Das z.B. der Pool nur zum Spa-Bereich gehört, war uns nicht klar. Insgesamt sauber und edel, und doch nicht aufmerksam genug, um zB eine Tote Taube vom Dach wegzuräumen.

Maten på kvällen var inte alls bra. Vi åt inte pitzzan men en blandning av övrig mat. Skulle inte vilja äta där igen tyvärr.

The restaurant for dinner should focus a bit more on the service, and the restaurant was massively packed, not possible to enjoy a calm breakfast.

Jag gillar inte när det är ett enda stort täcke som man delar på. Det var väldigt mycket med folk på frukosten så det blev väldigt trångt och lite stökigt.

Vi hade två dubbel room för 4 personer. I båda rum kaffe maskiner fungerade inte. Vatten flaskor fanns inte i rummet och fick höra att det kostade 45 kr per 50 cl.!! De flesta hoteler erbjuder gratis drycks Vatten i rummet båda i Sverige och utomlands. Jag 78 år gammal och använder rullator/ rullstol, dessutom jag är rökare , fanns ingen rök plats för rökare i och med hela hotel området var förbjudet , jag fick gå ut till gatan att röka många hoteler båda i Sverige och utomlands vi hade varit haft särskilda platser för rökare utanför huvud entrén .

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Everything was practically 10 out of 10, from hospitality, staff attitude, food/breakfast, spa and the room. If there was one negative I would mention it would be no free parking and that the spa was slightly overpopulated (people didn't respect the rule to not reserve sunbeds and all indoors ones were blocked despite very few people actually using them. Also, the saunas were turned off completely 40 minutes or so before closing the spa. But... this is nitpicking, and overall our stay was absolutely stellar.

The generous breakfast was the perfect start to the day. A truly enjoyable stay.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026入住不是预定的房间，入住时告诉没有房了，但是booking并没有下架房型，多次协调退了部分差额，不太满意。要一个发票需要打很多次电话，酒店一会说会发给我，一会又说没有找到这个订单，问booking的客服，也什么都不知道。最后让自己给酒店写邮件索要发票，目前还无果。感觉酒店差，booking的客服也解决不了什么问题，每次电话都要说全部的过程，没有主动的回复结果，你不去电话没有人会告诉你结果。总之非常的失望！

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Everything was amazing and what you would expect from a place like this. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was what we expected and we had a very pleasant stay.
There was not much closet space in the family room with kids, thus the room was constantly exploded with clothes everywhere. The breakfast was till 11, however often a lot of breakfast option were already gone by 9. Everything was great from the hotel. Though I have to mention, in terms of price/quality comparison, for the money you pay I would expect 1 level of higher quality. A little bit more over the top. It does not effect my grading however.

Reviewed May 15, 2026Vi har nu varit på denna hotell 2 gånger och båda gångerna har en person som heter Tim välkomnat oss. Han har verkligen varit fantastisk båda gångerna och vi känner oss så fint mottagna av honom. Både jag och min partner berättade även detta för honom. Frukosten var som vanligt fantastisk. Vi älskar spa avdelningen, absolut att det kostar en del men det är absolut värt det. I Västerås finns det steam och där är det jämnt fulla människor, man kan inte slappna av. Tycker verkligen att ad Astra ska fortsätta bevara den fina kulturen.
Gärna andra kuddar i rummet så man kan byta om höjden inte passar.
