Hyvä, hiljainen ja sijainti erinomainen.

The location is great! It is a quiet neighborhood, right next to the lake, close to the train station and 15 minutes walk to the city center. The building is modern, the apartment was nice and clean, and fully equipped.

I couldn't manage to close the balcony door, it was so hard, and I didn't want to break anything. In the bathroom, it is easy to make a mess since the water from the shower splashes all over the toilet (there is no separation between the shower and the toilet)

Alojamento tinha uma varanda com vista agradável. O alojamento tinha todos os essenciais de eletrodomésticos para funcionar.

Apesar de ter funcionado, a mensagem que enviaram com o código de acesso ao prédio e ao cofre com a chave podia ser mais clara.

Hiisi Homesille varatut 2 autopaikkaa olivat lähes jatkuvasti muiden asukkaiden käytössä.

Taloyhtiö oli rauhallinen - emme heränneet naapuriston ovien paukkumisiin. Taloyhtiö sijaitsi kivalla paikalla - lyhyen automatkan päässä keskustasta ja K-kaupasta, kauniit näkymät makuuhuoneen ikkunasta Vanajavedelle ja linnalle. Lähistöllä sekä Sokos -hotelli Vaakuna että muutama mukava ruokapaikka terasseineen, jos haluaa mennä hyvälle aamiaiselle tai syömään. Lisäksi mainiot ulkoilumaastot lähtevät suoraan taloyhtiön alueelta. Huoneistosta löytyi kaikki tarvittavat keittiölaitteet, imuri ja silityslauta sekä -rauta. Isohko lasitettu parveke avoimin metsänäkymin.

Etukäteen annettu autopaikkatieto ei pitänyt paikkaansa. Numerointia ei ollut - sen sijaan Hiisi Homes -kyltit, mutta kaikki käytössä, joten oli ongelma saada paikoitettua. Huonosti informoitu taloyhtiöön kulkuohjeet. Suosittelisin tarkkaa karttaa taloyhtiöstä autopaikkoineen ja nuolin merkityin kulkureitein huoneiston rappukäytävään sekä infoa alakrs:ssa sijaitsevasta avainautomaatista, josta koodilla saa avaimen. Huoneiston kerroslukukin olisi kiva saada etukäteen, meillä osoittautui 5. krs:n huoneistoksi numeroinnin perusteella. Mielestäni asukkaan ei kuulu viedä roskia pois - eritoten, kun roskiksen sijaintia ei ole annettu tiedoksi ja hinta ei kuitenkaan ole kovin alhainen. TV:n käyttöohjeet puuttuivat kokonaan. Emme saaneet tv-kanavia ollenkaan näyttöön monesta yrityksestä huolimatta - Netflix tollotti ainoastaan itsepäisesti näytöllä aiemman käyttäjän nimellä. Yritimme siihenkin laittaa tunnuksemme, mutta ei käynnistynyt yksinkertaisesti vaan pyysi QR-koodia yms. Jouduimme turvautumaan laptopin näyttöön, joka oli onneksi mukanamme. Suihkuhuoneesta puuttui suihkusaippua ja kunnolliset seinämät, jotka olisivat estäneet suihkulattian kastumisen wc-istuimen ympäristöön asti. Huoneisto ei ollut kovin hyvin siivottu - sohvan alaosassa oli roskia. Isommalle porukalla (4 hengelle) astiaston lukua pitäisi lisätä.

No sillä hinnalla voisi olla ainakin suihkugeeli ja shampoota! Ja kyllä telkkarin kanssa oli tekemistä että sai ne kanavat toimimaan.

Hyvä sijainti. Siisti ja rauhallinen kämppä. Parkkipaikka oli vaan useasti asunnolle tullessa varattu.

The place was a bit hard to find at first (the building is brand new, so maps didn't know about it yet), but once I found it after a few rounds of the area everything went nicely. And once I found the building I found the reserved parking spot immediately too. Entering and getting (and returning) the key was a piece of cake. The beds were comfortable and everything was brand new and squeaky clean. Turns out the place was right next to the railway station and not far from the actual city center either. All in all, excellent value for the money.

Hyvä sijainti ja siisti asunto. Oikein hyvå tukikohta reissulle kaveriporukalla. Ilmainen pysäköinti talon pihassa plussaa.

Kaikki muuten ok mutta pimennysverhot oli huonot, oli aivan liian valoisaa yöllä nukkua. Sohva oli huono ja huoneisto oli kuuma. En saanut ohjeita sähköpostiin saapumisen jälkeen. Muuten siisti huoneisto ja rauhallista.

Siisti uusi asunto aivan juna-aseman lähellä. Rauhallinen talonyhtiö, parvekkeelta näkymä sisäpihalle. Alle kilometri keskustaan ja kivat ulkoilumaastot. Nimetty parkkipaikka ja helppo avaimen saanti ja palautus. Suosittelen.

Couldn't be closer to the railway station - I didn't need to think about TAXIs, buses, etc. A view from the window. The kitchen was fully equipped - even with a small pack of coffee and tea. All the needed utensils were there, too. Good-looking, neatly organized, clean.

Asunto oli todella siisti ja kaikki tarvittava löytyi! Vain kohteen ovikoodien kanssa tuotti ongelmaa! Saimme vääränbovikoodin sekä väärän talon nro

We had trouble to locate the parking slot at first, might have been clearer on a map

Apartment had basic amenities for comfortable stay. . Provided nice walks around the lake as well as situated near railway station and shops.

Parking wasn't clear especially arriving in dark to icy, snow covered block of flats Nobody knew were to find Hiisi Homes reserved places. Later on we discovered that these places were used by anyone in need of parking place.

It was close to the railway station and extremely clean. It also was well equipped and was a great value for money.

Looking for key and right flat door. Parking house, we couldn't even use it...:) Too much emails, one should be enough.

everything you need in a small space, perfect!

-kitchen chairs are rocking -an ashtray is missing on the balcony -difficulty lowering the night temperature( hot) -the key was not clearly identified with the apartment number, difficult to interpret -the entrance is not clearly identifiable, perhaps an arrow with indications outside would be needed These are just small things to improve! Because it was all really perfect!

We enter at 3 pm and we leave at 11 am it should be at least until 1 pm , otherwise was everything was good

It was a bit confusing to get the reservation and finding the apartment! Ended up knocking a wrong door initially...

Beautiful, new, super clean, well-appointed apartment with walking trails right outside that go for miles around the waterfront. City train station is within a block and easy to use. Free parking included. Hosts are friendly and responsive. Overall, exceptional property for the price! Would highly recommend and would use Hiisi Homes again!

This is a very nice. The house and kitchen fully equipped. This is a home away from home.

My code for entering the appartement were sent later and if I didn't get someone to help it would be very stressful for me.

It would be nice if there were more varieties of plates and bowls, especially small bowls.

Comunication was perfect! The apatment is new with all what you need. Close to the railway station and 10 min walk to city center.

Collection of keys was a bit of a problem. I struggled to get out one morning and panicked. I would prefer normal old fashioned keys in my hand as to knocking on the door to open automatically.

Asunto oli tosi hieno, uudenkarhea ja siisti! Asunnossa oli hiljaista, vaikka toki läheiseltä rautatieasemalta hieman junien äänet kuuluikin. Sisäänkirjautuminen hieman takkusi kokonaisuudessaan. Emme saaneet ohjeita automaattisesti, vaan piti soitella "toimistolle". Sähköpostiin tulevissa ohjeissa olisi vielä hiottavaa noin selkeän luettavuuden näkökulmasta.

God lejlighed og køkken. Lukkesystemet med en link til hjemmeside, og kode samt banke 3 gange, virkede umiddelbart smart, indtil vi den ene aften fik problemer, fordi lukkemekanismen var slidt, efter åbning indefra. Kunne vi ikke åbne da vi kon tilbage, og måtte vente over 1/2 time på hjælp, her ville vi så foretræjje en rigrig nøgle eller magnet kort.

Room and building is modern. Everything works. Beds are comfy.

Price/value is not great. The room is small for the price that you pay. It's also a dark room. Under the room there is directly a kindergarten. Had better rooms for less money. Meh.

This is renting an apartment rather than hotel. Excellent, fully furnished, comfortable home. Place is very nice and quiet, kitchen is well-equipped. Close to the railways but there is no extra noise in apartment.

The apartment building was not easy to find. It's not shown precisely in the google map at least for the time of my booking, no extra map was provided during booking process. If you want to enter the apartment, then getting door codes is not enough: Phone battery alive + internet connections at 'must have' to unlock the door! I was very close to real troubles, as my phone was ~5% and I was there late in the evening. Door lock is kind of a smart system but it requires a mobile internet available, in my case the mobile internet signal was too weak at the door, luckily it was more stable at the stairs.

The appartment was modern, clean and very well equipped with contemporary furnishings.

The method of entering the property was ridiculously complicated and totally unnecessary. I received 5 emails in advance of our arrival, each one very long and confusing, detailing how to enter the property. This included 2 codes, walking to another building and entering two more codes before I finally retrieved a key and parking pass. I phoned the number given and the lady was very polite and helpful, but it shouldn't have been necessary to do this.

Hieno asunto. Keskeneräinen alue, jossa vaikea illalla löytää oikea osoite, koska kadut remontissa ja opasteet vaillinaisia. Talon omat parkkipaikat sekavia ja täynnä. Onneksi lähellä yleinen parkkialue.

It was very clean, well arranged, all instructions on doors and cupboards. I went out came back entered my code it delayed and I contacted the staff, they acted immediately 😊👍

I suggest they put the TV abit up because of kids, i also suggest they add potty in their bathroom. They can also have a broom (pakka ) to help clean the little mess not always using the vaccum. Thanks

There were maintenance works going on so the heating system was off unfortunately.

the building is new and pleasant, close to the train station

there was information that iron is in the apartment but there wasn't. i requested it several times because i needed to iron my clothes before work, but it was never delivered during my stay. they wrote one day in the morning that somebody will come do some technical stuff in the apartment and they came and did it when we were out, but still no iron was brought.

I liked the location (very close to railway station), the beds, the “home-like” feeling, the cleanliness, comfortable beds.

Older generation would struggle to understand how to get it-two different entrance codes and knocking the door was unusual. Not very clear what to do on departure so we just took the rubbish out and left.

I thank you for our wonderful stay in this apartment. It is very cozy here, in a minimalist style there is everything you need to spend time with pleasure and peace. The kitchen is very comfortable, all rooms are neat and bright. The color palette of the apartment is very well balanced, so you will not feel depressed or tired here. There is everything you need, starting with a coffee machine and ending with a vacuum cleaner. The apartment is conveniently located near the railway station. In 15 minutes you can walk to the city center, which is very beautiful.

Everything was alright. I would just recommend to add some small bowls in the kitchen and some blanket(s).

We had an excellent a home away from home experience in this apartment. The kitchen had everything you need to cook meals for yourself if you don’t feel like eating out. The only small con was that it was pretty warm in the apartment on hotter summer days but they brought us a fan so that helped a little. The location was perfect! It’s within walk-in distance from the city centre, Häme Castle, grocery stores, restaurants, nature paths and the train station. I would definitely stay again.
