Reviewed Sep 19, 2026War ein super Hotel in einem schönen Stadtviertel, mit der U Bahn waren wir schnell im Zentrum.
Ich war mir eigentlich ziemlich sicher das ich die günstigere Option ohne Frühstück gebucht hatte, mir wurde aber dann das teure mit Frühstück verbucht. Konnte da aber nirgends nachschauen da ich es erst bei der Ankunft bezahlt habe.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Instalaciones modernas, amplias y limpias. El personal muy amable y el desayuno muy variado y bueno. Está ubicado en una zona de oficinas muy tranquila. No es un hotel céntrico pero está bien comunicado con el centro.
Por decir algo que mejorar, tiene poco espacio para colocar la ropa. Pero todo lo positivo compensa este pequeño inconveniente.

La colazione ottima, sia dolce che salata con abbondante scelta. La terrazza è la vera chicca, si può godere di un bellissimo panorama. Personale super simpatico, gentile e disponibile

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026I like the rooms, the front desk staff and the cleanliness. It was great also to be able to use a luggage storage after checking out.
I was confused on how such a hotel would make such a fuss about having vegan milk at their breakfast buffet. It´s 2026 so we are past the point where veggie and vegan choices are frowned upon. The buffet was also poorly labeled concerning allergens. When it comes to rooms turnover, something bizarre happened. One of the nights, when I came back I found a Do Not Disturb sign on the handle of my door, thus the bed was not made and towels not changed. Why?! So, these reasons are why I am putting such a low evaluation. Location is far from public transport.

The hotel is currently next to a construction site, which was noisy for a brief period one morning. It would have been better to be notified about the construction in advance.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Das Zimmer war super, die Betten und die Topper sind so unglaublich gut, dass wir uns den Hersteller geben lassen haben, damit wir diese auch für daheim bestellen. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig
Die Putzfrau war über 4 Tage die gleiche und hat Tag für Tag in allen Punkten versagt. Ich hätte sie sofort gefeuert als CEO, unfaßbar! Ich habe tausende von Flügen und sehr viele hochwertige Hotels in meinem Leben hinter mir, aber diese Person grenzte an Arbeitsverweigerung! Duschgel und Schampoo....mit Wasser wahrscheinlich aufgefüllt. Die Toilette? Wurde nie gereinigt (wir haben Tester). Das Bett machen sah jeden Tag so aus, als hätte es ein Blinder ohne Arme gemacht (sorry for that!) und auch sonst ließ die Reinigung zu wünschen übrig. Maximal 2 Minuten Aufwand pro Zimmer, mehr nicht! Und wir hatten zwei auf dem 5. Stockwerk, deswegen wissen wir das! Ach so, natürlich wurde auch noch ein Putzlappen vergessen. Lecker dreckig, super Sache!

Hadde bestilt.dobbeltrom, men så måtte plutselig vår 13 år gamle.datter være med. Vi ønsket.å oppgradere til familierom, men fikk beskjed om at hun var for gammel. Eneste alternativ var et rom til. Dette er eneste hotell som har nektet oss dette. Vi liker å bo sammen når vi er på tur.

Dernest renhold/ oppredning av seng som tilsa i beste fall, «slurv» om ikke rett og slett dårlig utført arbeid. Oppdaget blod på putevar som er vanskelig å forstå kan komme fra andre enn renhold. Dette innbyr ikke til tillit og velvære. Frokost grei hvis du kom tidlig. Lite påfyll eller inntrykk av at det det gikk «tomt» av det meste dersom du kom siste time før frokosten ble avsluttet.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Ich war überrascht, dass es im Zimmer sogar ein Bügelbrett und -eisen gab. Ausserdem hatte das Bad eine Fussbodenheizung, das war wirklich sehr angenehm. Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse/Bar ist spektakulär, wenn noch ein besonders schöner Sonnenuntergang hinzukommt. Das Frühstück war gut, es gab eine breite Auswahl (ausser beim Brot). Es gibt im Quartier mehrere Restaurants und ein kleines Einkaufszentrum mit Lebensmittelgeschäft, wo man sich eindecken kann (das Zimmer hat aber keinen Kühlschrank).
Die Lage des Hotels ist zu bedenken. Auch wenn die Busstation praktisch direkt vor der Tür ist und man auch sehr gut zu Fuss zur Metro gehen kann... es ist halt nicht in Gehdistanz zu Zentrum und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Fenster im Zimmer liess sich nur ganz leicht schräg stellen, richtig lüften kann man da nicht. Es gibt eine digitale Klimasteuerung, aber die ist überhaupt nicht intuitiv. Es gab nicht richtig Platz, um auszupacken; für zwei Personen wäre mein Zimmer für mehr als zwei Nächte definitiv zu klein gewesen. Der Früchteteller war leider ein Flop. Die meisten Früchte waren aufgeschnitten und am nächsten Tag schon schlecht. Ausserdem bekam ich eine Rolle Schokolade dazu, da hätte ich lieber z.B. einen Apfel gehabt.

A receção não é muito simpática ou prestável de forma proativa. O serviço de bar não é nada de especial. Não temos conhecimento de que existe um service light cleaning que permite o reuso de toalhas. O frigorífico não funciona bem ou é fraco. O colchão é uma espuma por cima de um estrado, nada conjugante com o resto do quarto.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Bardzo dobre i zróżnicowane śniadania. Szeroki wybór produktów. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Opcje vege i vegan dostępne. Bardzo czysty i wygodny pokój. Sam hotel znajduje się ok 4-4,5km od centrum miasta ale jest dobrze skomunikowany środkami komunikacji miejskiej, a dla lubiących spacery, jest też w zasięgu 45-50min spaceru z dworca głównego. W okolicy hotelu znajdują się sklepy i restauracje, przystanki autobusowe i stacja metra. Sąsiedztwo to głównie nowe budynki mieszkalne.
Wszystko było w porządku. Bardzo udany pobyt :)

De metro ligt op ongeveer 10 minuten lopen en in de directe omgeving zijn weinig restaurants of andere voorzieningen, behalve enkele supermarkten.

The hotel is somewhat remotely located; although there are two metro lines (T4 and T5) nearby, only the T5 trains stop at the metro station next to the hotel, so you have to wait longer for the appropriate train. Also, the train makes a loop before it arrives at the city centre, so it takes a bit more time to get around than expected. The room had some noise problems, such as a loud AC (the staff suggested lowering the fan speed, which helped, but still). Something (most likely the fridge) would sometimes produce the sound of a stalling engine (probably some fan or motor would turn off). The drain in the shower seemed a bit clogged. I had a very short stay, so I didn't have time to talk to the staff about that, but it's disappointing to see that level of service from a 4-star hotel.
