onsite car park is a plus, as taxis is expensive in Tulum. The main beach need beach club booking to access to the protected area with the car, if the hotel could recommend and assist booking and recommendations will be helpful, if took me is 1 1/2 to work out how to get in. Anyway there is many canote nearest by to visit.

As this is my first visit in Tulum, I enjoy my stay.

We liked the accommodation and the reception guys were nice/helpful/friendly but our experience was overshadowed by a single incident.

We rented bicycles from the accommodations suggested supplier after asking the reception. The bicycle guy asked for a 3000 peso deposit and once we return the bikes we would receive this money back into our bank account. No money came back into our account even after contacting the company and accommodation. Absolute scam. Would not come back due to this experience as the bike guy was recommended by the reception potentially making them explicit in this.

Résidence moderne avec des appartements suite spacieux bien située.

Établissement très mal entretenu, globalement délabré (murs effrités, cordes décoratives cassées, ...). A notre arrivée une mauvaise odeur sortait des toilettes avec un cafard mort dans une flaque d'eau. La lumière de la douche / toilette était cassée donc obligé de se debrouiller dans l'obscurité. L'eau chaude de la douche ne fonctionnait pas (pression aléatoire), le gérant a du nous donner accès a une autre chambre pour nous doucher. Dommage car l'établissement a du potentiel s'il était mieux entretenu.

Good amenities & security at front doors

Steam room never worked, hot tub was just warm. Soaker pool not maintained very well.

Design moderno, piscine e saune incredibili e camera altrettanto bella e accogliente con piscina nel terrazzo privata. Tutto perfetto.

L’unica nota negativa é stata l’accoglienza in quanto il ragazzo che ci ha accolto ci ha fatto sentire completamente a disagio, non aiutandoci a trovare la prenotazione e trattandoci come se ci stesse prendendo in giro e come se fossimo nel posto sbagliato. Il signore che ci ha accompagnato alla stanza invece è stato molto gentile e ci ha accolti bene e con il giusto riguardo.

Très bel appartement, très belles chambres avec lit très confortable, belle terrasse grande. Piscine également sur une terrasse commune très agréable en fin de journée pour le couché de soleil. Appartement très propre. Très bien situé à proximité du centre 10min à pied, en face des supermarché et à coté de l'axe principale pour se rendre aux principaux points d'intérêt. L'appartement dispose d'une machine à laver et d'un sèche linge vraiment très pratique et belle surprise car non prescisé dans l'annonce. Il correspond à la description en tout point et est très agréable, je recommande !

A mon arrivée un transat en bois était complément cassé, dommage car inutilisable, je l'ai précisé à la réception personne ne l'a remplacé nous n'avons donc pas pu en faire usage.

Squeaky, wobbly , wooden bed frame. Synthetic-fibre sheets. Black walls, doors, windows, cupboards and railings everywhere. Grey furnishings. Chain-link railings on cross-walks give the feeling of a prison. Plunge pool is useless: black sides & wall, water covered in tree pollen , small, and absolutely not private; you're looking at 6 neighbours with the same pool and they're looking at you, plus other rooms have a direct view.

I loved the apartments, the room. The steam, Sauna, Hot & cold plunge, The long length swimming pool. Also had great security staff. Pools on the roof. Very quiet area. Not much noise. Very close to a great supermarket. The gym looked amazing. I will be staying here again in the future for sure.

That i had to leave. I originally booked to stay there a week but I kept on extending my stay there.

Het gebouw en de faciliteiten, een sauna, warme en koude baden, echt top! Het personeel van het gebouw was ook heel vriendelijk.

De service van de verhuurder kan wat ons betreft echt beter. Je krijgt een nummer van een conciërge maar daar hadden we weinig aan. We kregen 1 toiletrol (3 personen, 7 dagen) op de vraag om meer werd niet gereageerd. Er zou iemand komen kijken omdat het toilet vaak niet werkte, maar ook dat werd niet opgelost en op de vraag of er nog een keer iemand wilde komen kijken werd ook niet meer gereageerd via whatsapp. We gingen 1 week en handdoeken werden niet gewisseld, prullenbakken niet geleegd en niks schoongemaakt. Nu is de schoonmaak opzich niet zo’n probleem, maar je loopt veel zand binnen en dan zou het fijn zijn als je zelf even kunt bezemen of id. Dit is niet aanwezig. Het heeft wat ons betreft echt potentie voor een cijfer 9 als de verhuurder wat beter zijn best zou doen.

Problem apartmana je sta su to sve odvojene jedinice sa razlicitim vlasnicima koje smo saznali naknadno na recepciji kada smo zatrazili ciscenje i promjenu posteljine koje nije ukljuceno kada bukirate apartman. Osobe na recepciji su samo posrednici koji komuniciraju s vlasnikom objekta. Vasnji bazen na terasi je bio kompletno neocisen pa smo i to zatrazili al s obizron da je terasa kompletno otkrivena tesko je to odrzavat cistim tkd bi bilo dobro da se bar stavi neka mrezica da se moze ocistit bazen ukoliko to vec nije ukljuceno u cisnje koje se kao sta san rekla treba prethodno zatraziti.

Hermoso edificio, el gimnasio bien equipado, las piletas muy lindas. Usamos el hidro de la terraza, excepcional. La propiedad súper cómoda y equipada, las camas muy cómodas

Faltaban elementos de limpieza como un secador de piso, y alguna frazada ya que nos hizo frío a la noche. El tender de uno de los departamentos no funcionaba. Fuera de eso, todo muy bien!

La decoración y los espacios del departamentos eran muy lindos, bastante cómodo y muy bien ubicado, las areas comunes igual super a gusto

No tuvimos nunca agua caliente, no había cafetera y me dijeron q las tres camas eran king size y una de ellas era más pequeña, para dos personas fue un poco incómodo

The amenities here are incredible. Every night and anytime it’d rain, I’d use the sauna, steam room, and the hot & cold plunge baths. I had an ATV so the dirt road that it’s on was fun for me. The staff working there were so so nice and helpful. I hope to come back one day.

It rains a lot at some seasons and it’s a dirt road with lots of holes. Fine if the ATV but still messy.

Location was ok.

Instructions was given but no guidance to the room. No customer service. Only hotel security was there, did not render assistance with luggage, did not assist with opening room doors.No room service and bed never clean the next day!

- First we got the wrong room (tiny and no pool). It was very hard to get in touch with someone. After a lot effort we got the room we paied for (this room then was fine!). -the QR code you need to enter the building didn't work becase the tecnology was out of order. The number we were suposed to call to acces often nobody picked up. So we just climbed in. Nobody seemd bothered. The next days the door was just left open so i guess safety is not a big concern -the main entrance is on an unpaved road that was flooded and also 3 days after a slight rain you couldn't enter the building with dry feet - The exterior facilities Re pretty but you can tell nobody cared for them. Sunveds are broken etc. - We had real trubble getting in touch for our questions. No response on booking or on the what's app number of the consierge untill we calledthe reception can't hep with room issues, QR issues or any other need. They do organise beach clubs though if that's what you need

Grossartiger Dachterrasse, Neue Geräten

Wo soll ich anfangen?! Wir haben dieses Premium-Zimmer mit Pool und großer Dachterrasse gebucht, weil wir zwischendurch die Sonne im eigenen Pool genießen wollten. Wir hatten drei Übernachtungen gebucht. Der Pool war jedoch komplett unbrauchbar, da sich bereits etwas im Wasser absetzte – so schmutzig war er! Auch wenn wir versucht haben, darüber hinwegzusehen, wurde es noch schlimmer. Dann stellte sich heraus, dass wir kein warmes Wasser hatten. Am ersten Tag dachten wir noch, dass es vielleicht nur ein kurzfristiges Problem sei. Aber auch am zweiten Tag gab es kein warmes Wasser, also meldeten wir es. Ein Mitarbeiter kam vorbei, telefonierte die ganze Zeit auf Spanisch mit jemandem und zeigte uns nach etwa zehn Minuten nur mit den Händen, dass er wieder gehen würde – ließ allerdings die Zimmertür offen. Wir dachten, er kommt zurück. Nach 20–30 Minuten wurde klar, dass er einfach verschwunden war. Unten an der Rezeption war außerdem niemand, der uns helfen konnte. Der schlimmste Moment war Tag 3: Als wir gegen 17:30 Uhr vom Strand zurückkamen, mussten wir feststellen, dass nun auch kein Strom da war! Das Zimmer, das zu 90 % aus Glas besteht, hatte mindestens 50 Grad. Das war für uns der absolute Schluss. Wir waren bereits dabei, uns eine andere Unterkunft für die letzte Nacht zu suchen. Dann haben wir den Manager Marcel angerufen – er wusste bereits von dem Problem. Nach 30–40 Minuten kam er vorbei und erklärte uns, dass wir in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen müssen, weil das Problem mehrere Zimmer des „Hotels“ betrifft. Im neuen Zimmer hatten wir wenigstens warmes Wasser und eine funktionierende Klimaanlage. Die zwei Sterne gebe ich ausschließlich wegen Marcel, der wenigstens schnell reagiert hat und uns nicht völlig im Stich ließ. Leider waren das drei absolute Horror-Tage unserer zweiwöchigen Yucatán-Reise! Hinzu kommt der katastrophale Zustand der Straße. Mein Fazit: Bleiben Sie lieber fern von diesen angeblichen „Luxus“-Apartments!

The property is very beautiful and its common area with the pools is a nice way to end the beach day. The room is cozy, modern and well decorated. The hotel is located in the downtonw and we approached beaches with a car.

The downside is that we didn’t know that the cleaning wasn’t included. However, after asking they cleaned our room once. Also, pay attention to the street facing the hotel because it is hilly and not covered with asphalt.
