This hotel was like a rated x film making place. No noise proof and front desk didn't answer my call asking calm night. Paid appx 200bucks for a room where I could't sleep at all.

Mattress was a bit lumpy

The location was perfect next to the mall and near eating spots. Facility was nice and clean. Rooms were very nice and comfortable.

Fourth floor noise all day and night...stomping, running just being loud. Was asked if kids were above us told by staff that it was a cleaning machine that was very loud. If in fact it was a cleaning machine it should not be ran all night and day, having a good nights sleep and resting during the stay was greatly needed.

That you had to pay for parking. On the Booking.com sight it said parking was included in the price. The fee was waived for us.

The stay was unacceptable due to no water while taking a shower. Which I will never stay at your establishment again. T

The fact that we could’ve been told about your water issue while we were checking in. We could’ve have went somewhere else.

This property was pretty aesthetically pleasing. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Although in a pretty busy area, you can walk to shopping, dining effortlessly.

We could hear every step, stomp, drop, etc. of guests above us (5th floor) and unfortunately into the night and after 11pm into midnight disrupting our sleep and we were checking out the next morning.

The hotel was nice overall

The hotel was nice overall, but the smell in the lobby was very unpleasant. It created a bad first impression and made the entrance feel less clean and welcoming. I hope management addresses the odor because it takes away from an otherwise decent stay. .

It is in a good location.

I drove over 2 hours to get to the property. When I got the hotel I was looking forward to relaxing but the TV was know working and the attendant working admitted that it was know before hand. So no tv for us.

There was no breakfast. Very disappointing.

*Day 1 the room was too hot. We got in around 6:30 pm. It took over 24 hours to cool off the room. Also stepping off the elevator felt like we were in a sauna on the 5th floor. * Both mornings we were jolted awake as the smoke alarm went off for no reason before 6-7 am both days!!! * The shower leaked all over the floor making it slippery even with a towel down. * Not a fan of the barn door for the bathroom. No privacy or sound barrier. *The pillows are awful. No neck support.

We really enjoyed our stay hanging out in the lobby area and outside patio.

When we first arrived the water was off due to repairs but the work was done within a couple of hours.

The location was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable.

It was inconvenient not having any rooms on the main floor; all rooms were accessible by elevator or stairs. Also, I would have liked to have a microwave in my room.

Once you get there the staff is friendly and the hotel is beautiful. Room were nice and clean but small

I had trouble contacting the hotel and I couldn’t reach anyone at the front desk to let them know I needed a late check because my event was an hour away. So I had to drive all the way to the hotel so I could communicate with the hotel but the front desk did waive the early check fee for me. The hotel also had problems with the pool so we couldn’t go swimming that was the main reason I booked the this hotel so that was another setback.

The Ac only went down to 65 degrees and it kept going off. It was way too warm in there.

It was beautiful, with many things to do and the safe was kind and helpful.

The pool water seemed like it wasn’t cleaned properly and they just a bunch or chlorine in it.

I loved the decor and accessibility of shopping, dining, and downtown touring. It is the perfect location! Also, the indoor pool and fitness room are an added pleasure.

I didn't like that there is no privacy for showering. The shower glass should have been shaded as opposed to being clear.

Quirky in the nicest way. Unusual and inventive decor at every turn in both in common areas and rooms. Even the “Boots n Pants” background music announces you have arrived at a boutique hotel. The only fault I could relate is that the way the lights and outlets are wired can be confusing.

Came for a 3 night stay, i choose them based on reviews and price but also for the location close to shopping. I had a standard room and it was super cute. I especially loved how attentive the staff were. I did not have to ask for a room reset which was greatly appreciated. There is a 24hr gym which I used daily and indoor pool. This location has a open bar and adult game area. The entire concept of this place was well thought out, there's a outside back patio area for lounging. I would definitely return.

The room had two double beds for four people but there was not enough room to walk around. The bath area had no door closing the area from the main area. When you got in the shower you were seen by anyone that walked around the partition or walked in the front door. There was an issue with someone in the hall and the police had to be called. The Sunday morning front desk person was very rude and just took the keys and chucked them down in front of her on a pile of other keys. I said have a great day and she did not respond but rolled her eyes. The night staff however were great. If all the rooms were arranged like the one we were in I would not recommend staying here due to the shower situation.

Looked soo good I felt like it carried my personality to the T!! I was soo comfortable and I felt very BOUJEE lol! Decor was amazing, and the staff was nice.. I didn’t want to leave I wished I lived there …

I loved the atmosphere of the hotel, all the aminities, the location of the room we stayed in, the comfort of the beds, even the quality of the elevator. I didnt care for the no privacy shower though. The shower had a glass door AND a mirror that faced towards it from the bed area plus an open window above the beds to see right to the shower.

As i stated above, the design flaw of the shower and how other guests can see anyone in the shower.

My brand new cloths still in the packaging was stolen by staff from my room then I was told sorry your things where thrown out the same week as Christmas. Thrown out? I think not. Was never offered any kind of compensation

It was very quiet, even with the activities that the hotel provides.

The shower and the fridge, as well as the lighting. We also enjoyed the pool table, bar and outside seating area.

The only thing I do not like is that when I arrive, I was charged the money from the stay again, and well, I am still in the reimbursement process.

Spent two nights here visiting family. The minute you walk in you have a clean fresh smell. The lobby is exactly what you see on line. You know sometimes it’s not what it truly looks like. I arrived early and Amaryon was very nice and checked me in without any issues. I was expecting a your room is not ready. Instead, I was checked in within 10 mins or less. She got me on the top floor near the elevator without me having to ask. She saw my profile and accommodated me based on that. The room is clean and again, exactly like the picture. Whenever I needed anything, within 10-15mins of my call to the front desk it was delivered. There is a really nice lobby bar. Going out on Friday night I saw it was packed with not only hotel guests but locals. The same thing on Saturday. It’s a hope spot it seems. I observe both bartenders. The male on Friday in one of my pics and female on Saturday. They were both attentive and engaging with the guests. I didn’t need parking, but there are lots of parking and the location is across for the Sugar Hill Mall if you need to grab something or just take a walk. I like to check out at the desk. Leaving on Sunday Komal checked me out. It was very early because I had to catch my flight. She worked overnight and was still friendly. I asked her to take a few pics of me she entertained my request without hesitation. I have this hotel saved as a fav now and will stay again when I come to see family.
