- La ducha debería tener una cortina y el WC ya que uno queda expuesto debería de tenerla ya uno decide si usarla o no, -la mesa para uno comer o servir el desayuno es extremadamente pequeña mi desayuno se me cayó, se lo di al gatito que estaba por hay - toda la noche hay un sonido en el baño, como llenando un tanque que no deja dormir a las 5_am no podía dormir porque es cada 20 O 30 segundos. Tuve que empezar a buscar la llave de paso para cerrarla al parecer es una fuga del Hidromasaje o algo por el estilo. Falta el televisor aunque quizás en la descripcion del lugar no estaba contemplado es basico en toda mi vida y muchos paises que he visitado y lugares primera vez que me pasa … no volveria

El único problema y deberían de controlarlo ,es la mala educación por parte de otros inquilinos de la cabaña 3, los cuales estuvieron hasta las 3 de la mañana con la música muy alta y no nos dejaron descansar, es una pena porque el lugar es muy bonito, pero eso no lo deberían permitir.

Reviewed Dec 25, 2025La tranquilidad que se siente es única, realmente es desconectar del ruido, de la ciudad, de la tecnología. Los desayunos son muy completos, y muy puntuales, los empleados muy atentos… Estuvieron pendientes desde el minuto 1 hasta el último momento.. La cercanía a pueblo tapao para ir a comer es maravillosa, puedes ir caminando y llegas en 5 min, donde encontrarás sitios para comer, supermercados y todo lo que puedas necesitar…
Por decir algo, extrañamos la arepa en los desayunos jeje al venir de otro país nos hace falta la arepita…

Reviewed Feb 12, 2025The location and views were beautiful. The home was very large with four bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom, which was perfect for a family of eight. The only problem was that in one bathroom the drain in the shower was clogged which meant that the water did not drain while you were taking a shower. Other than that, everything was very nice and comfortable. We were not charged IVA tax when we checked out as we are US citizens. It is a little hard to see where the entrance is from the road as there really are no large signs.

There are no 45sq meters on the property. What is really disappointing is the misleading information offered in the description. The room is way smaller than 45 sq meters. On top there was nobody ready to to the check in despite I arrived in time and wrote a message early in the day. I had to wait for a long time before I figured out how to get in the room and before somebody came to the property. Last but no least, the breakfast arrived without being ordered.

Many things that we didn’t like. -water heater didn’t work appropriately I had to turn on every time that I needed or my kids needed. - the floor was dirty with many bugs and dust. - the slide doors to go outside didn’t close well and that made me feel unsafe. - the windows didn’t close well so the bugs went inside easy and the mosquitoes too. -there is not spoon and forks in the kitchen.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2023I asked to pay for a room upgrade one week ahead. I was told it was not possible without canceling my current booking and being charged the full stay. When I arrived at the property i was giving a room with 1 missing door because it broke the week prior and the main slider (floor to ceiling) would come of the hinges. If the hotel knew there was a broken door i should had been notified. I walked to another cabin the next day after i checked in to look if there cabin was the same. I took a video. I notified the property and was told i could change rooms. I should have be notified and giving the options to leave without having to check-in and pay.

the one thing that was difficult was to get in touch with the restaurant’s offered near by to deliver food. you could go to bed hungry if not plan accordingly. the mosquitoes but it has nothing to do with the place it is part of nature I’ll recommend to bring repellent or some sort of anti mosquitoes thing to combat them at night… but the view and the place is amazing!

The breakfast was average and could be improved. The noise from the main building behind was really annoying one night when they decided to play loud music all afternoon and day. The lack of privacy, between the cabins.

No security at night, there are 3 private cabanas and a building with rooms and pool behind those cabanas. There was a party, someone was drinking, listening to loud music, laughing and wr were scared to tell them off because we were in the middle of Colombia, in the forest with no staff or security staying overnight. It ruined the whe experience and we just wanted to leave the place

No Hair Dryer! They didn't clean our room on the 2nd day. We ran out of toilet paper and the host had already left for the day so we had to go to a local store to buy toilet paper.
